Influence of Perceptual Recognition and User Characteristics of 3D Printer Consumers on Perceived Value and Intent to Use Continuously (3D프린터 소비자의 지각된 인식과 사용자 특성이 지각된 가치와 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study looked at what the perceived recognition and user characteristics of 3D printers have to do with perceived value and intention of continuing use. The data collection was conducted by 300 people, including employees who lived in Korea and used 3D printers. Research has shown that firstly, perceptual perception affects perceived values and intended use. Second, user characteristics have been shown to affect perceived value and intended use. Third, it appears to have a positive effect on perceived values and the intention of continuous use. Therefore, by fully recognizing the usefulness and ease of 3D printers to consumers, and by making them aware of the convenience and reliability of consumers, it will be effective if a strategy is established that has put a lot of interest and effort into making 3D printers more popular and active by enhancing consumers' intention to continuously use 3D printers.

A Comparison of Influencing Factors on Usage Intention between Shared Cars and Environment-friendly Cars -Focusing on Chinese Consumers (공유자동차와 친환경자동차의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 비교 -중국소비자를 중심으로)

  • This study explored the relationships among perceived values of environment friendly-cars and shared cars, product attitudes, subjective norms, and usage intentions. The study also examined the difference between the consumer attitudes toward environment friendly-cars and shared-cars. 357 survey responses of Chinese consumers were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the perceived values of environment friendly-cars had positive effects on the product attitude, while the environmental as well as economic value of shared-cars had positive effects on the product attitude. The product attitude, subjective norm and anticipated guilt had positive effects on the usage intention. The results are expected to provide useful marketing strategies related to both environment friendly-car and shared car industries.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the qualitative characteristics of pre-service teachers' motivation while they are participating in group activities for developing mathematical essay assessment problem and revising it. For this purpose, we analyzed individual factors about group learning activities as well as contextual factors about practical competency (in developing and revising mathematical essay assessment problem through collecting data of student responses to the problem). As results of data analyses, autonomy, among individual factors regarding group learning activities, was one of the main characteristics in attainment value, utility value, and intrinsic value, whereas task, authority, and grouping, among contextual factors regarding practical competency, appeared to have a positive impact on task value. These results suggest how to think of specific ideas and articulate them in designing a curriculum to develop student-evaluation expertise for pre-service teachers.

A Study on the Technology Valuation Using Patent Information (컨조인트 기법을 활용한 기술 가치 평가모형: 전기·전자 분야 특허거래 실증 분석)

  • In the era of fierce global competition and short product life cycle, firms have been interested in the technology valuation to improve their competitiveness. As the technology valuation may become a key issue for countries and industries, the development of technology valuation method has become increasingly important. Thus, this study aims to suggest a novel method to assess technology value by applying conjoint analysis to bibilographic information of patent. For this purpose, we firstly identified nine patent indexes categorized in three attributes - technological superiority, marketability and legal rights. Then, we collected actual data on patent transactions including their patent attributes and market prices. Based on the data, we could obtain the patent index values. Finally, we applied conjoint analysis to the prices and patent index values as a basis for technology valuation. The suggested method is expected to be an effective tool for technology valuation by using real transaction data rather than relying heavily on experts assessment.

The Effects of Characteristics of Mobile Coupon Service on Consumers' Intention of Using Mobile Coupons (모바일 쿠폰서비스의 특성이 소비자의 쿠폰이용의도에 미치는 영향과 자기해석의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • The recent economic recession and price rise reduces excessive consumption as a whole. So companies take more interest in and use discount coupons as a means of sales promotion to reinforce their competitiveness. The combination of Internet and mobile communication technology leads to an explosive increase in the use of mobile Internet service, which promotes commercialization of mobile coupons. Nevertheless, there are absolutely insufficient researches on mobile coupons than those on paper ones. In this context, this study tries to consider intention of accepting and using mobile coupons. The innovated Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to see factors of using mobile coupons considered important by customers. Through the combination of characteristics of mobile coupon service and values obtained from mobile coupons, effects of variables to enhance intention of using mobile coupons were empirically analyzed. In particular, this study suggested importance of psychological as well as economic values of mobile coupons and emphasized good considerations of the psychological aspect, such as shame, stinginess, and reputation sensitivity, in using mobile coupons as an important factor for intention of using the coupons. Another empirical analysis was made of what moderating roles consumers' self-construalplayed in the effects of mobile coupon values perceived by consumers on intention of using coupons. As a result, immediate connectivity and situational provision among characteristics of mobile coupon service were found to affect ease and usability. It was also shown that perceived ease and usability had significant effects on both economic and psychological values, which then had significant effects on intention of using a mobile system. After testing moderating effects of self-construal, the degree of effects of perceived mobile coupon values on intention of using mobile coupons was greater among inter-dependent self-construal users than among independent ones. This study considered various schemes of improving intention to use mobile coupons and provided a foundation to help companies make a strategy for mobile coupons to be activated in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of customer acceptance of servicescape on customer satisfaction focusing in theme park service. In particular, the degree of usefulness and ease of use perceived for servicescape will ultimately have the impact on customer satisfaction through the process of service co-creation and shared values creation. In order to demonstrate this structural influence relationship, a survey of 247 undergraduate and graduate students taking service management course was conducted. The customer's acceptance of the servicescape affects the co-creation activities of the service. It creates value and contributes to the improvement of satisfaction. Looking at the results of this study in detail, it is necessary to take into consideration the usefulness of the theme park employees' clothes and symbols, etc. in servicescape, and the convenience of the facility itself is important. This servicescape reveals that customers should be comfortable with the use of real-time information on the site and that customer satisfaction can be improved by creating new shared value. This study has been limited to the theme park service which has a large-scale service field and the distribution status of many customers in real time, so it is limited to apply to the other services with detail reinterpreting.

