최근 IMO에서는 e-Navigation IT서비스를 사용자 입장에서 평가하도록 인간중심설계(HCD, Human Centered Design) 활동에 기반을 둔 유용성 평가에 대하여 표준화 작업을 진행하고 있다. 만약 IT서비스를 유용성 평가 기법으로 수행한다면 문제점, 오류, 개선사항, 사용자 요구사항 등을 도출할 수 있다. 그러나 IT서비스에 대한 유용성 평가의 관련 연구는 거의 진행되지 않고 있다. 이유는 최근 국제표준 제정을 준비하고 있고 평가를 위한 도구 및 평가 척도, 방법에 대한 기준이 명확하지 않기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경로 계획 공유(Route Plan Exchange) e-Navigation IT서비스에 대하여 유용성 평가 과정을 수행하였다. 유용성 평가를 위해 평가도구, 평가 시나리오, 평가 척도, 평가 방법을 개발하고 항해사 대상으로 유효성(Effectiveness), 효율성(Efficiency), 만족성(Satisfaction)을 평가하였다.

This paper aims to study on the relationship of u-Security service, usefulness and citizen satisfaction. Independence variable is u-Security service, a mediation parameter is usefulness, and dependent variable is citizen satisfaction. Using SPSS 18.0, a series of factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis have been performed. The conclusion is as following. First, u-Security service affects usefulness. That is, as publicity safety, system quality, service quality increase, usefulness increases. Second, u-Security service affects citizen satisfaction. That is, as publicity safety, system quality, service quality increase, citizen satisfaction increases. Third, usefulness affects citizen satisfaction. That is, as economic usefulness and security usefulness increase, citizen satisfaction increases. Last, u-Security service has direct and indirect effect in usefulness and citizen satisfaction. That is, usefulness is an important variable that mediates u-Security service and citizen satisfaction.

This study focused on analyzing the effects of ease of use, usefulness on switching barrier and loyalty in the Korean telecommunication market. This study formulated a structural equational model, in which ease of use was adapted as an exogenous variable and in which usefulness, switching barrier were included as intermediate variables, having influences to the endogenous variable such as customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this study 6 hypotheses had been formulated, on which this research model was based, in order to test the significance of structured paths, suggested, in the previous articles, that having high interactive effects. This study collected the effective questionnaires of 452 respondents who had jobs nationwide and who used the telecommunication terminals and then analyzed with AMOS19 and SPSS19 to test the hypotheses. As a result, the conclusions are as follows: First, the ease of use and usefulness had significant effects on the switching barrier. Secondly, ease of use had a significant effect on the usefulness of customers, by which customers' satisfaction was influenced at low significant level. After all, the effects of ease of use and usefulness on switching barrier and satisfaction of the users of smart phones had been shown at the highest level.

This study intends to analyze the utility of library catalogs from library users 'point of view. Emphasis was on verifying how useful library catalogs are as a tool in order to satisfy the information need of library users. To the end, this study developed the criteria and indicators that can be used to measure the utility of library catalogs from users' viewpoint. On the basis of it, the utility of library catalogs was measured systematically. Sample catalog records for the utility verification were selected from 6 most representative university libraries in Korea. The result of verification was presented and described with the typical examples, and the key factors that caused the low utility of library catalogs were a]so identified and discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 모바일 뱅킹의 보안성, 유용성, 용이성과 이용에 대한 태도, 이용에 대한 행동의도 및 실제 이용과의 관계를 규명하고, 동일한 분석 방법으로 인터넷 뱅킹과 비교 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 인터넷 뱅킹의 이용은 기술수용모형에 의해 설명하고, 기술수용모형과 보안성을 통합한 연구모형을 인터넷 뱅킹과 모바일 뱅킹에 동일하게 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모바일 뱅킹과 인터넷 뱅킹의 용이성은 모두 이용에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 인터넷 뱅킹과 모바일 뱅킹의 유용성은 모두 이용에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모바일 뱅킹의 보안성은 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 인터넷 뱅킹의 경우에는 보안성이 유용성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모바일 뱅킹의 보안성은 이용에 대한 태도와 부(-)의 관계를 갖지만, 유용성과는 정(+)의 관계를 갖는다. 마지막으로 모바일 뱅킹과 모바일 뱅킹의 평균차이를 분석한 결과를 보면 전반적으로 모바일 뱅킹과 인터넷 뱅킹 간에 유의한 차이를 보이고 있고, 인터넷 뱅킹의 평균이 더 높게 나타나고 있다.

