Learning Contents Management System(LCMS) manages the contents and the process of teaming by incorporating the both in a flexible system to help learners to be able to utilize them efficiently. The e-Learning comprises all types of educations based on electronic technologies as well as the Web. The existing e-Learning system is a simple information system providing Web based contents, therefore, it cannot support flexibility for both learners and teachers. The core part of the e-Learning system should be a remote education system which creates bilateral response between the learners and teachers, by providing substantial contents based on the LCMS. In this paper, a new e-Learning system is constructed with reusable modules generated by Component-Based software Development(CBD). Furthermore, creates new contents groups and enables to develop learning courses utilizing the Learning Objects. And also, observing the SCORM standard, lecture contents are designed and prepared to support learners Learners are supported to produce profiles which enables themselves to manage, measure, and evaluate their own capabilities, so that they can develop themselves properly in accordance with their levels, build prototypes for self development. Also a system that comprises all these individual components is suggested.

최근 컴퓨터 해킹이 커다란 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 물론 시스템 보호를 위한 많은 상용 제품들이 존재하지만, 침입피해 상황에서는 대부분의 경우, 시스템 관리자의 현장 경험에 의존하는 실정이다. 따라서 시스템 관리자는 기존의 침입에 관한 해결방법 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 위협들에 대한 대처방안을 항상 준비 하여야 한다. 이러한 침입상황을 시스템 관리자들에게 교육하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 모의 훈련환경을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템의 특징은 우선, 지식베이스로부터 동적으로 생성되는 학습 주제들로 이루어진 교과 과정을 학습자에게 제시한다. 학습자에 의해 선택된 학습 주제는 학습목표로 간주되고, 이 주제는 교수 계획에 의해 다수의 임무(mission)들을 생성한다. 학습자는 각 임무에서 주어진 상황을 가상의 UNIX명령어들을 직접 사용하여 모의 실험해 봄으로써 임무 완수에 필요한 지식을 숙지할 수 있게 된다. 시스템은 임무 완수에 요구되는 해 경로(solution paths)를 유지함으로써, 학습자의 문제 해결 과정을 감독할 수 있고, 도움을 요구하거나 실수를 할 때 적절한 힌트를 제공한다. 시스템은 웹 기반의 클라이언트/서버 구조로 설계되어, 학습자는 브라우저만으로도 학습이 가능하고, 자바 애플릿으로 이루어진 가상 운영체제 하에서 직접 침입대처 상황을 학습 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the level-defferentiated Web Based Instruction(WBI) program, to examine its effects on the science achievement self-directed learning characteristics, and the students’ perceptions on the WBI learning. For this purpose, the advanced and complementary WBI program of level-differentiated curriculum was developed to adapt to class fields and examine instruction facilitating efficiency. Designed and developed the WBI program make it possible to teach students according to the level-differentiated learning for the chapter, ‘weather and climate’ in high school science curriculum. The results of this study are as follows: First, level-differentiated WBI was effective to encourage self-concept, learning eagerness, future-oriented self-apprehension, creativity, self-assessment of the student’s self-directed teaming characteristics. There was no interaction effect of treatment and students’ learning ability at the self-directed learning characteristics. Second, the scores of science achievement of WBI group were significantly higher than those of conventional lecture group. There was interaction effect of treatment and students’ learning ability. However level-differentiated WBI has no effect on openness, initiative, responsibility of the student’s self-directed learning characteristics. There was interaction effect of treatment and students’ learning ability at the science achievement, Third, in the perception questionnaire of WBI teaming, many students showed the WBI teaming was good in terms of causing interaction between learners and web based learning materials including various images and animations. However there are several students who showed learning difficulties. For example they wonder which part is more important and what order is proper to study in hypertext environment.

컴퓨터 관련 교육에 있어서 실험과 실습은 교육 내용의 효과적인 전달과 교육의 목적 달성을 위하여 대단히 중요한 부분이다. 현재의 환경에서 소프트웨어의 실험과 실습을 위해서는 실습하고자 하는 프로그램을 실습자가 사용하는 컴퓨터에 모두 설치하여야 한다. 실습 프로그램을 개별적으로 갖추는 것은 설치에 대한 부담, 설치에 의한 자원 낭비, 업그레이드의 필요성등으로 인해서 실습 자체와는 직접적인 관련이 없는 부분에 대한 부담이 커진다. 본 논문에서는 WWW 환경에서 컴퓨터 관련 교과를 실습할 수 있는 환경을 구축하기 위한 기본적인 모델을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 제안된 모델은 클라이언트-서버 구조를 기반으로 하여 구축되었으며, 실습자는 웹 브라우저를 실행함으로써 실습에 대한 준비가 끝나며, 프로그램의 실행이나 처리는 서버에서 모두 이루어진다. 또한 WWW에서 제공하는 하이퍼링크 기능을 이용하여 실습에 관련된 사항이나 정보를 실습 환경 속에 포함할 수 있어 실습을 위한 통합된 환경을 제공한다. 제안된 모델의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 다양한 프로그래밍 언어를 실습하기 위한 시스템, UNIX 운영체제 실습 시스템, 오라클 데이타베이스 실습 시스템을 제안된 모델을 이용하여 구현하였다.

In Web-based instruction, learners are the subjects. learners differently accept web-based instruction that educational experts and system developers should think effectively that. This study was researched evaluation criteria that learners should think web-based instruction successively. research method process was following. driving 35 criteria in literary review about effectiveness web-bases instruction strategies and the questionnaire was marked up by learners and the questionnaire was conducted by factor analysis, driving 4 factors 28 criteria. By study findings learners think important component for effective web-based instruction to instructional strategis, system facility, tutor to help learning course, screen design. finally, for impletation effective web-based instruction consider implementation process by ISD.

