Currently, obtaining information about the interior design studies through the internet web sites is one of the outstanding mediums. Those are of the housings, architecture, interior design, furniture products, hotels and its journals, etc., and out of all those informations are the highly expected value of use. This study focuses on web-site uses in the interior designs' business. To process the study, a two-step research was executed; The step 1 was to find out the current status of web-sites by asking the each panelist to submit the monitored results after having searched and tested for more than two sites that was executed during the October, 2001. The analysis was made with the 47 sample sites selected from the monitored sites. And the step 2 was to find out the contents and evaluation factors of web-sites related the interior design. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, the monitored Intoner design related 25 web-sites were classified into 3 groups. One group of 13 sites is identified as a remodeling/construction works, and one another with 7 sites is as shopping site, and the other with 5 sites is as a professional portal site. Second, the evaluation has been implemented which has shown 5 variables on the information searches are $\circled1$ the diversities of contents, $\circled2$ the accuracy/reliability of techniques, $\circled3$ the design of a picture and communication, $\circled4$ the convenience of link, and $\circled5$ the originality of web-site This study will provide the users with a fundamental material in evaluating the quality of interior design information on the internet web sites.

우리사회가 정보와 지식을 기반으로 하는 사회로 변화함에 따라 문제해결능력을 기르고 측정하는 논술교육의 중요성이 나날이 증가되어가고 있다. 논술은 문제의식을 가지고 비판적인 사고를 통해 문제에 대한 자신의 의견을 정리해 나가는 것이다. 논술능력 향상을 위해서 무엇보다 중요한 것은 미흡한 점을 보완하여 보다 나은 논술로의 지도를 위한 적절한 교정 및 평가이다. 현재 온라인 논술교육사이트에서 다방면으로 논술교육이 이루어지고 있지만, 첨삭부분에 있어서는 아직까지 미흡한 점이 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새로운 개념의 웹 기반 논술첨삭지도 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 글의 내용, 구성, 형식 측면에서 마우스를 이용한 영역선택 방식과 교정기호의 아이콘 삽입방식을 통해 효과적이고 편리하게 첨삭할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 또한 첨삭결과 확인은 논술 원문에서 글자형태가 바뀐 영역 표시를 클릭하였을 경우에만 첨삭결과를 확인하도록 구성하여 첨삭 전의 논술 원문을 논술작성자 스스로 퇴고할 수 있도록 하였다. 이는 학생과 교사사이에 원활한 피드백을 형성하도록 하여 주입식 논술교육을 지양하도록 하였다.

For joint value creation, collaboration among different interested parties is vital and should be supported by information technology. Currently, both government and private companies have launched websites to collect ideas. However, the information poor, including the visually disabled, have difficulty in gaining access to those websites. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to evaluate the level of web accessibility to websites, operated by companies or the government, for idea proposals. According to the automatic assessments, regarding proposal specific websites, 77%, 69% of the websites operated by the government and 41%, 44% of those operated by private companies were extremely inadequate. According to the expert's assessments, regarding proposal specific websites, 67%, 52% of the websites operated by the government and 39%, 26% of those operated by private companies were extremely inadequate in their level of accessibility. A range of policies should be prepared to improve web accessibility.

최근 사용자들의 참여, 개방, 공유가 주요 이슈로 떠오르면서 전문적이고 정확한 정보를 웹에서 찾고자 하는 사용자의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 정보의 범람으로 사용자가 원하는 정보를 찾기 어려우며, 찾는다 해도 그 정보에 대한 신뢰성을 판단하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰성이 결여되기 쉬운 정보원에서 특정 정보에 대한 신뢰성과 검색의 효율성을 높이기 위해 새로운 랭크 매트릭을 제안하고, 이러한 제안에 기반을 두고 민간의학 정보에 대한 웹 사이트를 구현하였다. 제안하는 매트릭은 사용자 레벨에 기반하여, 레벨에 따른 평가 가중치(weight)를 차등화하여 글의 점수를 부여하는 방법이다. 이러한 방법은 참여자의 심리적 요소를 반영하여 글의 신뢰도를 높이는 방법으로 신뢰성이 결여되기 쉬운 정보의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 방안으로 사용될 수 있다.

