This study was conducted to do in-depth exploration of coroperate employees' learning experiences for workplace under COVID-19. We collected data through depth interviews from August 10th to November 30th, 2020 with five employees of S Energy company, and a qualitative case study was conducted using Ricci's 3-step analysis procedure. As a result, In the process of adapting from the landing of COVID-19, "The Story of a Distant Country," "No More Safe Zones," "Exploring effective responses created by a Sense of Crisis," and "Learning the changed way of work for adaptation." appeared. In addition, It has been found that the experience of learning in the work environment of the With Corona era includes "learning experience for survival from a sense of crisis", "learning experience for adapting to Untact culture", "learning experience through SNS communication", and "competitive learning experience for performance creation". In conclusion, employees have adapted to changes in the workplace environment through various learning experiences, which can enhance workers' ability to cope with crisis situations and can be used as basic data for an effective learning. In the future, we suggested follow-up researches of corporate employees in various fields.

Midlife is a critical time when people look back on their life and evaluate it from current state. In middle age, there is a satisfaction with achievement and a sense of crisis between reality and expectation. Research on pastoral counseling in the middle age to minimize problems and conflicts that occur in the transition period of crisis or opportunity is meaningful. Based on biblical principles, pastoral counseling should be able to help the client's needs and development tasks to be reproduced into a meaningful life on the basic premise of a realistic meeting with God. Therefore, through a literature review, the developmental views of Jung, Ericsson, Levinson, and the pioneers of middle-aged research, were examined. From this realistic point of view, the integration of pastoral counseling and reality therapy is considered to be very useful by allowing the harmony of internal dialogue and behavior to start together through the feasible realistic behavior and responsibility of one's choice. Insights on oneself and specific counseling methods of realistic therapy will present a new type of counseling through integration with pastoral counseling. Therefore after examining the theoretical background and characteristics of reality therapy, we intend to help overcome the middle-aged crisis through the meeting pastoral counseling and reality therapy.

저비용항공사들은 전세계적인 항공수요 증가 등으로 약진을 하기도 했지만, 2000년대 초반부터 세계 항공산업은 테러위험, 유가급등, 오일머니를 등에 업은 중동 항공사들의 급성장, 그리고 2008년부터 시작된 세계경제위기로 미국과 유럽, 일본 등 메이저 항공사들은 일단 최소한의 생존가능 임계규모를 갖추고자 뼈를 깎는 구조조정을 수반한 인수합병, 대외악재에 대한 대응능력 제고, 새로운 보조수익원 개발을 통해 위기를 헤쳐나갔다. 그러나 2013년 11월 단행된 중동 항공사들(Emirates, Qatar, Etihad)의 역사상 유례없는, 한화 약 170조원 규모의 항공기 구매계약에 미국과 유럽은 물론이고 아시아 메이저 항공업계까지 다시 한번 커다란 위기감에 휩싸이게 되었다. 이러한 상황하에서도 효율적 경영의 선구적 역할을 미국의 Southwest, 유럽의 LCC Ryan Air, 아시아의 LCC Air Asia 등 LCC산업은 극심한 경기침체를 겪으면서도 해당 산업의 규모는 지속적 성장을 거듭할 전망이다. 결론적으로, 이러한 상황에서, 비록 미국과 유럽 항공사들이 대규모 구조조정을 겪고 2012년 이후부터 점차 회복기미를 보이고 있긴 하지만, 중동 항공사들의 영향력에 대응하기 위해 향후에도 추가적인 구조조정은 물론 인수/합병 등 생존을 위한 메이저 항공사들 간의 빅딜이 이어질 전망이며, 일본처럼 내수시장이 넓지 않은 한국도 중국 등 성장잠재력이 높은 국가들과의 항공자유화 등을 적극적으로 추진하여 보다 넓은 시장을 확보하지 못한다면 머지않아 수익성에 큰 타격을 입을 수밖에 없다는 결론에 도달하였다.

The environment of digital broadcast which represents as multi-channel and multimedia provides more crisis and pressure to newspapermen called as an uncrowned monarch in region of the press. The circulation of newspaper is declining dramatically and newspaper companies are turning their attention into digital broadcast in order to survive. Furthermore, besides of Chosun, Jung-Ang and Dong-A which are the three major newspapers in S. Korea, local newspaper companies are suffering from severe financial difficulties. However it could be an opportunity for digital broadcasters who undergo the lack of contents whether they are qualitative or quantitative. For the purpose of this study, it is to present a number of strategic approach in order that local newspapers outlast in the competitive digital broadcasting marketplace. Beyond the localism it intends to discuss about tapping into valuable newspaper contents as on-line journalism.

