This study examines whether startup firms start with the resources they already have and expand the resources they can mobilize in the process of business management (Effectuation Model) using public data provided by the government. The results of the study show that the Effectuation Model can partially explain the behavior of early-stage startup firms. Therefore, in terms of policy implications based on these findings, government policies for entrepreneurship should not be based on the selection of companies based on sophisticated business models and hypothetical profit models, but rather on a system that actively supports entrepreneurship in areas that are challenging, even if they seem somewhat reckless at the moment, or that best match the entrepreneur's knowledge. Next, in order to actively spread entrepreneurship, it is necessary to spread business history or entrepreneurial experience. To this end, it is necessary to drastically change the current financial system for startups, where the founder bears all the financial risk, and to more actively consider ways to reduce the risk of startups by allowing society and the financial system to share some of the risk of startups.
It is expected that the vehicle safety systems using vehicle-to-vehicle communication can reduce the possibility of vehicle collision and prevent the chain crash by promptly delivering the status of neighboring vehicles. Many IEEE 802.11 DCF based Flooding schemes have been proposed, but they may generally expose the problems that the transmission efficiency is sharply declined as the vehicle density has increased and then is related to the low possibility of the channel access. Therefore, this paper proposes a collision prevention scheme using adaptively controlling the frequency of the message exchanges based on the current status of neighboring vehicles. Moreover, it is shown from simulation that the proposed scheme provides the performance gains over the existing Flooding based scheme.

According to spreading of smart devices and development of communication technology, the security issues come to the fore in the modern factory. Especially, the smart facpry should be considered the risk management plan how to identify and evaluate, control the risks. In this paper, we suggest the minimum security requirements applying SFRPN(Smart Factory Risk Priority Number) model to domestic smart factory on the basis of the results inspecting factories.
This study investigates to investigate the factors that influence user resistance of mobile payment services. We suggested individual and technical characteristics of mobile payment services as factors influencing perceived risk and user resistance. In addition, we suggested negative security recognition as moderating variable. To test the proposed hypotheses, we collected 349 survey responses from the users of mobile payment services and conducted structural equation modeling with SmartPLS2.0. The results show that, first, negative social influence, risk aversion and distrust in existing services had an effect on the perceived risk. Second, the pace of change and vulnerability had an effect on the perceived risk. Third, perceived risk affected the user resistance while negative security recognition is related to the relationship between perceived risk and user resistance.
It is more important to realize safety management, medium-large accident prevention and risk prediction as accident of industry facilities can generate enormous physical and human damage because most energy plant might handle toxic substance. Especially, atmospheric dispersion system, which is able to simulate situation, have been used for release accident of toxic substance since the accident can show different of dispersion range and velocity according to release material, storage facility and atmospheric status. However those systems have been used generally in design step of industry facility and are difficult to deal with release accident quickly. Although some researches and cases have been studied for using real-time atmospheric information, there are insufficient system for processing quickly release accident. This paper aims to develop real-time smart atmospheric dispersion system that can deal with release accident quickly by enhancing distinct characteristics and efficiency of energy plant, and select release time and area using intelligent algorithm as accident prevention type.

This study conduct for 200 farmhouses who didn't accept new technology like mulberry Protected Cultivation. Through research model combined Innovation diffusion theory(IDT) and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), it analysed which factors affect for new technology acceptance and diffusion. To verify relations between external factors which affect new technology acceptance and diffusion by endogenous variables such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived riskiness, with external factors, mothed used to analyse it. Most of adopted variables were showed positive results except for individual innovativeness and reliability. Based on the results of these analyses, we can suggest rapid. First, technique diffusion agents should have heighten the level of expertise and technology, and build up the network to solve difficulties with technique supply with mulberry farmhouses. Secondly farmhouses of mulberry outdoor cultivation showed positive attitude protected cultivation, but negative attitude it bacause of the burden of facilities investment. Thus, it is needed to capital investment for individual farmhouse hold. Finally, through cultivation technology education, field trip about mulberry protected cultivation, we can diffuse technology receive for negative farmers.
M&S techniques are widely used as scientific means to systematically develop response plans to chemical and biological (CB) hazards. However, while the theoretical area of hazard dispersion modeling has achieved remarkable practical results, the operational analysis area to simulate CB hazard response plans is still in an early stage. This paper presents a model to simulate CB hazard response plans such as detection, protection, and decontamination. First, we present a possible way to display high-fidelity hazard dispersion in a combat simulation model, taking into account weather and terrain conditions. We then develop an improved vulnerability model of the combat simulation model, in order to simulate CB damage of combat simulation entities based on other casualty prediction techniques. In addition, we implement tactical behavior task models that simulate CB hazard response plans such as detection, reconnaissance, protection, and decontamination. Finally, we explore its feasibility by analyzing contamination detection effects by distributed CB detectors and decontamination effects according to the size of the {contaminated, decontamination} unit. We expect that the proposed model will be partially utilized in disaster prevention and simulation training area as well as analysis of combat effectiveness analysis of CB protection system and its operational concepts in the military area.
We empirically investigate the option leverage property that should be priced under much more general conditions than the Black-Scholes assumptions and the option redundancy property that is based on the assumption that the underlying asset price follows a one-dimensional diffusion process and examine the systematic risk factors implied in the return dynamics of KOSPI 200 index options. We find that the option leverage pattern is similar to the theoretical result but the options are not redundant securities and in the nonlinear structure of option payoffs, the traders of KOSPI 200 index options price the systematic higher-moments and the negative volatility risk premium significantly affects delta-hedged gains, even after accounting for jump fears. But the empirical evidence on jump risk preference is less conclusive.
This study built the volcano Data Base(DB) of 289 active volcanoes around the Korean Peninsula, Japan, China (include Taiwan), and Russia Kamchatka area. Twenty nine more hazardous volcanoes including Baekdusan, Ulleungdo and 27 Japanese volcanoes that can cause a widespread ash-fall on the Korean peninsula by potentially explosive eruption were selected. This selection was based on the presence of volcanic activity, whether or not containing dangerous explosive eruption rock types, distance from Seoul, and volcanoes having Plinian eruption history with volcanic explosivity index (VEI) 4 or more. The results of this study are utilized for screening high-risk volcanoes that may affect the volcanic disaster caused by a widespread fallout ash. By predicting the extent of spread of ash caused by these hazardous volcanic activities and by analyzing the impact on the Korean peninsula, we suggest that it should be used for helping to predict volcanic ash damages and conduct hazards mitigation research as well.

As the market for portable electronic devices expands, the demand for Lithium Ion Battery (LIB) is also increasing. LIB has higher efficiency than other secondary batteries, but there is a risk of explosion / fire due to thermal runaway reaction. Especially, Electric Vehicles (EV) equipped with a large capacity LIB cell also has a danger due to a large amount of toxic gas generated by a fire. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the risk of toxic gas generated by EV fire to minimize accident damage. In this study, the flow of toxic gas generated by EV fire was numerically analyzed using Computational Fluid Dynamic. Scenarios were established based on literature data and EV data to confirm the effect distance according to time and exposure standard. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk of toxic gas caused by EV fire and to help minimize the loss of life and property caused by accidents.
