  • The Web is a way to share documents and communicate. However, voice and video data can be transmission in real time and currently being developed by the objects and the objects that interact to further develop the Internet. Existing video and audio programs to transmission data to the interface of different types of systems a lot of constraint condition on the cost of the interface, extensibility. In this paper, voice and audio transmission system a different operating system, improve the constraints of the ERP system compatibility and extensibility is a open source based system developed by the research. The program is different types of systems and interface, extensibility with program design and development methodologies, and open source-based system composed This system is good for cost saving and extensibility. Therefore, systems research and development, Extensibility and excellent on the interface, system design and development methodologies, such as real-time video conferencing, HMI, and take advantage of your video available from SNS.

A Cooperative Wiki System for Improving the Critical Thinking (비판적 사고 신장을 위한 협력 위키 시스템)

  • In this study, we proposed the learning activities using open community systems to increase critical thinking and cooperative work. We designed and implemented the Wiki system that is an opened community and general Web-Board system that is a closed community. Then, elementary students had the critical essays activities using these systems. The results of the study are as follows. First, the critical thinking activities were happened more actively at the Wiki system than at the Web-Board system. And we found that the critical thinking dispositions were improved at the Wiki system after students performed the critical writing activities. The critical thinking activities also occurred more actively in cooperative groups than in studying individual groups. In conclusion, when the students learn with the open community like the Wiki system than closed community, it is hoped that they would participate actively and their critical thinking would be improved better.

Mobile Payment and Operation System for the Local Area Festival (지역 기반 문화축제를 위한 모바일 결제 및 운영 시스템)

  • Local area festivals have grown on a scale for the past 20 years, but have suffered ups and downs. Through the trial and error of the festival operation, problems such as prediction of the number of visitors, planning of event scale, calculation and expansion of sales volume, and management of various participants in the duration were highlighted. To solve, this study designed and developed a mobile payment system and festival operation management system for local scale festivals as a platform operating system of web and app combined. The results of this study presents four basic functions. It includes ticketing management, attendance identification and entrance control, charge of festival currency and use of payments, real-time provision and management of related information, and performance reporting for each role. It was applied to local festivals in practice as to enable local shop owners to participate in advertisements or sponsorships and confirmed their contribution to local commercial market and the revitalization of festivals through this system.

  • First of all, Developing information technology makes it possible to change a paradigm of all kinds of areas, including an education. Students can choose learning goals and objects themselves and acquire not the accumulation of knowledge but the method of their learning. Moreover, Teachers get to be adviser, and students play a key role in teaming. That is, the subject of leaning is students. Constructivism emphasizes the student-oriented environment of education, which corresponds to the characteristics of hypeimedia. In addition, Internet allows us to make a practical plan for constructivism. Web Based Internet provides us with a proper environment to make constructivism practice md causes an education system to change. Sure Web Based Instruction makes them motivated to learn more, they can gain plenty of information regardless of places or time. Besides, they are able to consult more up-to-date information regarding their learning use hypermedia such as an image, audio, video, and test, and effectively communicate with their instructor through a board, an e-mail, a chatting etc. A school and instructors have been making effort to develop a new model of a teaching method to cope with a new environment change. In this thesis, with 'Design and Implementation of Web Based Instruction Based on Constructivism', providing online learner-oriented and indexed video lesson, learners can get chance of self-oriented learning. In addition, learners doesn't have to cover all contents of a lesson but can choose contents they want to have from a indexed list of a lesson, and they ran search contents they want to have with a 'Keyword Search' on a main page, which can make learners improve learner's achievement.

  • A high-speed Internet has brought a rapid spread of Web Based Distance Learning(WBDL). Even though the WBDL was considered a new methodology to overcome the limitation of a traditional education, it evolves not as alternatives but as strategic augmenting tools for a traditional face-to-face education. The WBDL systems accommodate diverse services such as e-Learning, e-Mentoring, and Blended Learning in order to give satisfactions to learners and increase the learning effectiveness. This study suggested the WBDL system's and learner's characteristics as two major affecting factors, in which two independent variables were respectively selected. A mediating effect of learning motivation between the independent variables and learning achievement was empirically tested. The interactions between the WBDL sysrem and learners were also tested on the view points of the moderating effects between the learning motivation and the learning achievement. The results showed that the mediating effects of learning motivation and the moderating effects of the system interactions were statistically significant.