In this study, we investigate the usefulness of the measures of the 2008 Korean Public Library Operation Assessment as perceived by librarians in practice using a survey. The survey was answered by librarians in large, medium, and small-sized libraries managed by local autonomous bodies and in large-sized libraries that belong to local education authorities. The survey results show that whereas the usefulness of items was higher in planning area and those items that can be easily counted, and usefulness of items in human resources and facilities was lower. There are no significant results in differences by library size and by the characteristics of librarians. Based on the results, we suggest a direction for the improvement of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among the usefulness, ease of use, use intention, and learning utilization of smart learning devices recognized by college students. In order to achieve this, the following problems were addressed: first, how do college students' recognition of ease and usefulness of smart learning devices? second, how do college students' recognition of ease and learning utilization? third, what mediating effects od use of smart learning devices and learning utilization? As for the research method, a survey of 350 students who participated in smart learning was conducted to conduct a home review, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootsrapping for structural equation estimation and mediating analysis. As a result of the analysis on this, first, it was found that the usefulness and ease of smart learning devices recognized by college students had an effect on the intention of use. Second, it was found that the perception of the usefulness and ease of smart devices perceived by college students had an effect on the use of smart learning device learning. Third, it was found that the intention to use smart devices perceived by college students mediated the relationship between usefulness and learning utilization, and it was found that it mediated the relationship between ease and learning utilization. The implications are that instructors can recognize and utilize the intention of using smart learning devices properly by allowing college students to recognize the usefulness and ease of using smart learning devices in the classroom, thereby increasing the learning utilization of smart learning devices in class. In addition, efforts are needed to enable college students to recognize the usefulness of smart devices and to expand the use of learning.

Recently, collaborations through MCS use in team projects are frequently conducted. This study developed a research model to examine the impact of collaboration through MCS on project performance. Team commitment and team trust regarded as the key drivers of enhancing project performance. Moreover, we also investigated the effect of usefulness of MCS on project performance. We posit ubiquity, polychronic use, and ease of use as the key antecedents of usefulness of MCS. The proposed theoretical framework was tested by using survey data collected from 116 university students who have rich experience with collaboration through MCS. PLS was employed for the analysis of the data. The analysis results showed that team trust significantly influences team commitment and project performance, respectively. However, usefulness of MCS is not significantly related to team commitment, while it play a prominent role in enhancing project performance. The results reveals that ease of use has a significant effect on usefulness of MCS, whereas ubiquity and polychronic use are not significantly related to it. From theoretical and practical perspective, this paper can provide in-depth knowledge of the effects of collaboration via MCS on project performance.

본 연구는 기술수용모델(TAM)을 토대로 하여 패밀리 레스토랑 웹사이트에 대한 고객의 사용의도를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 패밀리 레스토랑 이용 시 홈페이지를 사전에 활용했던 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 즐거움과 효율성, 실용성과 거래편리성이 용이성과 유용성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았으며 이들이 사용자의 태도와 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구분석 결과, 효율성은 용이성에 매우 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 즐거움은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 실용성과 거래편리성은 모두 유용성에 유의한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음이 드러났다. 용이성은 유용성에 매우 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 태도에 대하여 유용성은 긍정적 영향을, 용이성은 부정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 태도는 사용의도에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
