전통적인 교수.학습의 형태를 벗어나 새로운 환경인 웹을 통한 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 대다수의 웹을 통한 교육들은 단지 웹 환경이라는 이름 하에 평면적인 의사소통의 한계를 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 대한 대안으로 본 연구에서는 가장 대중적인 실시간 의사소통 프로그램인 채팅 프로그램을 기반으로 교육용 대화 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 이 애플리케이션이 교실 내.외적으로 열린교육에 대한 지대한 관심을 쏟고 있는 최근의 학교 교육에 하나의 학습 도구로서 활용될 수 있음을 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 한자 학습을 원적지에서 Edutainment식이나 멀티미디어 요소를 웹 기반으로 하는 실시간 한자 원격교육 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는 웹 기반의 한자 코스웨어(Coursewear) 및 텍스트 기반의 한자 획이나 뜻에 맞도록 설계되어 실시간으로 제공한다. 이 한자 코스웨어는 한자 학습을 교재를 제공하여, 오소웨어(Authorwear)적으로 구현된다. 또한 자바의 애플릿(Applet)과 자바 에플리테이션(Applicatioll)으로 구현되었고, 자바 서블릿(Seulet)을 이용하여 CGI 프로그램 형태로 작성된다.

The purpose of this paper is to offer an analysis on the research trends of web-based inquiry learning effectiveness in science education, and to present suggestions for future studies. This study compiled data on 43 articles in Korea and international journals. The content analysis of articles published were from academic journals related to science education and educational technology from 2000 to 2014. The results are as follows: Among domestic articles, the participants ranged from school children to high school students. On the contrary, among foreign articles, the participants are centralized on secondary school students; most used experimental studies; most of the studies resulted with web-based inquiry learning in science education showing effectiveness on science learning performance or science inquiry ability; all web-based inquiry learning were designed using different models of teaching and learning, with the result in the case of domestic research, the utilized models refer to the STS learning model, Internet utilization problem-center inquiry learning model, Procedural model, while in the case of overseas research, the utilized models are SCY, IBLE, and TESI model. Implications of the findings are then discussed, which implies considerations for further research related to web-based inquiry learning.

컴퓨터 프로그래밍 실습의 공간적, 시간적 제약 및 프로그램 구입과 관련한 경제적 제약을 극복하기 위해 인터넷 웹 환경에 기반을 둔 학습 시스템에 대한 연구가 지금까지 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 웹 기반 학습 시스템을 이동기기를 학습매체로 하는 모바일 학습 환경으로 확장 적용하였으며, 이를 통하여 장소와 시간에 더 독립적인 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 학습 환경을 가능하게 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모바일 학습 시스템은 PDA를 이용하여 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 실습을 할 수 있도록 설계되고 구현되었으며, 사용자의 PDA에 별도의 클라이언트 프로그램이 필요 없이 브라우저 상에서 바로 실행할 수 있도록 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한, 다양한 PDA 디스플레이 크기를 고려하여, 사전에 여러 규격의 디스플레이 템플릿을 보유하여, 사용자는 자신의 PDA 크기에 적합한 디스플레이를 선택할 수 있다.

In this paper, we developed an e-loaming contents for C programming language using Linux and open source software, not using commercial integrated development tool like Microsoft's Visual Studio. In most programming language courses, students study or practice the programming language by editing source code compiling and running the executable code by commercial software like Visual Studio which installed on each PC. This way of learning has some difficulties in total cost of purchasing software and using other PCs which donot have proper software installed. To overcome this situation and enable loaming anywhere, with any device, at anytime, we propose a way of utilizing Linux and open source software in Web-based learning environment. In this environment students can input their source code on the form of broweser and get the result instantly from the server.

Reading discussion system based on a Web is a new teaching method which employs a Web as a space for discussion. It enables learners to exchange their opinions to enhance understanding and expand thinking. It is highly required to promote attitude of respecting other's opinions, reasonable thinking, and ability to express thinking in discussion learning based on a Web for interaction. In this study, I developed a reading discussion system, applying the Wiki program, for learners' interaction and tested its usefulness. Through this, it will be possible not to have existing vertical discussion which makes replies on a Web board but to have multidimensional discussion.

This study was conducted to develop a web-based learning contents that assists nursing students' clinical practice on operating room nursing and to examine its learning effects. Based on contents and need analysis, 6 learning modules were developed regarding nursing care in surgical operation and operating equipments. In order to verify the effects of the program, this study employed a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design. Knowledge was significantly higher in experimental group that was enhanced by the web-based learning contents than that of the control group (p<.001). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in self-directed learning. Experimental group had significantly higher motivation toward learning, which was examined posttest only, compared to control group (p<.001). These results support that the implementation of an web-based learning contents need to be continued as an effective educational material but we need more research to establish how this can be effectively implemented in a students' practicum.

지금까지의 웹에서의 학습(실습과목에 대한) 상황은 정지된 이미지를 보고 그에 대한 설명을 학습자가 읽기만 하고 진행되는 시스템이다. 이는 '웹 활용 학습(Web Based Instruction)' 측면에서 볼 때 너무나도 정적이고 학습자 주도적이지 못한 학습 진행 상황이다. 따라서, 학습자의 성취도 또한 낮았다. 이러한 배경을 토대로 인터넷상에서의 실습 과목에 대한 학습진행 상황을 실제 상황과 똑같이 진행될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 진행 상황 화면을 하나씩 캡춰하여 그 이미지에 대한 이벤트 처리를 HTML과 DHTML, JavaScript를 통하여 구현하였다. 이로써, 학습자가 자신의 시스템에 프로그램이 설치되어있지 않아도, 또한 장소를 가리지 않고 인터넷에 접속하여 자기 주도적이고 동적인 학습을 진행할 수 있도록 하였다.

In this paper, I discuss the development techniques and implemented type of DAVIS, a standalone JAVA-based application, by which statistics application can be downloaded from a web server, stored and installed to a client. Also I discuss both the server-based application and the client-based application that analyze statistics data. Considering the strengths and weaknesses of types discussed previously, I propose an advanced learning system of statistics that can execute an application in a client by client request. And data used in this system are loaded from a database server or input into a client by users.

Recently there are many tries and researches for using web agent in education. The agent is a computer program as a common name which takes a role like a proxy or a middle ware for accomplishing the given something on behalf of user. Lately the agent is being used in the various fields. The teaching and learning is the one of those. It is the web agent that support the teaching and learning on the web. It has a concept of the program or the engine is able to do teachers roles on the behalf of him on the web. Not only the web agent is able to do teachers roles on the behalf of him, but also it is a helper that helps learners on the web. The web based teaching and learning environment has the web agent offers the personal and the adaptive information, interface, or contents.
