언어학적 다양성을 가지는 고품질의 한국어 패러프레이즈 생성을 위해 패러프레이즈의 생성을 제어할 수 있는 제약이 필요하다. 원문을 패러프레이즈로 변경하기 위한 생성용 제약으로 6 개의 제약을 제시한다: 키워드 치환, 키워드 확장, 품사 변경, 패턴 변경, 구조 변경, 키워드 리스트, 생성 길이. 원문으로부터 패러프레이즈를 생성할 때 제약이 적용되는 정도를 시물레이션해 보았다. 10 어절 이하의 원문은 평균 2.05 번의 제약이 적용되면 패러프레이즈가 생성되었으며 키워드 치환, 마스킹에 의한 키워드 확장과 패턴 변경에 관한 제약이 가장 많이 적용되는 것을 확인하였다.

In this research, several ways of creating effective STI(Scientific ＆ Technological Information) databases were suggested. We put emphasis on the selection of input data, while on the other was handled, such factors as standardization for data entry, data entry system, etc.. In order to decide priority of target data, the status of document delivery service was analyzed. The result shows that conference proceedings were given priority to academic journals. In case of journals, ranking in the number of documents requested at KORDIC (Korea R＆D Information Center) and 16 Specialized Information Centers was compared with the ranking in citation frequency and impact factor, appeared at SCI.

In traditional environment, user must search each journal OPAC, bibliographic DB, and full-text DB and E-Journal separately until user finds scientific and technology informations that he needs. The purpose of this study is to build one-click service system of Journals that supports integrating search. This system provides various functions, such as, journal browsing, journal search, article search, alert function, my library, document delivery service by integrating databases and electronic journals. Users search all information sources through journal OPAC and acquire journal full-text by single interface.

Theses and Dissertation(TD) have been considered one of valuable scholarly resources, while there have existed some limitations to collect, organize, and provide them. The purpose of this study is to investigate users' perception on six TD services from five institutions and to propose improvement strategies. Six TD services includes National Library, National Assembly Library, RISS, dCollections, NDSL, and Council of Theses and Dissertation Common Use. Based on the survey results from 151 users, the findings of this study identified that National Assembly Library and RISS were preferred by users. In addition, users preferred keyword, full text, department, abstract, table of contents, as well as title and author over other bibliographic information. More importantly, users needs were placed on whether specific TD services provide full text or not. In case that is not possible to provide full text, users have a preference for full text link information. As a result, in order to improve the TD services, service promotion activities, diverse access points, and full text provision are desirable.

This paper has presented the structure and the features of the KTRIMS.

과학기술 분야 학회에서 생산하고 있는 학술자료(학회지, 논문지 및 학술회의자료 등)를 수집, 가공하여 학술정보 DB를 구축하고, 정보이용자들이 원하는 학술정보를 언제 어디서든지 인터넷을 통해 서지사항은 물론 디지털 원문까지 획득할 수 있도록 할 수 있는 학술정보 종합 관리 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 데이터의 유효성 검증과 타 기관의 상호대차 및 원문 교환을 손쉽게 처리할 수 있는 메타데이터의 표준인 XML과 데이터의 저장관리와 빠른 검색을 제공하는 KISTI의 최신 IRMS인 KRISTAL-2002을 기반으로 하여 학술정보 관리를 연구하고 시스템을 설계하였다.

인터넷의 발달과 활발한 지적 활동으로 인하여 정보 교류의 속도와 양이 급격하게 증가하였고 이에 따라 다량의 유사한 정보들 가운데 사용자가 원하는 정보를 탐색하기 위한 다양한 기법들이 연구되어 왔다. 하지만 이러한 탐색 기법을 적용하기에 앞서 탐색 대상이 되는 문서의 원문을 확보하여 데이터 베이스를 구축하고 또한 사용자의 질의문을 관리하는 과정에 있어서 사회·법률적인 문제가 방해요소로 작용함에 따라 원문과 질의문의 노출을 최소화하면서도 기존의 정보 탐색 기법들을 적용할 수 있는 공학적 해결 방법이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 탐색 대상인 한글 문서의 각 문자를 구성하는 초성만을 추출하여 나열한 문서를 정의하고 이 초성 문서가 원문과 질의문의 노출을 방지하는 동시에 문장 단위 이상의 검색에 있어서 기존의 탐색 방법들이 초성 문서상에서 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을 실험적으로 입증하였다.