최근 급격히 변해가는 기업 환경으로 인해 기업의 인재관이 많이 바뀌어졌는데 그 중에서 가장 두드러진 변화가 입사지원자의 실질적인 능력과 조직구성원으로서의 자질을 더욱 중시한다는 점이다. 자기소개서는 입사지원자의 내실을 평가할 수 있는 구체적인 자료가 될 수 있기 때문에 그 중요성은 매우 큰 비중을 차지하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 취업준비생들에게 자기소개서를 쓰는데 필요한 작성환경 및 템플릿을 제공할 웹 사이트를 구축함으로써 보다 쉽게 작성하게 되길 기대하고 있다.

웹접근성은 능력, 기술이나 상황에 관계없이 모든 인터넷 사용자에게 제공되는 정보와 서비스의 가용성을 의미한다. 시각 장애인, 난독중자, 청각장애인 등과 같은 사용자 그룹은 대부분의 웹사이트에서 접근장벽을 경험하고 있다. 한국의 공공기관 웹사이트에 대한 접근성 보고도 2003년 최초로 발표되었으나, 지방 자치단체에 관한 것은 발표된 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 충북지역의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 거의 보든 대상 사이트가 접근성이 떨어지며, 접근성 교육이 웹 관리자나 프로그래머에게 시급히 필요한 것으로 보인다.

In this paper, we present an approach to sentence boundary detection for web documents that builds on statistical-based methods and uses rule-based correction. The proposed system uses the classification model learned offline using a training set of human-labeled web documents. The web documents have many word-spacing errors and frequently no punctuation mark that indicates the end of sentence boundary. As sentence boundary candidates, the proposed method considers every Ending Eomis as well as punctuation marks. We optimize engine performance by selecting the best feature, the best training data, and the best classification algorithm. For evaluation, we made two test sets; Set1 consisting of articles and blog documents and Set2 of web community documents. We use F-measure to compare results on a large variety of tasks, Detecting only periods as sentence boundary, our basis engine showed 96.5% in Set1 and 56.7% in Set2. We improved our basis engine by adapting features and the boundary search algorithm. For the final evaluation, we compared our adaptation engine with our basis engine in Set2. As a result, the adaptation engine obtained improvements over the basis engine by 39.6%. We proved the effectiveness of the proposed method in sentence boundary detection.

As the technical aspect of the web system development is, unlike the existing main frame or client/server environment, greatly influenced by the dynamic and variable factors and carried out in a comparatively short period, practical and efficient process to which the developer may adapt with ease is very much required for the web system development. However, while the technological substitute, language and architecture composition have been much discussed, in connection with web system development growing rapidly, standardized development process and its deliverables have been rarely discussed. This thesis analyzes problems of the existing web system development processes and as the substitutes for them, proposes web system development process based on the domain features derived from the concepts of iteration and increment. For the classification of domains, five domains in total are set by interlocking web system factors and web site types and the workflows for two domains applied to projects are incorporated focused on work content and deliverables. The proposed process applies to the development of intranet system and is compared with the existing web development processes by the measure classified into components and elements.

Many users visit websites every day to perform information retrieval, shopping, and community activities. On the other hand, there is intense competition among sites which attempt to profit from the Internet users. Thus, the owners or marketing officers of each site try to design a variety of marketing strategies including cooperation with other sites. Through such cooperation, a site can share customers' information, mileage points, and hyperlinks with other sites. To create effective cooperation, it is crucial to choose an appropriate partner site that may have many potential customers. Unfortunately, it is exceedingly difficult to identify such an appropriate partner among the vast number of sites. In this paper, therefore, we devise a new methodology for recommending appropriate partner sites to each site. For this purpose, we perform site clustering from the perspective of visitors' similarities, and then identify a group of sites that has a number of common customers. We then analyze the potential for the practical use of the proposed methodology through its application to approximately 140 million actual site browsing histories.

Blog plays an important role as new type of knowledge base distinguishing from traditional web resource. While information resources in their existing website dealt with a wide range of topics, information resources of the blog are concentrated in specific units of information depending on the user's interests and have the criteria of classification forresources published by tagging. In this research, we build a tag hierarchy utilizing title keywords and tags of the blog, and propose apost clustering methodology applying the tag hierarchy. We then generate the tag hierarchy reflected the relationship between tags and develop the tag clustering methodology according to tag similarity. In this paper, we analyze the possibility of applying the proposed methodology with real-world examples and evaluate its performances through developed prototype system.