최근 들어서는 지구환경보호와 에너지자원 고갈의 위기감 속에 에너지절약기기의 니즈가 급속하게 가속화되고 있다. 산업분야에서의 에너지절약기기로서는 고효율모터나 인버터가 사용되고 있는데 아직 이들 기기의 보급률은 낮은 실정이다. 점차 에너지절약기기에 대한 관심이 높아 가는 가운데, 한편 산업용전력 사용량의 약 70$\%$를 모터가 차지하고 있다고 알려지고 있으며 모터 유닛의 손실 삭감으로 큰 에너지절약 효과를 기대할 수 있기 때문에 3상모터의 고효율화 요구와 인버터구동에 의한 에너지절약니즈가 급속히 퍼지고 있다. 3상모터의 에너지절약 니즈에는 위험지구(폭발성 분위기) 안에서 사용되는 용도도 많아 이와 같은 위험장소에서 사용되는 방폭전기기기에서는 1993년의 국제규격(IEC 규격)에 정합(整合)된 신JIS 방폭규격의 발행으로 정전의 일본독자적인 방폭규격은 폐지되고 이 새로운 JIS 방폭규격에의 통합 움직임이 있었다. 미쓰비시전기는 이와 같은 동향에 대응하기 위하여 고성능$\cdot$에너지절약 모터 ''수퍼라인 에코시리즈''로서 고효율 시리즈, 인버터구동 전용토크 시리즈, 신JIS방폭규격대응 안전증(安全增) 방폭형 시리즈를 제품화하였다. 수퍼라인 에코시리즈는 동사 독자의 강판프레임을 사용하여 철저한 저손실 설계의 채택으로 업계 톱클래스의 고효율$\cdot$에너지절약을 실현하였다. 인버터구동에 최적한 특성, 내환경성의 강화와 베어링의 장수명화에 의한 장기(長期) 메인터넌스프리화 및 저소음$\cdot$저진동화를 실현한 고성능모터이다.

유도전동기(이하 $''$모터$''$라 한다)는 기본 원리가 19세기말에 발명된 이래 100년 이상의 역사를 갖고 있으며 그 동안 제조업의 기간동력으로 성장하여 왔고, 재료의 진보(코어, 전선, 절연 등)와 설계기술$\cdot$해석기술$\cdot$제조기술의 개발로 각 특성의 향상, 소형$\cdot$경량화, 고성능화가 도모되어 왔다. 그러나 최근의 지구온난화를 포함한 환경보호와 화석에너지 고갈위기감으로 에너지절약 움직임이 가속화되고 있어, 모터에 대해서도 고효율화의 요구가 높아가고 있다. 미국이나 캐나다에서는 규격이나 법률에 의한 모터의 효율규제가 실시되어, 특히 1997년 10월 24일에 시행된 미국에너지정책법(EPAct)은 미국 국내에서 제조$\cdot$판매 또는 해외로부터 수입되는 모터단체(단체)나 기계에 조립되어 있는 모터도 미국에너지정책법에서 규정하고 있는 효율기준치를 충족하지 못할 경우에는 벌칙이 부과되는 엄격한 실정이다. 일본에서는 종래 고효율모터의 효율기준치는 일본전기공업회 기술자료 제137호(성에너지를 위한 전동기의 선정과 운용)에 따르고 있었으나 미국에너지정책법을 기초로 새로히 일본공업규격(JIS C 4212)이 2000년 7월에 제정되었다. 미쓰비시(삼릉)전기는 일본의 JIS 규격과 EPAct법 양쪽의 효율기준치를 만족하는 고효율모터를 시리즈화하고 또한 미국에너지성의 적합증명번호(CC넘버)를 일본 국내 메이커로서는 처음으로 취득하였기에 다음에 고효율모터와 모터의 고효율화 기술에 대하여 소개한다.

The development and expansion of American style mass media in 1938 created contemporary narratives comparable with the Greek narrative in the past, and one of the leaders is comic book 'Superman.' Although American hegemonism or expansionism was rejected by autonomous independent countries including the Third World nations, the heroic narratives transcending the diverse races and peoples in the U.S. were supported by mass cultures and media and had huge impacts on heroic narratives and various media in many other countries. In particular, 'Superman' occupies an epochal position in the history of comic books as it reinterpreted a universal and contemporary heroic narrative model into a Greek hero and a Christian hero and suggested it visually.

