This research analyzed changes of the intellectual structure of web information by examining time changes and search engines using the co-links analysis. According to the results, the co-links web information clusters on the two maps appeared to contain changes in the intellectual structure over the two time periods. The intellectual structure that appeared in the information map for AltaVista and MSN Search engines was relatively similar. However. there were also cases where the clusters of some web information was different. The results of the research revealed that the cocitation analysis could be applied simultaneously to diachronous analysis in the web information.

Web Map Service on mobile environment, provided with cost effective mobile GIS contents and user preferred POIs(Points of interests), is strongly required at this moment when mobile and portable Internet is rapidly spreaded on mobile user community as information technology and mobile HW are evolved in its speed, bandwidth and features. As the mobile and portable Internet becomes popular in mobile services, LBS(Location Based Service) is positioned on a mobile client as one of the best information infra services. Recently mobile GIS (Geographic Information System) comes in service to support LBS, but it is constrained and limited on its system configuration and its presentation methodology of a map, and also it depends on its run time environment. In this paper, we made an effort to design and implement a GIS computing platform with server based thin client for mobile WMS(Web Map Service). For its cost effective Platform which could be easily building up POIs and GIS contents, we're not using commercial GIS solution but NGII's (National Geographic Information Institute's) DXF numerical map, and representing the maps, GIS contents and POIs by SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) recommended by OGC(OpenGis Consortium). We're also adapting de facto standard of XML web service technology such as WSDL, SOAP to provide real time mobile GIS service on PDA as well as mobile terminal by applying a GPS receiver for a user's location information on mobile environment.

독서 교육은 종래의 종이책 위주의 독서에서 종이책과 인터넷의 멀티미디어를 병행한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 재량활동 시간에 독서관련 활동을 선택하는 학급이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 또한, 각 분야에서 이와 관련된 웹을 활용한 독서지도프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있다. 위인전이나 동화, 영어이야기 등의 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러가지 활동들이 제공되고 있지만 초등학생을 위한 동시를 즐길 수 있는 내용들은 많이 부족한 실정이다. 종래의 동시지도는 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 사고하고 연상함으로써 동시를 학습(국어과 교육과정을 분석하여 재량활동에 사용)할 수 있도록 웹을 기반으로 하는 동시학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

A Design of Theme-Oriented History Learning System Using GIS Based on WWW 초고속통신망과 웹 인터페이스의 발전은 교육환경에 많은 변화를 가져왔으며, 더불어 웹을 기반으로 하는 교육적 활용방법이 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 정적지도를 이용한 획일적 역사학습방법을 지양하고, 동적인 학습이 가능하도록 클라이언트 중심의 웹기반 GIS를 이용한 테마지향 역사학습시스템을 설계하였다. 설계된 시스템은 크게 5가지 모듈로 구성되고 학습자 관리 DB, 학습 정보 DB, GIS DB와의 인터페이스 기능을 갖도록 기수라고, 이들 관계를 OMG 클래스다이어그램으로 보였다. 본 논문의 역사학습시스템은 학습자가 하는 주제를 선택하여 역사학습 정보를 요구할 때 지리적 위치를 지도상에 보여줌으로서 시각적이고 공간적인 이해를 가능하게 하였다. 또한 본 시스템은 텍 ;, 이미지, 사진, 동영상 등의 속성정보를 이용한 멀티미디어 정보와 효과적인 학습정보 검색을 위한 다양한 검색방법을 제공하여, 학습자의 흥미를 유발시키고 역사학습을 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.록 하였다.

본 논문은 링크드 오픈 데이터(Linked Open Data)의 일종인 DBpedia 개체를 위치기반으로 검색하여 지도상에 표시해주고, 표시된 개체중 하나를 선택하게 되면 개체에 관한 RDF 형태의 데이터를 파싱하여 개체에 관한 기본적인 정보와 사진과 외부로의 링크 등을 제공한다. 또한 개체가 가지는 특성을 지정하여 지도에 선택적으로 표시하는 필터링 기능을 제공한다. 이러한 웹 애플리케이션을 개발하기 위해 오픈소스 웹 프레임워크인 루비 온 레일즈(Ruby on Rails)를 사용하였고, HTML5와 Google Map API를 활용한 반응형 웹 애플리케이션으로 구현하였다.

"The "Map Algebra", beeing recognized as a viable theoretical framework for GIS (Geographica Infonnation System), models map layers as "operands" which are the basic unit of geo-processing, and a variety of GIS commands as "operators." In this paper, we attempt at lifting some limitations of map algebras proposed in GIS literature. First, we model map layer as "function" such that we may employ the notion of meta operator (or, higher-order funtion) available in the functional programming paradigm. This approach provides map algebraic language with "programmability" needed in GIS user language. Second, we extend the semantics of, and improve on the sytactic structure of map algebraic language. Mer the data model and language associated with map algebra are formalized, we proceed to design and implement a prototype of map algebraic processor. The parser of the language in our prototype plays the role of transforming the native and heterogeneous user language of current GISs into a canonical map algebraic language. The prototype, named "MapSee" is a proof-of-concept system for the ideas we propsed in this paper. We believe that the uniform interface based on the map algebraic language will make promising infrastructure to support "Internet GIS." This is because the uniform but powerful interface through the Web clients allow access to both geo-data and geo-processing resources distributed over the network.to both geo-data and geo-processing resources distributed over the network.

본 연구의 목적은 인천지역의 자연경관정보를 보존하고 시민들에게 제공하기 위한 웹서비스기반의 자연경관정보의 관리방안에 대하여 연구하는데 있다. 지금까지의 인천시 관광전자지도는 관광지도로써 영상정보나 텍스트정보 중심으로 제공되고 있으나 인천지역의 특성에 맞는 위치정보기반 서비스 등 실용적인 정보가 부족한 형편이어서 GIS등 위치정보를 기반으로 한 사용자 참여 중심의 3차원 자연경관정보 관리방안을 연구할 필요가 있다.

현장에서 학생을 지도하는 교사들은 독서의 중요성과 독서지도의 필요성을 인식하면서도 독서지도에 많은 부담을 느끼고 있다. 또한 획일적인 독후감 쓰기를 강요함으로써 많은 초등학교 학생들 또한 독서를 감동이나 즐거움이 아닌 교과목의 한 과제로 여기고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학생들의 독서 흥미를 유발하기 위하여 독후 감상활동을 자유롭게 할 수 있는 홈페이지의 장을 마련하고 웹상의 독서지도를 통해 일선 학교 교사들의 독서지도 일반화 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

As the increasing of requirement for safety navigation, IMO has enforced the mandatory installation of vessel AIS equipment by SOLAS regulation. The AIS transceiver broadcasts various vessel information which can be gathered by the receivers on-board or on-shore. And, recently, as web-based application developments on various devices have been increased, there are more and more requirements of AIS information presentation on internet. To meet these web-based application requirements, this paper shows the practical implementation of the AIS display system, which is on the Google maps as online commercial map and adopts the HTML5 as a web standard.

In these days, considering the trend to make various information blended based on spatial information like road, buildings and geography, it is to be very important to visualize maps for showing the information efficiently. However, geometry which is composed with line, polygon commonly used on web service has limitation to express information by limit of usage as well as spending certain time to show the information via map. That's why this study develops the efficient way to visualize huge and complex spatial information. This way is to bring partial space with spatial query, and then query and expand information excluded the former area after detecting movement event based on client. When the way is implemented, it will be expected to make efficient visualization in entire system by not bringing unnecessary information but shortening spending time to show area because it just shows areas which clients want to see.
