Inventory management is an important factor for cost saving in a construction project. stock yard of general public residence site is secured. but site of the downtown area is not. inventory management of site was performed an intuition and an experience. According to inventory management of site is necessary systematic and efficient. This study examine general idea stock and inventory management. and suggests a EOQ determination method considering stock yard size. and particularity of site.

The PC structure based on the OSC (Off-Site Construction) is mentioned as a representative method of innovation in the construction industry that converts the existing construction environment from site-centered to factory production-transportation-site assembly. However, recent research on PC method has focused on improving the functions of subsidiary materials and improving the production system to increase productivity and institutional / policy R&D that can be universally applied to the life-cycle stage of ordering / design /construction is insufficient. In particular, the absence of standardized cost calculation standards makes it difficult to calculate and verify of objectified appropriate construction cost. So which is an obstacle to the activation of the PC method. In this study, the standards for construction costs of domestic and foreign PC method were surveyed and similar Construction Standard Production Rates were analyzed to confirm the product structure suitable for PC method. Subsequently, the construction procedures and input resources for each PC subsidiary materials were identified through on-site surveys to derive component for subsidiary materials, and the factors of change in the product according to the construction characteristics(height, weight of subsidiary material) were verified. As a result the standard product calculation system suitable for the site installation of the PC method for apartment was presented.

Needs for developing a better way of cost estimating process for public construction projects have been widely recognized. Those needs are mainly from the early phases of the project through the construction life cycle due to the its importance to the control process. In contrast to the traditional estimating method based on unit-price references, this research utilized this following process. The first step is analyzing the real cost data from actual cost activities (2000~2010) about the statement of P.S.C(Prestressed Concrete) Box Girder Bridge. The collected data was broken into four categories based on technical construction methods such as I.L.M(Incremental Launching Method), M.S.S(Movable Scaffolding System), F.S.M(Full Staging Method), and F.C.M(Free Cantilever Method). The second, actual design documents including the actual cost estimating documents, drawings and specifications were carefully reviewed to cluster the cost itemized statement from four categories. It was also attempted to seek the proper breakdown of standard works that are responsible for more than 95 percentage in each categories in terms of its cost. The third, this research comes up the index for standard unit materials and unit price of standard work and develops the approximate estimating model applying for the specification(length and breadth of bridges) per square area that the user takes as well as suggests the practical application plan within the original time alloted.

The earth volume which is the basis of all the construction has gone through great development so far with the use of construction machine; however, systematic studies on the related area is in need since the appropriate compound engineering method of earth volume equipments which is a key factor for shortening the project duration and cost reduction is not systematically established and it is dependent on experience. Reasonable mechanical earth volume should take into consideration of performance and characteristics of the equipment, the kind of project, scale and conditions in advance. Also, the optimum compound engineering should be planned by selecting several available scales of equipment. In this study, the earth volume estimate model is established for optimum compound engineering of earth volume equipment for mechanized earth volume equipment loading and moving stage among many stages of earth volume task using system dynamics technique. The optimum compound engineering model of the earth volume equipment produced as a result of this is expected to make reasonable decisions in the shortest time in selecting earth volume facility.

Levelized generation cost(LGC) has been widely used in assessing feed-in tariffs(FiT) for electricity generating from new and renewable energies. Current FiTs for renewable electricity in Korea have been fixed and applied with realistic economic data by the efforts of KERI(Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute) since October 2006. Some critical issues on the estimation of LGC are, however, found in KERI's report. Major issues are the estimation of capital cost, the consideration of corporate tax, and the application of economic life cycle in the formulae for LGC. These critical issues are examined and interpreted in a correct way in this paper.

In the telecommunication industry, estimation of the cost of network facilities is very important since depreciation cost of the facilities accounts for a large portion of the product cost. Moreover, cost estimation in the industry becomes more difficult because of increasing indirect cost upon digital convergence, expanding multi-purpose facilities, complexity of service product, etc. Nevertheless, not much seem to have been done in improving estimation methodology of the cost of network facilities. As a result, the quality of cost information on network facilities has deteriorated, and now even decision-makers in the industry dismiss the information. Recently, two major telecommunication companies adopted a new network cost estimation method to deal with the issue. In this paper, we study the concept of new cost estimation method and the procedure to develop and apply it. We also suggest the method to carry out the cost allocation using Matlab which is more efficient and time-saving than other commercial cost calculation packages.

The Government has recently planned to improve the medical insurance drug price systems by removing the drug margin occurring from the difference between the official and purchasing prices, and instead by setting prices through adding drug administration casts calculated to the purchasing costs. In the circumstances, the major policy and implementing issues are how to define the drug administrance cost and how to calculate them. This study attempts to provide for the conceptional and operational definitions and thereby develop a costing model for the cost. The relationship between the current systems of medical services costs and prices were reviewed to define the concept of the costs. The study defined the costs from the narrow and wide prospective of meaning, and three operational definitions were provided. The costing model was developed applying the departmental costing principles. Finally, several prerequisites that have to be considered for the implementation of the definition and the model from the practical viewpoint.

The key objective of this paper is to suggest a pilot model for mobile network interconnection charge calculation by bottom-up long-run incremental costing methodology. Interconnection issues have lately attracted considerable attention by network operators and regulators. However there is no standard by all the network operators' agreement. The costing method is an acute problem because the interconnection charge is directly related to the network operators' revenue. Thus Korea has planned to launch the new interconnection policy based on the current traffic distribution and then we simulate the model in a sample area with virtual data. The results propose objective and reasonable guideline for the mobile network element cost calculation. It can be helpful for calculating price floor or bottom-up long run incremental interconnection charge by regulator.

A index using generation cost for planning' for representing economical efficiency of generator, However in case of Combined heat and power(CHP) the product is divided in electrical power and steam, so there are no unconditional comparison between general generator and CHP. To calculating the generation cost for planning of CHP, this study using the method that change electrical power and steam into same unit and suggest the comparing system that can compare economical efficiency with other generators.

최근 우유 소비량 감소로 인한 분유 재고 증가, 원유생산할당제, 더 강화된 체세포 등급 및 유대산정 기준, 매년 증가되는 우유 생산 원가, 질병 및 환경 스트레스로 인한 젖소 유지 및 생산비용 증가 등으로 인하여 우리나라 낙농가들의 경영성적이 극도로 악화되고 있는 실정이다. 문제는 이러한 요인들이 단시일 내에 낙농가들의 의지와 노력만으로는 극복하기 어렵다는 점이다. 이러한 이유로 인하여 전국의 낙농가 수들은 점차적으로 감소하고 있고 앞으로도 이런 추세는 당분간 지속될 것으로 보고 있다. 그렇다면 어떻게 해야 우리 목장은 살아 남을 수 있을까? 답은 변화다. 그동안 관행적으로 해 왔던 사양관리나 환경관리, 구체적이지 못한 경영목표 관리, 소극적인 신기술 접목 등이 목장 경영 선진화에 큰 걸림돌일 수밖에 없으므로 이에 대한 혁신이 필요하다. 본고에서 목장 경영 선진화에 필요한 기술 경영 특히 스트레스 환경관리, 초산분만 월령 단축 및 적정 육성우 보유 개선 방안들을 중점적으로 다루려 한다.
