본 논문에서는 학습자 중심의 학습 환경 구현에 매우 적합한 특성을 지니고 있는 웹을 통해 보다 효과적인 프로젝트 기반 학습 시스템(PBL; Project Based Learning )을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자한다. 프로젝트 목표선정, 프로젝트 계획, 프로젝트 활동, 정리 및 평가에 이르기까지 팀 구성원 모두가 책임감을 갖고 보다 적극적, 능동적인 학습을 수행할 수 잇도록 학습모듈을 구상하였다. 웹을 활용하여 프로젝트에 참여한 학습자들은 수동적 수혜적인 기존의 학습방식과는 달리 보다 적극적, 형성적, 협력적인 학습활동을 펼칠수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

A project-learning model of web-based self-directed (WBSD) was applied to teach a theme of 'weather and climate' to high school students in four classes of the 11th grade. Results showed that the WBSD model was overall effective in improving learning ability, self-consciousness, and attitude toward school. Specifically, the results of WBSD instructions reported that there was a significant difference in 7 variables of learning ability except for action control, 3 variables of self-consciousness, and 2 variables of school attitude when compared with those of traditional instructions. In addition, the project-learning model of WBSD presented the positive effect to all leaners at any level in self-directed learning.

프로젝트 학습은 구성원간의 협동을 통해 문제를 해결해 나가는 학습형태로 학습자의 문제해결력을 높일 수 있는 방법이며, 프로젝트 학습에서의 평가는 교사의 조언과 지도를 통해 학생의 학습 능력을 향상시키는데 도움을 준다. 그러나, 협동학습에서는 일명 '무임승차'라는 문제점이 발생할 수 있어 오프라인 상태에서의 학습활동시 교사가 학생 개개인의 프로젝트 학습 능력을 측정 및 관리하기가 정확하게 이루어지기에 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹상에서 이루어지는 프로젝트 학습시, 학습자에게 효과적으로 조언과 지도를 통하여 학습수행능력을 향상시킬 목적으로 개별 학습자의 프로젝트활동을 효과적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 평가는 프로젝트 중 평가와 프로젝트 후 평가로 이루어지며, 단계별 평가 기준 관점은 Chard가 제시한 프로젝트 활동 평가 준거를 참고하여 정하였고, 루브릭 평가 방법을 도입하여 세 가지 단계로 제시하였다.

In this paper, we designed the on-line Real-time Video Communication Learning System(RVCLS) for Web-based project learning and develop programs for test groups. And we have also analyzed how the Web-based learning using RVCLS change the students' perception on the classroom environment, using the WIHIC which is the classroom environment examination tool As a result, the Web-based project learning activities using RVCLS had affirmative effects on the eight areas of classroom environment such as students unity, teacher support, participation in class, spontaneity, exploration activities, task-oriented mind, cooperative attitude, and equality. Also, the web -based project learning using RVCLS is expected to help students enhance the self-directed learning capacity and increase abilities to use ICT.

The purpose of this study was to design a web-based project learning that is suitable for teaching concepts by studying the motion of the Moon for middle school students and to investigate the effects of the lesson applying designed learning. Designed learning was conducted with 48 ninth graders, who were individually interviewed; 5 males and females students out of the total. The types and factors of the unscientific concepts on the motion of the Moon were analyzed by the pre-test using interviews and questionnaires being evaluated to the degree of concept level that was developed in this study. After the pre-test students were instructed to do the web-based project learning where they could observe the motion of the moon for a month and discuss the results from the observation. After the web-based project learning, the effect of learning was examined by applying the post-test to the students and by analyzing the comparison of the pre-test and the post-test. The web-based project learning was effective for the conceptual change of the motion of the Moon (p<.001). According to the post-test, it positively affected the students and improved their integrated processing skills. Specifically, it had effects on conducting experiments (p<.001), controlling variables and defining operations (p<.05) in integrated processing skills.

메타인지는 자신의 인지와 학습활동에 대한 지식과 통제활동의 의미로 사용되었으며, 메타인지 지식은 자기 자신의 인지과정에 대하여 스스로 알고 있는 지식을 의미하고, 메타인지적 기능인 자기 조정능력은 학습활동을 스스로 조정하고 통제하면서 학습을 수행하는 능력을 말한다. 학습정보를 제공하는 피드백이 학습자의 학업성취도를 높인다는 연구들은 교수 학습의 과정에서 피드백이 학습효과를 높이고 학업성취도를 증가시키는데 공헌할 수 있다고 밝히고 있다. 이러한 메타인지와 피드백에 관한 선행연구들을 바탕으로 웹을 기반으로 한 프로젝트 학습에서 학습자의 베타인지 수준에 따라 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 피드백 유형이 필요함을 제안한다.

For answering a given condition of education which tries groping various instruction way of learner-leading, project-based instruction is noticed that inducing motive and interest of study by learner maker the effect of teaming, instruction way of owner-leading which solve by themselves. In this thesis, it develops education contents for applying project-based instruction to visualbasic course. Using FLASH MX and PHOTOSHOP 6.0 program which became known web production means, in distinction from the instruction contents which is a freeze-frame, it makes prossible interaction between computer and learner, induce interest and concentration of learner. In result of applying this, it appears real effect to the learning effect.

Web based lecture & learning system has changed the conventional learner-oriented educational environment by adding mutual interactions. From the learner competency-based education. the necessity of the learner-oriented education and the mutual cooperation among the learners has been increased. A project-based education system will achieve a progressive development in understanding and the competency for the job to be performed by the mutual interactions between the learners and between the learners and the lecturer. This paper presents the project-based learning system in order to facilitate and achieve the goals of the industrial business processing system implementations in the ongoing popular Internet environments. In the proposed project-based system, the lecturer presents a problem to be solved and leads the education as a supervisor The learner can maximize the efficiency for study by taking advantage of the learner-oriented comparison study and the patterning.

정보소양의 기본이라고 할 수 있는 워드프로세서 기능은 학생들이 갖추어야할 필수요소가 되고 있다. 그러나, 워드프로세서학습의 교수-학습방법에 대한 연구가 미흡하고 학습에 활용할 수 있는 자원이 많지 않아 워드프로세서학습을 위한 학습자원에 대한 요구가 늘고 있다 본 연구에서는 학교 현장에서의 워드프로세서 학습을 지원하기 위한 웹기반 워드프로세서 학습 지원 시스템을 개발하였다. 학생들에게 필요한 워드프로세서의 학습요소를 분석하고, 학생 스스로 수준에 알맞은 학습과제를 선택하여 학습하도록 하였으며, 과제를 해결하기 위한 기능을 알기 쉽게 익힐 수 있게 하는데 중점을 두었다. 또한 교사 및 동료와의 상호작용을 통하여 자신의 기능을 향상시키고 학습결과를 피드백하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

The study aims at investigating students' behaviors and perceptions regarding the collaborative learning based group project using the wiki environment. The study utilized Google Sites as a case, and analyzed file unloads, the use of web pages, navigation bars, and comments as well as surveys. The study discusses main characteristics of students' activities in the collaborative learning group project, which are drawn from the analysis of students' behaviors and perceptions. The study also provides implications for improvement of wiki environment to support collaborative learning in education.
