가상교육 원격교육이 미래 교육의 확고한 대안으로 제안되고 있는 이 때 , 이런 학습 코스웨어들을 보급하기만 하면 교사와 학생들이 많이 사용할 것이고 이를 통해서 수업의 효과성과 학습의 질이 향상되어, 궁극적으로는 지식정보사회가 요구하는 경쟁력을 갖춘 인력이 배출될 것이다라는 가정이 현재의 교육 이데올로기이다. 그러나 이들에 대한 다양한 비팝과 역 기능들을 수렴하여 효과적인 가상교육이 이루어 져야한다. 가상교육이 단순히 정보를 제공하는 기술적 도구가 아닌 '교육'이 되기 위해서 교수-학습 내용의 질을 우선적으로 확보할 것이 요청된다. 이러한 요청에 대한 가상교육 학습의 구조와 요소를 고려한 학습요소구성을 위한 통합과 효과성을 제고 할 수 있는 전략을 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, information technology are rapidly diffused throughout the world. A new paradigm, 'telework' and 'distant education' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. In the computer and information communication technology areas related with web-based telework-distant education, the disabled expect vocational rehabilitation. Therefore nowadays, the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by web-based telework and distant education. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

Necessity of smart work that can change environment of working in organizations has been emphasized. Lots of organizations, however, wish to do work with smartness through adoption of smart work technologies, those are not sure whether smart work will be successful or not till now. Especially, viewpoints of leaders concerning efficiency and effectiveness of smart work who operate the organizations may be different in many circumstances such as industries, characteristics of work, etc. Therefore, hopefully, this research want to investigate whether differences among leader and non-leader group, tendencies of personal leadership styles in work exit or not by empirical and exploratory approach. Totally, 118 questionnaires had been collected and performed test of mean difference between groups. As a result, some items such as working place, working methods, flexible time and tension of smartwork showed significant differences between level of leadership styles and non-leader and leader groups. And, futhermore, from this research I believe that we can have a few insights for successful smart working environment in organizations.

ICT기술은 소프트웨어와 하드웨어의 모든 분야에서 비약적으로 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 이에 따라, 기업에서 전통적으로 사용되어 오는 경영정보시스템들도 다양한 형태로 개선되거나 융합되어지고 있다. 특히, 재택근무, 이동근무, 원격 협업 등의 ICT기술 활용하여 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고 업무를 수행하는 스마트워크는 기업의 근무행태에 대한 패러다임을 바꿀 것으로 기대를 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스마트워크의 일환으로 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy Beacon)을 이용한 모바일 형태의 그룹웨어 시스템을 제안한다.

최근 유가의 상승은 공간이동의 비용을 매우 크게하여 경제성장을 약화시키고 있다. 이러한 시기에 본 논문은 시간적/공간적 제약을 극복하고 효율적으로 작업할 수 있는 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 인터넷 및 IT인프라의 발전은 사람들이 시간과 공간의 제약없이 언제, 어디에서나 누구와도 작업할 수 있도록 가능하게 할 것이다. 정해진 시간이 아니라 자기가 일하고 싶은 시간에 가상의 일터에서 가상의 조직을 이용하여 전 세계 어디에 있는 누구와도 같이 일을 할 수 있는 공간이 만들어지는 것이다. 이렇게 일하는 방식을 u-Work이라하며 u-Work서비스가 가능하게 해 준다. 본 논문은 u-Work의 유형을 재택근무, 이동원격근무, u-Work센터근무로 분류하고, 공공기관 u-Work서비스 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 제안한 공공기관 u-Work서비스 모델의 구축방안을 시설인프라 측면, IT인프라 측면, 운용인프라 측면으로 나누어 기술한다. 구축된 u-Work서비스는 전 세계의 전문인력을 활용할 수도 있으며, 사회적 약자의 생산활동 참여 기회를 높이는 등 유연한 노동시장을 만들어 줄 것이다.

