This paper presents a novel implementation on multimedia fingerprinting algorithm based on BCH (Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquenghem) code. The evaluation is put in force the colluder detection to n-1. In the proposed algorit hm, the used collusion attacks adopt logical combinations (AND, OR and XOR) and average computing (Averaging). The fingerprinting code is generated as below step: 1. BIBD {7,4,1} code is generated with incidence matrix. 2. A new encoding method namely combines BIBD code with BCH code, these 2 kind codes are to be fingerprinting code by BCH encoding process. 3. The generated code in step 2, which would be fingerprinting code, that characteristic is similar BCH {15,7} code. 4. With the fingerprinting code in step 3, the collusion codebook is constructed for the colluder detection. Through an experiment, it confirmed that the ratio of colluder detection is 86.6% for AND collusion, 32.8% for OR collusion, 0% for XOR collusion and 66.4% for Averaging collusion respectively. And also, XOR collusion could not detect entirely colluder and on the other hand, AND and Averaging collusion could detect n-1 colluders and OR collusion could detect k colluders.
The purpose of this study is to verify the applicability of concept mapping in the process of planning social welfare program based on community network. Concept mapping is a kind of decision-making method that structuralized complex ideas and presented visually. Already, concept mapping is widely utilized in counseling, nursing and public health area to plan and evaluation their program and service. For recent, effectiveness of concept mapping has been reported. Concept mapping is a effective decision-making method that they recognize outcome gap between service provider and client, reach the outcome's consensus in counseling and nursing, medical area. In this study, we conceptualized 3rd year outcomes of Community Impact Project that was supported from Busan Chest using concept mapping. This CI project intervenes children and youth who lives in Buk-gu, Busan. Concept mapping has six stages-preparation, collecting ideas, structuring statements, representing statement, interpreting the results of the analysis, applying the results. We followed these steps. The participants were working at social welfare organizations, total 11 persons. We obtained 60 statements and analyzed using multidimensional scaling. we collected 5 clusters, cluster 1 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth', cluster 2 'social system change of children and youth', cluster 3 'friendly community formation', cluster 4 'community people change', cluster 5 'service provider change'. As a result, among total 5 clusters formed, 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth' came to the strongest outcomes. When concept mapping was applied to the program planning, the consensus of the opinion came easily in the decision-making process, and the participants were empowered. In addition, clear conceptualization on each element of the program planning was made.

High speed switches have been developing to interconnect a large number of nodes. It is important to analyze the switch performance under various conditions to satisfy the requirements. Queueing analysis, in general, has the intrinsic problem of large state space dimension and complex computation. In fact, The petri net is a graphical and mathematical model. It is suitable for various applications, in particular, manufacturing systems. It can deal with parallelism, concurrence, deadlock avoidance, and asynchronism. Currently it has been applied to the performance of computer networks and protocol verifications. This paper presents a framework for modeling and analyzing ATM switch using stochastic activity networks (SANs). In this paper, we provide the ATM switch model using SANs to extend easily and an approximate analysis method to apply A TM switch models, which significantly reduce the complexity of the model solution. Cell arrival process in output-buffered Queueing A TM switch with finite buffer is modeled as Markov Modulated Poisson Process (MMPP), which is able to accurately represent real traffic and capture the characteristics of bursty traffic. We analyze the performance of the switch in terms of cell-loss ratio (CLR), mean Queue length and mean delay time. We show that the SAN model is very useful in A TM switch model in that the gates have the capability of implementing of scheduling algorithm.

This paper proposes a new three-line balun. The equivalent circuit of the proposed three-line balun is presented, and impedance matrix[Z]of the equivalent circuit is derived from the relationship between the current and voltage at each port. The design equation for a given set of balun impedance at input and output ports is presented using[S]parameters, which is transferred fom impedance matrix,[Z]. To demonstrate the feasibility and validity of design equation, multi-layer ceramic(MLC) chip balun operated in the 2.4 GHz ISM band frequency is designed and fabricated by the use of the low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) technology. By employing both the proposed new three-line balun equivalent circuit and multi-layer configuration provided by LTCC technology, the 2012 size MLC balun is realized. Measured results of the multi-layer LTCC three-line balun match well with the full-wave electromagnetic simulation results, and measured in band-phase and amplitude balances over a wide bandwidth are excellent. This proposed balun is very easily applicable to multi-layer structure using LTCC as shown in the paper, and also can be realized with microstrip lines on PCB. This distinctive performance is very favorable for wireless communication systems such as wireless LAN(Local Area Network) and Bluetooth applications.

Since prediction processes such as motion estimation motion compensation are not at the WZ video encoder but at its decoder, WZ video compression cannot have better performance than that of conventional video encoder. In order to implement the prediction process with low complexity at the encoder, WZ residual coding was proposed. Instead of original WZ frames, WZ residual coding encodes the residual signal between key frames and WZ frames. Although the proposed WZ residual coding has good performance in pixel domain, it does not have any improvements in transform domain compared to transform domain WZ coding. The WZ residual coding in transform domain is difficult to have better performance, because pre-defined quantization matrices in WZ coding are not compatible with WZ residual coding. In this paper, we propose a new quantization method modifying quantization matrix and quantization step size adaptively for transform domain WZ residual coding. Experimental result shows 22% gain in BDBR and 1.2dB gain in BDPSNR.

