The flow of global digitalization is leading to the emergence of a decentralized system environment based on blockchain or distributed ledger technology in the fields of economy, identity authentication, and logistics. Accordingly, a requirement that public services be searchable from several decentralized maritime service registries (MSRs) has been derived in terms of the discoverability of e-navigation services. This study describes a decentralized MSR environment composed of the MSR ledger and multiple local MSRs, and it has implemented a service search system that can search global e-navigation services in the environment through a web browser. This system is a decentralized application that dynamically generates service attributes, geometry information, and free text queries, and that provides users with relevant MSR and service access information from search results that are registered in the MSR ledger. In this study, we tested the established decentralized MSR environment and the system that performs service search within that environment, and we discussed its advantages and limitations.

In recent years, O2O services for real estate sales are widely distributed in web platforms and apps. This allows sellers, buyers, and real estate brokers to quickly and conveniently conduct real estate sales and charter contracts. However, in the O2O-based real estate sales information system, it wastes time and money for real estate buyers due to the posting of fake information, partial correction of the sales information, and intentional non-posting of the sales information. Therefore, we propose a method of detecting the false or not of real estate property information that can occur on the web platform, and design and implement a proposal system for this. To this end, we propose a method of detecting personal identity and property information based on DID, a distributed identity authentication protocol. The false real estate sales information detection system proposed by us can determine the existence of real estate sales information, partially correct the false sales information, or prove whether or not intentionally unpublished in three steps.

This study was conducted twice to investigate egg purchase behavior and perception on animal welfare of Korean consumers. This study included women, who were the main decision makers and caretakers in the household, and men with one-person household. This survey was conducted with by the Computer Assisted Web Interview and Gang Survey methods. On the key considerations factor, the highest response rate was considered to be 'price', and the response rate of considering 'packing date' increased in the second survey. At a reasonable price based on 10 eggs, the response rate was the highest at 53.8% and 42.9% in both the first and second surveys and the appropriate price averages were 2,482 won and 2,132 won, respectively. The highest rate of purchase of egg consumers from 'Large Mart' followed by 'Medium sized supermarket' and 'Chain supermarket'. As for the awareness about animal welfare, the recognition ratio (73.5%) was higher in the result of the second survey than the first. The cognitive period of animal welfare was 59.0% before the insecticide egg crisis and 41.0% thereafter. Regarding whether or not they have ever seen an animal welfare certification mark and an animal welfare animal farm certification mark, 59.6% of respondents said that they saw it for the first time and 37.6% answered that they knew the animal welfare certification mark. On the animal welfare system, the 'free-range' response rate was the highest at 85.8%. The 'free-range' fit response decreased by 34.2%p, while the 'barn' and 'European type' fit response increased by 13.2%p and 24.1%p, respectively. The number of 'I have never seen' and 'I have ever eaten' responses to the recognition and eating experience of animal welfare certified eggs decreased while the number of those who answered 'Have ever seen' and 'Have eaten' increased. The answer of purchasing animal welfare certified eggs at department stores, organic farming cooperatives, and internet shopping malls was higher than that of buying conventional eggs. Of the total respondents, 92.0% were willing to purchase an animal welfare egg before the price was offered, but after offering the prices of animal welfare eggs, the intention to purchase was 62.7%, which was about 30%p lower than before. The reason for purchasing an animal welfare certified egg was the highest score of 71.0% for 'I think it is likely to be high in food safety', and 38.1% for 'I think the price is high' for lack of intention to purchase. In the sensory evaluation of animal welfare eggs, egg color and skin texture of conventional eggs were significantly higher than those of certified welfare eggs (P<0.05), and boiled eggs showed that egg whites of animal welfare certified eggs were more (P<0.05). As a result, the results of this study will contribute to the activation of the animal welfare certification system for laying hens by providing basic data on consumer awareness to animal welfare certified farmers.

Opinions regarding interdisciplinary unification of medical laboratory science were analyzed by an online questionnaire distributed to 255 professors and 4,000 hospital practitioners in January of 2018. The recovery rate was 79 (30.9%) for professors and 1,368 (34.2%) for hospital practitioners. In the perception survey on the duality of interdisciplinary, both the professors and the hospital practitioners reported that they felt interdisciplinary integration is necessary. The prerequisite of four-year integration was the establishment of institute of accreditation and standardization of curriculum, and the requirements for the four-year integration were considered important for adjustment of student quota and standardization of curriculum. In the four-year integrated approach, the opinion that only universities that passed the accreditation evaluation should operate a four-year system was highest among professors and hospital practitioners. The optimum capacity of university students was less than 40 in cases of 4-year integration. In conclusion, the above results suggest that the professors and hospital practitioners realize 4-year interdisciplinary integration is necessary to produce a competent medical technologist, and the institute of accreditation, standardization of curriculum, and student quota adjustment should be presupposed for 4-year integration.