  • A web-based intelligent education system(WEST) was designed and implemented to improve the self-directed study for students by providing them the study according to one's ability. WEST is composed of a tutor agent, an administrator module, a teacher module and a student module. The tutor agent analyzes students' ability and selects questions from a database according to their ability. The administrator module administrates subjects and students. The teacher module makes questions with three levels and administrates questions. The students module gives the questions students and the result of study. WEST was used in a mathematics subject for high-school students. Especially our system was better than the others in study according to students' ability.

  • Recently the navigation service and LBS (Location based Services) using map supports much information services on mobile terminal. Also Internet Web sites support user much information. But, the user has the difficulty for acquiring the service and the various information based on map because of searching the many Internet sites. Accordingly, this paper supports a convergence information service model of various culture, education, tourism, sport and traffic for accessing synthesizing information based on map. And we design and implement this model using 공개 API. We present a convergence information service model of culture, tourism, sport and bus line information form tour destination and cultural place of Jeju province using the model. Additionally, we develop this service model using apache web server on Linux environment, PHP and JavaScript, MySQL database and Map 공개 API. As this service model supports a convenience action of culture and tourism for Jeju islanders and tourists.

  • Computer users frequently request large scale multimedia data such as images. voice, video rather than conventional formal data. Data in virtual fossil museum are represented as points, shape, location in multidimensional space and interrelation with other spatial object. Informations in virtual fossil museum should be maintained to manipulate spatial object and non-spatial object. In this report we propose virtual fossil museum which is consisted of two parts. In the first step, basic system is implemented in internet for non-specialist such as primary students. This system is implemented based on visual multimedia information system so that non-specialist about computer can access easily. In the second step, expert system is designed which allows computer users can store, magnify, reduce, and retrieve the spatial data. This expert system uses animation, spatial query and VRML.

  • This study is about the system for knowledge management in the Wiki-based project learning. We implement the Wiki-based project learning system which is focused on a new Web paradigm and technology development to grasp the knowledge flow of a learner effectively under a project learning condition. Implementation of the system has used a Web 2.0 technology to easily understand SECI Knowledge Management types which form the Externalization, Combination and Internalization steps. Moreover, the system structure has been designed instinctively for harmonious knowledge use or reuse. As a result of the experiment, we found out that the collaborative knowledge steps moved along the flow of project learning.

  • 현대사회는 전통적인 경제체제에서 디지털 경제체제로의 급속한 이전과 더불어 정보기술이 국가발전의 주요 원동력으로 등장하게 되었다. 특히, e-정부의 출현은 기존의 정부서비스에 대한 시공간적 제약을 극복하는 새로운 패러다임으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 e-정부 실현을 위한 대표적인 사례로 KICIT을 중심으로 정보기술의 활용사례와 더불어 EC-Bank를 중심으로 한 지방정부의 사이버 마케팅에 대한 사례연구를 통해 e-정부의 조기 실현을 위한 산업부문의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 하나의 대안으로 소개하였다. e-구미의 모형은 행정, 생활, 산업 차원에서의 네트워크화, 균형과 조화, 부문간의 연계로 시행정의 디지털화, 사이버 정보생활의 실현 및 산업의 e-비즈니스화의 실현을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 KICIT은 중소도시에 집중되어 있는 지역정보센터의 산학관 협력의 모델케이스로 효율적으로 운영되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이제는 구미지역 기업체와 연구교육기관에서 핵심적인 지원기관으로 지역관련기관과의 보다 유기적인 협력을 계속 유지. 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. 지자체의 사이버 마케팅 사례인 EC-Bank는 정보서비스를 단순히 제공하는 수준인 전자상거래의 초기단계로 사이트 및 콘텐츠 관리의 소홀로 인하여 초기의 목적을 거의 이루지 못한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학관의 친밀한 협력과 e-프로세스의 대혁신을 통해서 새로운 업무활용, 웹기반의 거래처리 및 e-비즈니스 모형의 창출을 위해 계속적으로 노력해야할 것이다.
