The purpose of this study was to explore strategies for promoting distance education program and for providing total information for teachers about curriculum of distance educational training institute. In 2007, there were 65 institutes of distance education training, but we don't have enough information about curriculum of the institutes. To analyze curriculums of the institutes, it had been selected 33 institutes of 65, and 567 of performance training programs, 317 of optional programs, and 23 of free training programs. The following results were obtained : (1) It calls for easy accessibility to distance educational training institutes (2) It has to overcome biased status that private institutes have more courses than government institutes'. (3) It will be needed to make diverse courses for teacher's capabilities. (4) It calls for course development of several subject matters (5) It will be needed to maintenance for running course continuously. (6) It has to make supporting plan for excellent courses by government.

인터넷이 보편화되고, 멀티미디어 처리기술과 정보통신 기술이 발전함에 따라 인터넷을 이용한 원격교육이 확산되고 있으며, 교수자와 학습자에게 질과양 모든 면에서 향상된 교육의 기회를 제공하기 위해 다양한 연구의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 중요한 연구의 하나로 멀티미디어 원격강의 컨텐츠의 쉬운 저작과 이를 효율적으로 실행하고 제어하기 위한 전송 메커니즘에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 원격강의 컨텐츠를 정의하고 원격강의 컨텐츠 전송에 있어 원격강의 컨텐츠를 제어 할 수 있는 구조와 제어 기술언어인 SMILe를 제안하고 이를 바탕으로 한 컨텐츠 전송체계와 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안한 SMILe는 멀티미디어 원격강의 컨텐츠의 구성과 제어에 범용적으로 사용될 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Because telemedicine is also the medical care, it is limited by law to allow medical personnel only physician because there would cause a risk to health and hygiene. Since the work dealing with the life and honor the human body involving a small mistake, it may be difficult to recover the damages can be recovered even if the telemedicine. Therefore, systematically it is to allow remote medical care only proven national healthcare only clinical practice starting with basic medical medicine, and received training as a systematic study of the body and life of humans. The patient information could get far away in the distance to provide medical information and professional advice to the remote system, even if you can not be reached due to several issues such as the number of differences that occur in time. We Mentioned various opinions on regulatory issues and information gathered for the development of the medical industry in this respect.

In this paper, from the pervious studies investigating the current status of distance learning due to COVID-19, the needs of teachers for effective distance learning were analyzed. As a result, it was found that support related to distance learning contents was necessary. Specifically, it is necessary to establish a platform specialized for content production for distance learning, expand teacher training related to content production and operation, and improve the copyright system related to content production. In addition, since distance classes differ from those of back-to-school classes in system and characteristics, it is necessary to supplement the institutional aspects for distance classes. It is judged that it is necessary to support the evaluation method suitable for distance learning, the authority to operate the curriculum, and the learning management system. In addition, it was analyzed that it is necessary to expand the infrastructure for distance learning, and a structure and platform for self-directed improvement programs and self-directed distance learning are needed to prevent the learning gap problem from repeating due to distance learning.

The increasing demand for the distance learning has created a need to explore the implications of the emerging paradigm shift in the learning environment. For the use of information technology to improve learning processes, the pedagogical assumptions underlying the design of information technology for educational purposes must be understood. However, little theoretical development or empirical research has examined learning effectiveness in web-based distance learning. Thus, this paper reviews from research in management communications, education, social psychology, and information systems literatures to develop an conceptual model of influences on web-based corporate education outcomes. The hypotheses empirically examined using survey data from 152 students of 'L' company. The data support the validity and reliability of our constructs. And the hypotheses of this study get partially significant support. Finally, the implications of this survey results are discussed in terms of learning performance.

An educational system using computers was first conceptualized by Dr. Donald Bitzer in the University of Illinois in the late 1950s. Since the PLATO system was developed in 1961, multilateral research were made for the last 30 years. Especially, the development of Internet and Information Technology has contributed to the advancement of the distance education system. This system has greatly changed the existing educational paradigm, As the result, new education system is being realized, This study suggests a distance education system based on ‘push’ technique, which is a means of active information transmission, In this system, the ‘push’ technique is combined with the existing distance education system. Through the combination, learning contents can be provided for learners without connecting the DB on the Internet. In addition, the process of getting new information is real-timed operation. Also, the treatment of item; and the algorithm of level-based item evaluation are devised in consideration of various levels of learners, so that evaluation of items appropriate to the levels of learners can be accomplished.

A remote cooperative studying system based on the Internet consists of a matching system of connecting remote class room with the others, a community system of making practical cooperative study by student's various. compensation and interaction, and a report system of sharing studying results and evaluating of studying achievements for individuals, groups and class. Especially I divide a course of cooperative studying into six parts; pre-preparation stage, group organization stage, interaction stage, result consultation stage, evaluation stage and follow-up stage. 정보화 사회에서의 컴퓨터의 가치는 교육분야서 더욱 높아지고 있으며, 기존의 수업보다 시간적 공간적 제약을 덜 받게 되는 원격교육은 무한한 발전 가능성을 가지고 있다. 하지만 기존 웹 상에서의 원격교육에서는 필수의 강의가 끝나면 수업의 평가 후 학생에게 수업의 결과를 알려주는 형식이었고, 또한 학습자에게는 일률적으로 평가가 적용 학생의 수준에 맞는 수업을 할 수가 없었으며 교수의 입장에서도 학생들의 평가 결과가 수업의 질을 높이거나 내용을 변경시킬 근거가 될 수 는 없었다. 따라서, CAI(Computer Aided Instruction) 시스템에서 수준별 학습을 위한 단계별 예비 테스트와 학습 후 테스트의 평가 내용을 다양한 방법으로 가시적으로 제시함으로써 교수 방법을 지원할 수 있는 평가 컴포넌트를 작성하고자 한다. 이는 평가의 방법이 체계적으로 되고 또한 학습의 패러다임을 바꾸거나 과목을 변경할 경우 또한 그 결과에 따라 교수 방법의 변화나 수업내용의 변경을 하려할 때 용의하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한 유사한 다른 패러다임의 원격교육 시스템에서도 이미 개발된 구성요소를 사용함으로써, 사용의 용이성과 이식성, 재사용성을 높일 수 있게 한다.

Since the Media law recently passed, the media's influence has further enhanced than before. However, in reality, systematic media education can't catch up a trend of the fast growing media culture development. The new paradigm is much needed in getting rid of utilizing previous ICT training tool but rather using a creative and critical new role model. This study, media education in schools outside the school, as well as to the proper education of the active and systematic media education system as a way to create a top integrated media that is responsible for training new teachers to offer courses to train professionals. To change fragmentary and unsystematic media education system having been implemented to more professional, systematic and concrete, it is proposed that 3 systematic courses media literacy course, media story telling course and media production course should be implemented.