Services take place in Internet environment, a formation of the trust relationship between user and service provider for services. Different authentication schemes such as using Certificate of Public Key Infrastructure authentication and using ID/PW for a simple user authentication have been proposed for trust relationship. In addition, in the case of electronic financial transactions, transaction integrity and non-repudiation features are provided. These services are provided in Internet environment, use various measures to ensure service safety. However, it was difficult to prevent attacks using existing security technology because of emergence of MITB attack that manipulate the memory area of the Web browser and social engineering attacks such as phishing/pharming, requires application of new security technologies became. In this paper, we propose a concept of smart secure-pad, and utilize it safely formed a trust relationship between user and service provider, a model has been proposed to ensure safety of data transmission. Proposed model's security evaluation results show security against to MITB attack and phishing/pharming that can't be prevent attack using existing security technology. In addition, service provider can easily apply the model in safe environment can provide Internet service using provided representative services applying the proposed model.

최근 개인 및 기업에서의 인터넷 활용이 급증함에 따라 인터넷 그 자체를 사업수단으로 이용하는 추세가 가속화되고 있다. 또한 인터넷은 전자상거래를 활성화시킴으로써 새로운 시장의 창출과 효율성 극대화를 위한 활력소가 되고 있다. 그와 더불어 최근 차세대 웹 표준문서 포맷으로 부상되고 있는 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 사용한 B2B 전자상거래 규격에 대한 국내외적인 표준화 작업 또한 가속화되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기업 간 문서교환을 위한 B2B기반 XML 전자상거래 시스템을 구현하고, 시스템 내에서 보안상의 요구를 충족하기 위하여 XML 전자서명(Xml-Dsig : Disital Signature) 표준에 입각하여 기업 간 문서 교환시의 인증 및 보안문제를 해결하기 위한 XML 전자서명 기반 보안시스템을 설계하였다.

In this paper, the aims are to develop convenient and safe system-solutions, looking for missing-child, which is one of the increasing social problems, on the basis of World Wide Web. Finger-print cognition has been researching from long time before, as well as Bio-cognition technology, which is adapted for private-cognition in the field of human-cognition. By the fingerprint cognition, which discern finger print, which is generally used in Bio-cognition and is characterized each by using image-processing, missing-child protection system on the basis of Word Wide Web is designed and implemented in this paper. Additionally, indicates plans for revitalization method of this system.

Heterogeneous high performance computing systems are gaining acceptance as the environments for computational scientific simulations of various application fields. Those computing systems, however, have been mostly used with the legacy consoles, resulting in the severe decrement of accessibility and usability of heterogeneous computing assets. To solve this problem, this paper presents the design and implementation of web-based computational science simulation management program. The proposed program provides fundamental primitives including user authentication, data management, physical/virtual computing resource management, job management, etc. that can be used to manage different kinds of simulations efficiently, and also offers highly extensible feature through a modular plug-in architecture. We also present the best practical examples of applications (e.g., scientific simulation education and bio-medical) to confirm our program's effectiveness.

ISO 9001 International Quality Management System is international standard for develop a quality management system of organization. More efficient quality management supports a good environment for customer satisfaction to product and service that anytime. So, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) was certificated ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2003 up to now. That is the first time on information flow and service for science and technology. For more efficient quality management, KISTI built a KQMS online system based on web. We obtain a improvement of customer satisfaction and efficiency of work, reduction of work processing time using KQMS.

With the growing usage of the networks, the users in the Internet uses some kinds of web server. They confused that each web server uses the different user ID and passwords. To solve these problems, SSO (Single Sign-On) solution is introduced. We presents the modeling methods which are efficiently constructed the network management models. We constructed the intrusion detection systems and firewalls using the SSO. This architecture is efficient to manage the network usage and control. SSO solution designed on the small scale Intranet. CA server in the 550 that depends on PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) is used to issue the certificates. SHTTP based on SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is used to protect the data between certificate server and the intranet users.