These days ships medical treatment is under unfavorable circumstances, because there is no professional doctor who can diagnose and treat the patients accurately on the ships. Therefore, ship's telemedicine should be urgently actualized to elevate the crew's my of boarding life and welfare. A purpose of this research is to develope the telemedicine system which can acquire the patient's informations like ECG and phonocardiogram used for the diagnosis and transmit those to the doctors of shore medical center. In this paper, we designed the communication part which could transmit the bio-signals acquired from the developed ship's digital ECG and stethoscope based on personal computer by the INMARSAT Also we inspected data errors through the comparison between the sent and received data And we confirmed the possibility and compatibility of the telemedicine using ship's communication system.

For this study, we have extensively analyzed the presentation data of the government's financial-related departments and the data of each financial institution and electronic financial institution.. As a result, In Korea's electronic financial environment, real changes such as first) expansion of non-face-to-face finance, second) teleworking in the financial sector, third) abolition of accredited certification, fourth) advanced voice phishing, fifth) openness of the financial industry and diversification of forms, sixth) the'walletless society'. In addition to the above, however, global changes triggered by the Fourth Industrial Revolution spread to the financial security sector, making it difficult to respond to problems such as artificial intelligence/ deep learning/ user analysis/ deepfake technology. As the proportion of electronic finance is increasing socially, it should be studied in the fields of electronic finance and its environment, and crime and criminal investigation.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the paradigm of finance is also changing. As remote work becomes more active due to cloud computing and coronavirus, the work environment changes and attack techniques are becoming intelligent and advanced, companies should accept new security models to further strengthen their current security systems. Zero trust security increases security by monitoring all networks and allowing strict authentication and minimal access rights for access requesters with the core concept of doubting and not trusting everything. In addition, the use of NAC and EDR for identification subjects and data to strengthen access control of the zero trust-based security system, and strict identity authentication through MFA will be explained. Therefore, this paper introduces a zero-trust security solution that strengthens existing security systems and presents the direction and validity to be introduced in the financial sector.

본 논문에서는 이론적, 실무적 선행연구들에 대한 검토를 토대로 통합적인 정보격차 요인모형을 제시하고 정보격차 요인모형에서 도출된 변수들과 기존정책들을 중심으로 표적집단심층면접법(Focus Group Interview, FGI)를 이용하여 정보취약계층인 장애인, 노인층, 저소득층을 대상으로 정보활용기회를 확대하기 위한 방안들을 실증적으로 도출하였으며 또한 기존 정책에 대한 만족도 및 효과성을 측정하였다. FGI 조사결과 취약계층별로 차별화된 정책적 요구사항이 도출되었으며, 통합적으로 정보접근, 정보이용, 정보활용을 지원할 수 있는 통합적 지원체계가 가장 절실한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 취약계층별 개별 대상자의 개별적인 정보화수준 및 요구사항을 반영하기 위하여 개별 인적자원에 대한 통합관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 정보접근정책 및 정보이용지원정책, 정보활용지원정책별로 포괄적인 만족도 조사를 실시한 결과 공히 만족도 수준이 보통이하인 것으로 나타나 개별 정책에 대한 지원전략의 수정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

차세대 인터넷에서 DiffServ 네트워크는 서비스 품질(QoS: Quality of Service) 제공을 위한 확장성이 높은 구조를 제시하고 있다. 차세대 네트워크에서는 음성이나 비디오 전송 같은 많은 응용들을 지원하기 위하여 QoS 보장 서비스가 필요하다. 차세대 인터넷에서 QoS 제공을 위하여 RSVP(Resource Reservation Protocol), MPLS(Multi-Protocol Label Switching), DiffServ 및 QoS 라우팅 등의 기법이 개발되고 표준화되고 있다. 원격 교육 역시 주로 인터넷이 주도하고 있다는 면에서는 QoS의 문제를 피해 갈 수 없는 것이다. 그러나, 국내에서는 이러한 QoS 능력을 안전하게 제공하기 위한 기법에 대한 연구가 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 QoS를 안전하게 제공하기 위한 보안 기법을 DiffServ 네트워크를 중심으로 제시하고 원격교육에 적용시의 문제들을 고려하고자 한다.