The Smart Phone Taxi Application Using State, Value Perception and Satisfaction among Chinese Consumers (중국 소비자들의 스마트폰 택시 앱 이용실태, 가치속성에 대한 지각과 만족도)

  • The study aims to explore the factors that affect the value perception, satisfaction, and frequency of smart phone taxi applications in Shanghai, China, and commuters. According to a survey conducted on the actual use of taxi application, the majority of the customers responded that they have been using taxi apps for more than one or two years, and the results showed that they use taxi apps once or twice a week. It also showed that the actual use of taxi apps varies depending on their age and academic background. Among the value attributes of smart phone taxi applications, the respondents perceived ease of use as the highest at 4.41 points out of 5 point scale, while the risk perception was the lowest at 3.34 points. Finally, when social demographic characteristics and the nature of taxi app use were controlled, the value perception variables had a significant influence on taxi application satisfaction. The higher the perception of service quality, usefulness, and system usability, the higher the satisfaction levels were. In particular, the impact of perceived usefulness and system usability perception was high.

  • This study investigates the impact of privacy concerns, perceived utility, and awareness of the right to personal data self-determination on the effective use and expansion of MyData services, which are critical to the data economy. Integrating the value-based adoption model with privacy calculus theory, the research examines how perceived utility, privacy concerns, trust, and personal innovativeness influence perceived value, perceived privacy, and the intention to provide personal information. Data collected from an online survey of 442 MyData service users and prospective users were analyzed using PLS-SEM and Bootstrapping methods via SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that perceived utility positively affects the intention to provide personal information, while privacy concerns have a negative impact. Trust and personal innovativeness positively influence the intention to adopt MyData services, and the awareness of personal data self-determination rights moderates these intentions. The findings underscore the importance of developing beneficial services that mitigate users' privacy concerns and build trust for the successful implementation of MyData services. Additionally, the study highlights the need for education and awareness campaigns to enhance understanding of the right to personal data self-determination.

  • 전력산업은 환경문제로 인해 사업수행이 점차 어려워지고 있으며, 전원개발계획 수립을 위한 의사결정 단계에서 환경외부성을 고려하는 문제가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 전력계획수립의 초기단계에서 환경문제를 통합하기 위한 노력의 일환으로, 다속성 효용이론(Multi-Attribute Utility Theory: MAUT)을 적용하여 환경영향의 다속성 지수를 구성하는 접근방법을 제시한다. 먼저 연구배경과 제안된 방법론을 개괄적으로 살펴본 후, 기술적인 판단과 가치 판단에 근거한 지수구성에 요구되는 제반 가정 및 단계를 소개한다. 다음으로, 우리 나라의 전력산업에 대한 실증분석을 통해 다속성 지수를 도출한다. 마지막으로 환경지수와 화폐 간의 트레이드-오프(trade-off) 관계를 분석하여 환경의 사회적 가치(societal value)를 도출하고 연구결과의 유용성에 대해 설명한다.

  • 일선 교육 현장에서 영재를 지도함에 있어서 해결해야 할 당면 과제는 판별 도구와 학습 프로그램의 개발이다. 영재를 위한 수학 프로그램을 문제 해결형, 수학 탐구형, 과제 해결형의 3가지로 분류할 경우, 퍼즐은 문제 해결형과 수학 탐구형 프로그램의 특성을 공통적으로 갖고 있는 유형으로 수학적 지식의 통합과 연결성. 그리고 창의적 문제 해결력 신장 및 수학적 원리 ${\cdot}$ 법칙을 체험적으로 만들 수 있는 기회를 제공한다는 점에서 매우 가치있는 프로그램이다. 특히 조작퍼즐은 기존의 대수적 표현 체계로 학습하기가 힘든 관찰력이나 공간에 대한 인식과 표현력 친 공간 추론력을 기르는 데 유용하며, 게임적인 요소가 포함된 퍼즐은 지필에 의존해 왔던 수학학습에 대한 부정적인 인식을 해소하는 데 크게 기여할 것이다. 본 고에서는 수학 퍼즐의 종류 및 특성과 교육적 가치에 대해서 개괄적으로 살펴보고, 실제 프로그램 작성을 위한 정보를 제공과 영재들의 공감 감각을 기르기 위한 프로그램의 원을 이용한 수학 퍼즐의 개요를 제시한다.
