Improved Center Array-Sequensing Phase Unwrapping(ICASPU) method for reconstruction of MR phase image (자기공명 위상영상 재구성을 위한 향상된 중심배열 정렬 위상 펼침 방법)

  • This study proposed an improved center array-sequencing phase unwrapping (ICASPU) algorithm. 2% agarose phantom dopped with 0.6mM/l MnCl2 was used with clinical 1.5T MRI system and commercial knee coil. Obtained k-space data(raw-data) was transmitted to PC and reconstructed into phase image with MATLAB software. Previous center array-sequence phase unwrapping algorithm wascompared with proposed ICASP algorithm using second order regression analysis. As a result, we found that the amount of error on proposed ICASPU method is less about 5 times than that of previous CASPU method. In this study, we exploit improved Center array-sequence phase unwrapping algorithm and expect to apply to images including phase informations.

  • Optical fiber Bragg grating to have the lowest transmitivity at 1549.9nm wavelength was fabricated using a Gaussian distributed KrF Eximer laser of 248nm lasing wavelength and a phase mask of 1.072um period. The proper alignment of an optic setup to fabricate fiber gratings was investigated and the reproductivity of the grating fabrication was examined using the obtained optimum fabrication condition in this experiment.

  • This paper is meaningful as the first case where a 4 - sided hull-fixed phased array radar was installed on a mast separated from Korea and the alignment was verified. The mechanical alignment method was studied for accurately mounting two separate masts for naval ships and the 3D scanner for alignment. Hull-fixed phased array radar uses very high frequency, so the short wavelength can cause a phase difference of the device due to the small positional error. Since the array antenna is fixed with the hull, it has higher accuracy control than the rotary radar for 4 array surfaces. The study describes a method of checking the flatness of two radar masts manufactured at a factory, a method of aligning masts in a shipyard, and a method of aligning four array pad mounting surfaces. As a tool for this, a 3D laser scanner and a software-based method for comparing survey results with 3D CAD are used. This paper is meaningful as the first example of installing a four-sided hull-fixed phased array radar on a separate mast from a Korean naval ship and deriving a mechanical alignment method.

  • 지금까지 광파장 측정기로는 회절격자를 이용한 스펙트로미터$^{[1]}$ , 간섭계형 측정기$^{[2]}$ , 퓨리어변환 스펙트로미터$^{[3]}$ 등이 개발되어 왔다. 이러한 측정 방법들은 정밀도면에서 안정적이나 시스템의 부피가 크고, 복잡하며, 광학적 정렬의 어려움이 있다. 또한 WDM 파장영역인 1550nm 부근에서 회절격자를 이용한 스펙트로미터는 고가의 광검출기를 사용하여야 한다. 최근에는 기존의 광학적 정렬이나 기계적인 움직임이 없이 측정가능한 방법에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 본 논문에서는 위상지연기로 쓰인 Polarization Mantaining Fiber(PM-fiber)내에서 입사광의 파장에 따라 fast축과 slow축 방향 편광성분의 위상차가 파장의 함수인 것을 이용해 이 위상차에의한 서로 다른 편광성분의 Power의 차이를 측정함으로써 파장을 결정하는 저가의 휴대용 광파장 측정장비의 구현방법을 제시하였다.   • A novel alignment method that can be used for aligning the collimating mirror employed in a monochromator is described. In most of the spectrometer industry, the alignment of optical components such as a focusing mirror, a grating and a collimating mirror has been performed manually so far. In this paper, we use a matchedfilter based image correlation technique for measuring the accurate image position which is used for aligning the collimating mirror. The experimental results show that with the proposed scheme automatic alignment can be completed within 10 seconds.

  • PMP(Phase Measuring Profilometry)측정법은 투영계와 기록계의 기하학적 구성과 광학계의 정렬적인 문제에 의해서 기본적으로 오차를 가지고 측정된다. 일반적으로 PMP 형상 측정에서 측정면과 광학계의 높이가 피 측정면에 비해서 상당히 큰 경우, CCD 카메라에서 높이 방향으로 측정영역이 작아지게됨으로써 측정위상이 기준면에서의 위치와 높이 방향에 따라서 다르게 나타나고 프로젝터가 측정면에 투영되는 간섭무의의 피치가 다르게 적용된다. (중략)

  • An optical phase modulator is fabricated in GaAs/AlGaAs doble heterostructure wafer grown by MOCVD. A self-aligned process, in which the same photoresist pattern is used for both the waveguide etching and the insulation layer formation, is developed and is found to be very useful, Fabry-Perot interference technique is applied to the measurement and the phase modulation efficiency is measured to be 22.5$^{\circ}$/Vmm at 1.31 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for TE polarization.

  • As an application of SDINS/GPS integration for its synergistic results, the SDINS alignments utilizing GPS carrier phase rate measurements. A measurement model of GPS carrier phase rate is derived in order to be used with SDINS alignment process. For in-flight alignment, the performance of the suggested SDINS/GPS integration method is analyzed using the covariance analysis and its results are confirmed by those of van test. Consequently, it is shown that all states of the SDINS integrated system by utilizing GPS carrier phase rate measurements can be estimated more efficiently than a general SDINS/GPS during in-flight alignment.

  • In this paper, we propose an adaptive genetic algorithm (aGA) approach for effectively solving the sequencing problem with precedence constraints (SPPC). For effective representation of the SPPC in the aGA approach, a new representation procedure, called the topological sort-based representation procedure, is used. The proposed aGA approach has an adaptive scheme using a fuzzy logic controller and adaptively regulates the rate of the crossover operator during the genetic search process. Experimental results using various types of the SPPC show that the proposed aGA approach outperforms conventional competing approaches. Finally the proposed aGA approach can be a good alternative for locating optimal solutions or sequences for various types of the SPPC.