Several problems occur including lack of humanity, confinement of creativeness, lack of independent learning capability, when elementary students are taught computer, since the they learn only basic functions of computer in general. Accordingly, it is required to have subject-integrated textbook with which they learn curriculum and nurture the humanity as well as creativeness, while studying functions of computer. In light of this, I plan to develop computer textbook, which divided the contents of Hangul 97 and Windows 98, operation system, per subject, and organized them in the order of question to study for himself, part to learn function, formation evaluation, study on subject integration study related to curriculum, part to raise creativeness, and supplementary study, after extracting the contents of curriculum, creative factor and humanity factor suitable for each subjects. By realizing the subject-integrated textbook that enables the interaction by taking advantage of dynamic feature of web, this textbook aims to raise the humanity and creativeness while learning the functions of computer.

최근 지식, 정보, 기술의 새로운 패러다임으로 대표되는 지식정보화사회에 대응하기 위한 준비가 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있으며, UN해양법 발효, WTD체제 출범에 따른 어장축소와 수산물수입 전면자유화 등 많은 어려움에 처한 수산업을 고부가치적인 수산업으로 육성하고, 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 어업인 상호간 지식정보교환, 수산기술의 보급 및 교육을 위한 평생교육 체계, 어촌관광자원의 홍보 및 활용을 통한 국민에게 사랑 받는 어촌건설이 필요하며 특히 현재 급속도로 진행되고 있는 사회 전반적인 정보화의 물결이 어촌에는 확산되고 있지 않으며, 정부의 정보인프라정책에도 소외되고 있어 어업생산기반인 어업인에 대한 정보화마인드 함양 및 어업에 대한 정보인프라 조기구축이 시급하다. 본 연구는 급속히 보급되고 있는 인터넷을 이용하여 정보화에 소외된 어업인이 정보화 격차의 해소와 보다 신속하고 살아있는 정보와 지식을 제공하고자 시스템을 구축하였다.

인터넷에 의한 학습은 인터넷 활용 중 가장 증가 추세가 높은 분야이며, 장래성이 밝은 사업 분야로 주목받고 있다. 인터넷에 의한 교육은 시간 및 공간적 제약 해소, 반복 학습가능, 정보제공 및 공유 등이 용이하여 그 의미가 점차 증대되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 전통적 학습체제의 강의, 자율학습 및 교재 분야 등 각기 부분적 분야로 되어 있는 학습 업무 처리 체계를 통합시스템 구현을 목표로 한 웹 기반 학습 통합체계를 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 강의 및 학습 공간을 공유하고, 기존의 전통적 학습과 달리 사용자 중심의 학습을 효과적으로 진행시키는 통합 시스템(WBICSE:WBI Course or Software Engineering)을 제시하고, 설계와 구현 방법에 관해 논한다.

교수-학습과정에서 학습자가 가지고 있는 학습 장애는 학습 결과에 많은 영향을 미친다. 학습자의 학습 장애를 정확하게 진단하고 이를 고려한 수업 활동이 전개되어야 효과적인 교수-학습 활동이 이루어 질 수 있다. 학습 장애의 특성상 장애 진단과 처방과정에서는 비공개적인 접근이 요구된다. 인터넷 기반의 온라인 학습 장애 진단과 처방시스템은 이와 같은 문제를 해결할 수 있는 유용한 방안 중의 하나가 될 것이다. 하지만 기 구축되어 운영 중인 온라인 기반 학습 장애 관련 사이트들은 학습 장애를 진단해 주고 처방해 주기 보다는 학습 장애 정보를 안내해 주는 정도의 수준에 에 그치고 있다. 단순히 웹문서 형태의 정보제공 체제이거나 텍스트 기반의 지식 전달 체계로 인하여 학습자 개개인의 특성을 고려한 장애 진단에 한계점을 가지고 있다. 학습 장애에 대한 지식을 체계화함과 동시에 일정한 기준에 의해 연관성을 지어 줄 수 있는 의미 분석과 추론 등의 방법에 사용되어지는 온톨로지를 활용하게 되면 기존의 시스템이 가지는 제한점들을 극복할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 상황에서 학습자의 학습 장애를 정확하게 진단하기 위해 온톨로지를 이용하여 학습장애 진단 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 온톨로지의 구축에 사용된 도구는 protege-2000을 사용하였다. 진단시스템 개발 환경으로 학습자의 인터페이스는 Visual C++, 교사의 인터페이스는 Visual Studio.NET을 사용하였으며, DBMS는 Microsoft Office Access와 MS-SQL Server를 사용하였다. 이 연구는 OWL 온톨로지를 사용하여 보다 지능화된 학습 장애 진단시스템을 개발함으로써 실현 가능성을 제안하고 있는 것이 연구의 의의이다.

Within a context of rapid technological change and shifting market conditions, the education environment requires new paradigm of education delivery. In accordance of such a technological progress, distance education system, which makes the learning take place at anytime anywhere, overcoming barriers of time, or distance, is emerging as a mainstream of education delivery replacing the convectional one way delivery system from instructor to learners. This paper aims to introduce the development principle and algorithm about Instructional System Desgin(ISD) module, a part of a total solution for distance education services. It was developed on Linux, a free Unix-type operating system. Linux supports so various network protocols, sharing the network resources in a smooth way, that it is able to integrate with other operating system very easily, especially with Windows NT or Windows 2000 servers. In terms of quality, it never falls behind the windows products which are commercially available only. It is a right operating system for the such a school environment that is usually limited in budgets. The development environment of the distance education solution to which ISD module belongs is composing of Apache server for web server, lava bean based on components for ISD module, PHP, server-side scripting language, for HTML documents and MySQL for DBMS.