유도전동기는 설계기술, 해석기술, 재료(코어, 마그넷 와이어, 절연재료 등) 제조기술 등의 개발로 그 특성의 향상, 소형$\cdot$경량화, 저소음$\cdot$저진동, 코스트다운 등을 도모하여 왔다. 그러나 최근에 지구환경 보호와 에너지자원의 고갈 등으로 인한 위기감에서 에너지절약과 고효율화의 움직임이 가속되고 있어, 유도전동기에 대해서도 보다 고효율화에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 미국이나 캐나다에서는 규격과 법률에 의한 유도전동기에 대해서도 보다 고효율화에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 미국이나 캐나다에서는 규격과 법류엥 의한 유도전동기의 효율 규제가 개시되고 있으며 유럽, 일본에서도 이에 따라가고 있는 경향이다. 이와 같은 요구에 응하기 위하여 신시리즈의 고기능$\cdot$에너지절약 모터 ''수퍼라인 에코시리즈''를 개발하였다. 수퍼라인 에코시리즈는 권선 및 슬롯의 설계최적화, 고자속 밀도 및 저철손 철심재의 개발, 슬롯 조합의 최적화 등에 의하여 동손$\cdot$철손$\cdot$표류손 등의 손실을 저감시킴과 동시에 고성능 바니시의 개발, 베어링 그리스 및 베어링 하우징 재료의 개량 등으로 다음과 같은 특징을 갖고 있다. This study was done to examine stressors that middle-aged men experience and how they deal with them. The subjects of this study are married men at the age of thirty five to fifty, the average age is 41.43(SD=5.46),27,580,070 income,1.14 (58= 1.21) children. and married to 13.87 years. The average of every stressor of middle-aged men turned out to be similar, but they are aware of their physical stress at most, stress from family and mentality ranks at second, and stress at job is the lowest. The coping behavior towards stress shows direct-active behavior at most, direct-inactive behavior and indirect-active behavior are in the close level, and indirect-inactive behavior takes the lowest portion. From the analysis, there were differences in stressors and dealing behaviors according to individual character and the family, they use different coping ways depending on stressors. Men became to be highly conscious of the crisis of the middle-aged life in rapidly changing society and family. Therefore, we need to figure out stressors they go through and develop the strategies to cope with stress so that they could support middle-aged men's quality of life.

일본 최대 전력회사인 도쿄(동경)전력(주)는 후쿠시마 제1원자력발전소 제1호기의 격납용기 보수사실 은폐와 보수기록 허위작성 등의 협의로 2002년 10월 원자력안전$\cdot$보안원으로부터 1년간의 발전정지처분을 받았으며, 이에 대한 책임으로 도쿄전력의 회장(황목호), 사장(남직재) 등 경영간부들이 사직하였다. 또한 원자력발전소의 잦은 고장으로 인하여 국민들로부터 신뢰를 잃고 있다. 이에 모든 원자력발전소에 대하여 철저한 점검계획을 작성$\cdot$실시하는 등 신뢰회복에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 한편, 도쿄전력은 기저부하를 담당하고 있던 원자력발전소 17기 중 12기가 발전정지 됨으로써 전력공급에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 특히 금년 3월 이후에는 공급예비율이 $0\%$에 이를 것으로 전망되는 등 전력수급에 비상이 걸렸다. 이르 극복하기 위해 화력발전소의 O/H일정 조정, 부하조절 시행, 대국민 절전 홍보를 대대적으로 실시하고 있다. 이와같이 도쿄전력에서 절전캠페인을 실시하는 것은 1973년 오일쇼크 이래 처음 있는 일이다. 우리 나라도 전력소비 및 LNG 소비의 급증으로 에너지 수급에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 최근에는 미국$\cdot$이라크 전쟁위기감이 고조되면서 국제 유가가 급등하고 있어 ''에너지절약 강화대책 시행'' 등 에너지위기 극복을 위해 전국민적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 일본에서 벌어지고 있는 절전캠페인을 참고하여 우리 나라의 에너지위기 극복에 조금이나마 도움이 되었으면 하는 바램으로, 그중 일부 ''전력기기별 절전내용''을 소개한다.
