본 연구에서는 EDI감사 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해서 기존의 EDP감사 의사결정지원시스템 및 감사전문가시스템분야의 연구를 고찰했다. EDI감사를 위한 의사결정지원시스템은 통계, 위험, 회사의 개요, 테스트 항목등의 데이타를 저장한 데이타베이스 시스템이다. 시스템 개발을 위해서 E/R(Entity Relation)이나 DFD(Data Flow Diagram)분석을 통해서 논리적인 설계를 하였다. 시스템 개발은 개인용 데이타베이스팩키지인 FoxPro를 사용하였다. 이 시스템을 통해서 감사인이 필요한 테스트 결과를 조회하거난 저장할 수 있고 통제, 위험, 회사등의 상호조회를 통한 필요한 통제나 위험정도를 쉽게 조회해 볼수 있다. 회사마다 필요한 통제, 위험, 테스트 항목등의 체크리스트가 달라지는 경우에 이 시스템을 통해서 입력 저장하여 각각의 회사에 대해 다른 체크리스트를 저장하여 놓을수 있다. 본 시스템은 EDI감사뿐만 아니라 일반 EDP감사분야에도 적용가능할 것이다. 종이를 사용한 감사증적이 없음으로 인해 수작업에 의한 EDI감사는 어려움이 있고 EDP감사시스템분야의 국내 연구가 전무한 실정에서 EDI감사를 지원하는 시스템의 연구는 의의를 갖는다고 생각된다. 본 시스템을 통해서 EDI의 보안 및 감사업무의 효율성이 높아지고 EDI에 대한 위험에 효율적으로 대처할수 있게 될 것이다. 그리고 이러한 보안 및 감사기법과 통제모형을 지식베이스로 구축해서 실제의 위험노출상황에서 가능한 보안을 위한 통제방안이 여러가지가 있는 경우에 비용/편익 분석, 효율성, 회사방침 및 법률적인 문제등을 고려해서 최적의 보안통제 및 감사기법을 선택하는 것을 지원할 수 있을 것이다.고리듬을 개발 함으로써 내부점 선형계획법의 수행속도의 개선에 도움이 될 것이다.성요소들을 제시하였다.용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. This research focuses on what factors determine firm's decisions on R&D outsourcing and how R&D outsourcing affect R&D performance. In recent years many firms outsource R&D activities instead of internalizing it. Thus, further investigation is necessary to find out this recent trend. Based on several theoretical background the study developed three determining factors of R&D outsourcing which are transactional level, firm level, and risk level. Transactional level composes of independent variables such as R&D cost saving, asset specificity and uncertainty which mainly comes from Transaction Cost Economics theory. Firm level composes of openness to technology from outer source, R&D capability, and outsourcing experience. Risk level composes of technological risk, cost-related risk and managerial risk. The result shows that R&D outsourcing is significantly related to cost saving aspect, low asset specific firms, firms without solid technological background, firms which are open to external technology, firms with other types of outsourcing experience, and firms which take technological risks. However, proposed relationship between degree of R&D outsourcing and R&D performance found out to be insignificant. This research is contribute to the field of outsourcing study since it will give guidance to managers who need to make strategic decisions on R&D outsourcing activities.

This paper shows how weather derivatives can be used to hedge against the price risk and volume risk of purchasing relatively large amounts of electricity. Our specific approach to designing new contracts for electricity is to focus on the return over a summer season rather than on the daily levels of demand and price. It is shown that correct market signals can be preserved in a contract and the associated financial risk can be offset by weather options. The advantage of combining a forward contract with a weather derivative is that the high prices on hot days or when the temperature is high reflect the underlying high cost of producing power when the load is high and that the combined contract with a weather derivative substantially reduces the volatility of the return.

The paper discusses several means for estimating appropriating discount rates to value non-traded assets. That Is, this study discusses the relationship between market equity beta and observable finance information. The relationship can in principle be used to determine betas for non-traded entity for which conventional market model or pure-play techniques are impractical. In addition, the paper shows on model researched by Patterson in 1993. Patterson's research investigates the cross-sectional relationship market beta and accounting beta in Canadian capital market.

Risk factors are the reason behind cost overruns and delays in long-term large-scale IT service projects. Major risks originate from the integration of complex IT system components, including software, hardware, and solutions; the competitive bidding process; the turnkey and firm-fixed price nature of contracts; and the project execution environment. We have identified several risk factors such as delay in acceptance, low quality of deliverables, delay in payment, adding and changing requirements and scope, unclear definition of roles and responsibilities of the buyer and supplier, and unclear procedures of change and quality management during the project execution phase. One needs to manage risks proactively before signing the contract. In order to weed out or lower the risk factors well in advance, we need to identify and remove risk factors contained in contract clauses and attached contract documents. We propose a checklist for assessing IT service project contracts. To validate the checklist's utility, we applied it to an IT service project in the finance industry. The results show that the checklist is effective in identifying and removing risk factors pertaining to IT service projects.

시험평가는 무기체계를 획득하는 과정에서 의사결정자에게 필요한 정보를 제공하여 획득과 관련된 위험요소를 식별하여 위험을 감소시키거나 제거하는 위험관리 도구로써의 역할뿐만 아니라 소요군인 수요자에게 무기체계에 대한 신뢰성을 보증하는 역할을 하기 때문에 이의 중요성을 아무리 강조하여도 지나침이 없다. 시험평가 개혁은 획득비용 절감, 획득기간 단축, 무기체계의 신뢰성 제고 등 획득개혁의 핵심요소인 바, 시험평가의 개혁이 곧 획득개혁을 보장할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 동적환경의 잠재적 위험 정의와 안전한 전역경로 계획 알고리즘을 제안 하였다. 대부분의 전역경로계획 연구는 시간과 거리의 비용을 최적화 시키는데 집중하고 있다. 하지만 동적환경으로 우리 주변에 많은 위험요소가 작용하고 있다. 본 논문에서 안전한 자율주행을 위한 경로계획방법으로 위험지역에 의해 정의 된 반발력과 S*알고리즘을 이용하여 안전하고 빠른 최적의 경로계획을 이루었다.

기업을 경영하는 과정에서 사업주는 여러 가지 경영상의 문제점에 직면하게 되는 데 그 중 안전과 관련된 중요한 문제를 열거하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사고발생 가능성의 문제로 "어디서 무엇이 잘못될 수 있으며, 사고의 발생가능성은 얼마나 되는가" 하는 것과 둘째, 사고결과에 미치는 영향의 문제로 "허용할 수 있는 피해규모는 얼마나 되며, 피해가 발생 가능하다면 우리가 부담해야 할 비용은 얼마나 되는가" 하는 것이다. 또한 관리적인 문제로 "위험한 기기는 전체 중 얼마나 되며, 인력 및 자원을 어떤 곳에 집중적으로 투자해야 하는가 또한 이들 위험 설비에 개선이 필요하다면 사용하는 방법이 가장 최적의 방법은 무엇인가"등의 문제를 예로 들 수 있다.