In this paper, a way of constituting optimized S box and G function was suggested in the block cipher whose structure is similar to SEED, which is KOREA standard of 128-bit block cipher. S box can be formed with nonlinear function and an affine transform. Nonlinear function must be strong with differential attack and linear attack, and it consists of an inverse number over GF(2$\^$8/) which has neither a fixed point, whose input and output are the same except 0 and 1, nor an opposite flexed number, whose output is one's complement of the input. Affine transform can be constituted so that the input/output correlation can be the lowest and there can be no fixed point or opposite fixed point. G function undergoes diffusive linear transform with 4 S-box outputs using the matrix of 4$\times$4 over GF(2$\^$8/). G function can be constituted so that MDS(Maximum Distance Separable) code can be formed, SAC(Strict Avalanche Criterion) can be met, there can be no weak input, where a fried point, an opposite fried point, and output can be two's complement of input, and the construction of hardware can be made easy. The S box and G function suggested in this paper can be used as a constituent of the block cipher with high security, in that they are strong with differential attack and linear attack with no weak input and they are excellent at diffusion.

The sensitivity adjectives on wall paper are collected. With the collected sensitivity adjective, we are going to develop the model which can recommend the wallpaper to customer. A large number of adjectives describing affective responses were collected from such diverse sources as questionnaire survey results, field survey results and internet survey result. To search the representative adjective of collected adjective, we used the diverse statistical analysis method. We attempted to decide the axis name of dimension through the MDS(Multi-Dimensional Scale) analysis method using the similarity matrix an4 to find a three or four reduced factors through the factor analysis method using the varimax rotation method. The result of the analysis showed that the reduced factors could account about $82\%$ when the number of factor is three(popular, elegance, and passable) ant about $93\%$ when the number of factor is four (elegance, passable, beautiful, and affectionate) On the basis of this result, we expect it can be used to develop the model recommending the wallpaper.
This study analyzed the difference in evaluation results in evaluating identical products by applying two different types of evaluating scales, Creative Product Analysis Matrix (CPAM) and Creative Product Semantic Scale (CPSS) by O'Quin and Bessember (1989). As a result, evaluation based on explicit knowledge scored lower than evaluation based on implicit knowledge, implying that the evaluation becomes stricter. When evaluated with CPSS, which as relatively more segmentalized grading criteria, all sub-dimensions of creativity showed low scores, and it show that when evaluator's first impression or personal evaluation standard on the products is firm, they may not be evaluated by the evaluation tools. Gifted education teachers were giving similar evaluations as experts in creative product evaluation, and understanding the product evaluation tool fully in advance before teaching or evaluating products may lead to the generation of newer, more useful and appropriate, and highly creative product with high solvability.

A three-dimensional Galerkin-FEM model which can handle the temporal and spatial variation of density is presented. The hydrostatic approximation is used and density effects are included by means of conservation equation of heat and the equation of state. The finite difference grids are used in the horizontal plane and a set of linear-shape functions is used for the vertical expansion. The similarity transform is introduced to solve resultant matrix equations. The proposed model was first applied to the density-driven circulation in an idealized basin in the presence of the heat exchange between the air and the sea. The advection terms in the momentum equation were ignored, while the convection terms were retained in the heat equation. Coefficients of the vertical eddy viscosity and diffusivity were fixed to be constant. Calculation in a non-rotating idealized basin shows that the difference in heat capacity with depth gives rise to the horizontal gradient of temperature. Consequently, there is a steady new in the upper layer in the direction of increasing depth with compensatory counter flow .in the lower layer. With Coriolis force, geostrophic flow was predominant due to the balance between the pressure gradient and the Coriolis force. As a test in region of irregular topography, the model is applied to the Yellow Sea. Although the resultant flow was very complex, the character of the flow Showed to be geostrophic on the whole.
In this study, the explicit numerical algorithm was proposed to simulate the stress erection process and ultimate-load analysis of the strarch (stressed arch) system. The strarch system is a unique and innovative structural system and member prestress comprising prefabricated plane truss frames erected through a post-tensioning stress erection procedure. The flexible bottom chord, which has sleeve and gap details, is closed by the reaction force of the prestressing tendon. The prestress imposed on the tendon will enable the strarch system to be erected. This post-tensioning process is called "stress erection process." During this process, plastic rigid-body rotation occurs to the flexible top chord due to the excessive amount of plastic strain, and the structural characteristic is unstable. In this study, the dynamic relaxation method (DRM) was adopted to calculate the nonlinear equilibrium equation of the system, and a displacement-based finite-element-formulated filament beam element was used to simulate the nonlinear behavior of the top chord sections of the strarch system. The section of the filament beam element was composed by the amount of filaments, which can be modeled by various material models. The Ramberg-Osgood and bilinear kinematic elastic plastic material models were formulated for the nonlinear material behaviors of the filaments. The numerical results that were obtained in the present study were compared with the experiment results of the stress erection and with the results of the ultimate-load analysis of the strarch unit frame. The results of the present studies are in good agreement with the previous experiment results, and the explicit DRM enabled the analysis of the post-buckling behaviors of the strarch unit frame.
