Today, eCRM has been attention as an enterprise information system that systematically manages and utilizes the eCRM customer information visiting Internet home page. On this paper, the case study of N company Korea's leading manufacturers of the dairy industry is been application research in the practices of using optimization tools for analysis of customer information and marketing activities by the introduction of eCRM and doing weblogs analysis. This research is a case study on an introduction and the use of eCRM solutions in dairy industry company. In addition, of the scope and effectiveness for use introduced eCRM explain.

최근의 디지털 기술 및 컴퓨터, 통신 기술의 개발과 확산을 통해 다양한 소셜 미디어의 사용에 따른 디지털 사회가 생성되고 디지털 지능이 출현하여 새로운 디지털 문화와 커뮤니티가 생겨나고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 산업체, 교육계 등에서 소셜 미디어의 사용 및 채택 효과에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 또한, 소셜 도구의 사용 기법과 활용 방안이 필요하며, 사용 실태에 대한 조사가 필요하다. 이에 따라, 이 논문에서는 소셜 미디어를 개인 및 회사의 업무에 사용할 수 있는 있는 활용 방안을 마련하기 위하여, 소셜 미디어의 참여와 접근 방안 등에 대한 방법론을 조사하고 제시한다. 소셜 미디어에 접근하고 활용하기 위하여 웹 로그 분석 도구 및 소셜 미디어 콘텐츠 도구 등에 대하여 살펴보고, 웹 사이트 분석과 활용 방안 마련을 위하여 소셜 미디어 메트릭스 활용 방안을 제시한다.

There are lots of medicine information on the internet recently. But there is no specific research result about search patterns or acquisition methods of medicine information on web pages for lay people until now. In this paper, 1 analyzed the web log files of a certain company providing medicine information using the WiseLog tool. I analyzed three kinds of statistic result of the web log files such as the status of web page usage by types of users, the status of web page menu usage, and the status of search menu usage. As results, I proposed methods of supplement and improvement for companies providing medicine information on the internet.

웹 로그는 웹 서버를 통해 이루어지는 작업들에 관한 기록으로써, OLAP이나 데이터 마이닝과 같은 비즈니스 인텔리전스 기술로 분석되어 고부가가치 창출에 사용되는 중요한 자료이다. 웹 로그에는 파일 이름과 같은 물리적인 데이터가 저장되는데 이러한 데이터는 분석에 사용되기 전에 정제과정을 통해 의미 있는 데이터로 변환되거나 불필요한 경우에는 삭제된다. 웹 로그 데이터의 분량을 적정선으로 유지하면서 데이터 정제 작업의 일부가 해결되도록 하는 방법으로 웹로그 생성단계에서 시스템이 제공하는 필터를 쓸 수 있다. 그러나, 필터로는 웹 페이지의 내용이 동적으로 변경되는 경우 그 상황을 즉시 반영하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 웹 로그가 ‘지능적 웹 로거’를 통해 생성되도록 하여 이러한 문제를 해결하였다. ‘지능적 웹 로거’를 통해 불필요한 데이터의 생성을 막고, 물리적인 데이터를 신속하게 의미 있는 데이터로 변환하도록 하였다. 웹 페이지의 변경 내용을 웹 로그 생성에 즉시 반영하여 의미 있는 데이터 생성에 이용함으로써, 웹 로그 생성 후에 실행되던 데이터 정제작업 자체를 단순화시켰고, 웹사이트 관리자가 편리한 사용자 인터페이스로 로그 규칙을 만들어 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Recently, the volume of online shopping market continues to be fast-growing, that is important to provide customized service based on customer behavior evaluation analysis. The existing systems only provide analysis data on the profiles and behaviors of the consumers, and there is a limit to the processing in real time due to disk based mining. There are problems of accuracy and system performance problems to apply existing systems to web services that require real-time processing and analysis. Therefore, The system proposed in this paper analyzes the web click log streams generated in real time to calculate the concentration level of specific products and finds interested customers which are likely to purchase the products, and provides and intensive promotions to interested customers. And we verify the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed system.

Recently, various studies related to ICT convergence have been made. Recently, various studies related to ICT convergence have been made. In the academic field, the demand for ICT convergence is on the rise. For example, Digital Humanities and Area Informatics are representative. Area Studies means to study the culture of a specific area in an integrated way. In this regard, researchers who specialize in researching overseas area generally use websites to obtain information related to the area. The Multilingual Mediterranean Web Service System(MMWS), which is operated by the Institute for Mediterranean Studies of Busan University of Foreign Studies is a web site that provides professional and general information to researchers or ordinary people studying in the Mediterranean area among overseas area. In this paper, we analyzeoverseas web sites the MMWS and discuss how to activate web sites based on the analysis results. In details, it analyze MMWS through log analysis and use Google Analytics, a log analysis system provided by Google for analysis. Also study how to use ICT convergence contents as a website activation method.

With the rapid growth of internet infrastructure, World Wide Web is evolving recently into various services such as cloud computing, social network services. It simply go beyond the sharing of information. It started to provide new services such as E-business, remote control or management, providing virtual services, and recently it is evolving into new services such as cloud computing and social network services. These kinds of communications through World Wide Web have been interested in and have developed user-centric customized services rather than providing provider-centric informations. In these environments, it is very important to check and analyze the user requests to a website. Especially, estimating user preferences is most important. For these reasons, analyzing web logs is being done, however, it has limitations that the most of data to analyze are based on page unit statistics. Therefore, it is not enough to evaluate user preferences only by statistics of specific page. Because recent main contents of web page design are being made of media files such as image files, and of dynamic pages utilizing the techniques of CSS, Div, iFrame etc. In this paper, large log analyzer was designed and executed to analyze web server log to estimate web contents preferences of users. With mapreduce which is based on Hadoop, large logs were analyzed and web contents preferences of media files such as image files, sounds and videos were estimated.

Clickstream is the information which demonstrate users' path through web sites. Analysis of clickstream shows how web sites are navigated and used by users. Clickstream of online web sites contains effective information of web marketing and to offers usefully personalized services to users, and helps us understand how users find web sites, what products they see, and what products they purchase. In this paper, we present an extended web log system that add to module of collection of clickstream to understand users' behavior patterns In web sites. This system offers the users clickstream information to database which can then analyze it with ease. Using ADO technology in store of database constructs extended web log server system. The process of making clickstreaming into database can facilitate analysis of various user patterns and generates aggregate profiles to offer personalized web service. In particular, our results indicate that by using the users' clickstream. We can achieve effective personalization of web sites.

The number of web service users has been increased rapidly as existing services are changed into the web-based internet applications. Therefore, it is necessary for us to use web log pre-processing technique to detect attacks on diverse web service transactions and it is also possible to extract web mining information. However, existing mechanisms did not provide efficient pre-processing procedures for a huge volume of web log data. In this paper, we proposed both a field based parsing and a high-speed log indexing mechanism based on the suggested B-tree Index Vector structure for performance enhancement. In experiments, the proposed mechanism provides an efficient web log pre-processing and search functions with a session classification. Therefore it is useful to enhance web attack detection function.
