This study examines the vision/strategies of policy for the public services based ubiquitous-IT. That policy is for searching the ubiquitous based people-friendly public services and promoting the industry related u-IT. This article's purposes are below; first, making the policy for activating the ubiquitous based public services, second, looking for the core subjects focused on practical value, and finally, proposing the system for the cooperation between public and private sector.

본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 도시의 통합운영센터가 가지고 있는 문제점들을 해결할 수 있고, 기존도시와의 IT서비스의 차별성을 위하여 스마트그리드를 운용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 한국전력의 대리자, 해상풍력에너지 전력생산 및 판매, 그리고 정전대비 보완사항을 제시하였다. 이 연구로 유비쿼터스 도시에 대한 운영비 조달과 수익창출 및 정전에 의한 재난관리 예방이 기대되고, 유비쿼터스도시의 참조모델이 될 것으로 판단이 된다.

유비쿼터스가 21세기 정보통신 분야의 최대 화두로 떠오르고 있는 가운데 각종 상품에 생산자의 생산.유통.판매 정보를 등록시켜 소비자가 필요한 보를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)와 각종 센서에서 수집한 정보를 무선으로 실시간 관리할 수 있는 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)은 미래 유비쿼터스 사회의 핵심이며 사회 경제적 기본 인프라로 주목받고 있다. 현재 이러한 유비쿼터스 신기술을 산업에 조기 적용하기 위한 정부와 민간차원의 노력이 한창 진행 중이며, 특허 정부는 국민소득 3만 달러 조기 달성을 목표로 지난 2004년 3월 수립한 IT839 전략 아래 8대 서비스와 5대 신성장동력에 속하는 RFID와 USN 기술의 적용을 위해 다각도의 노력을 해오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 활발하게 진행되고 있는 RFID/USN의 개념 및 기술에 대한 동향과 향후 시장 전망에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

최근 IT분야에서 관심사는 유비쿼터스 기술의 도입을 통해 사회, 경제전반의 효율화를 추구하기위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이 가운데 본 연구에서는 서비스 분야의 하나인 금융관련기관의 고객서비스 지원기술 개발과 관련해서 e-CRM에 신기술 개념인 유비쿼터스 기술을 접목해서 새로운 기술개발 시도를 통해 on-line상에서 진행되어 오던 고객서비스 지원을 보다 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 기술개발 개념을 제시 하고자 한다.

정보통신 기술의 변화는 방송 통신망의 융합, 브로드 밴드 네트워킹, 스마트 디바이스의 다양화, 멀티미디어 기술의 고도화로 요약된다. 이 모든 기술이 종합적인 작용으로 유비쿼터스 사회의 기반으로 진행하고 있다. 그래서 기존 인터넷기반 시스템과는 다른 차세대 온라인교육시스템이 본격 개발되고 있다. 새로운 기술기반의 온라인 교육시스템은 각종 국제표준단체에서 표준안이 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 기술을 반영한 SCORM기반 u-Learning에 관하여 연구하였다.

유비쿼터스환경에서 뮤지엄을 인류의 지식을 담은 보고로 볼 때, 앞으로 미래박물관의 서비스는 관람자에게 제공되는 관람 인터페이스의 질에 좌우될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 Storytelling Digital Museum의 개념으로 가상박물관과 실제박물관의 결합된 상태에서 관람자와 박물관 학예사 사이에 매개 역할을 하는 대리인-Avatar를 내장한 전시미디어의 개발방안을 연구하고 이것이 활용될 수 있는 환경을 구축하기 위한 방안으로 현존하는 요소기술 제시와 함께 이러한 요소기술을 어떻게 조합해서 만들어낼 것인가 하는 개념을 제시할 것이다. IT서비스환경에서 새로운 방식의 Virtual Museum을 제시할 것이다.

This paper proposes a CIB framework implementing a ubiquitous smart space. In a ubiquitous smart space, a ubiquitous mobile device recognizes surrounding context, and infers the situation and provides services to users. Ubiquitous mobile devices have a RDF store to manage resources and relevant information efficiently on CIB framework. This store space is flexible on the operations such as addition, modification, deletion of information and response to query by SPARQL. In addition, it provides local information to other ubiquitous mobile devices in the from of XML and stores resource information from other ubiquitous mobile devices into local ubiquitous mobile device for the purpose of discovering external resources.

Today we are preparing to accept the ubiquitous library age. This article will serve to define the concepts of the hybrid library, the gateway library and the ubiquitous library which hold the advanced concepts of the digital library. It will review the main projects about them in order to portray what the future libraries will be like and how they can be developed. In particular, the eLib program of the hybrid library, the gateway projects by Harvard University and Penn State University, and the ubiquitous library projects in Carnegie Melon University and Maryland University will be surveyed, through which the characteristics of the information services being operated by the ubiquitous libraries will be scanned.

The spread of mobile devices, PDAs and sensors has enabled the construction of ubiquitous computing environments, transforming regular physical spaces into 'smart space' augmented with intelligence and enhanced with services. However, unless privacy concerns are taken into account early in the design process of various ubiquitous devices(e.g. mobile devices, PDAs, sensors, etc.). we will end up crating ubiquitous surveillance infrastructure. Also, it may inappropriate to use public key techniques for computational constrained devices in ubiquitous computing environment. In this paper, we propose efficient user authentication and ky agreement protocol not only to preserve anonymity for protecting personal privacy but also to be suitable for computational constrained devices in ubiquitous computing environments.

Today, many universities are progressing research of ubiquitous campus for discrimination and the part universities constructed ubiquitous campus with telecommunication company. It is applied with campus service. But, Currently ubiquitous campus environment has two weakness. First one is Non-practicality cause of Not enough supplying related device for using service to student. And the other one is that can't support Student Oriented Service. In this paper, We studied on model that tan analysis ubiquitous utilization of student and can be Student Oriented Service. To resolve this, we realized practical service via analysis of User IT Infra.
