플라스틱(수지)의 활용이 급격하게 증가함에 따라 사출성형의 중요성이 높아지고 있는 가운데, 사출성형시의 원가절감이 큰 관심사가 되어가고 있다. 원가절감의 일환으로 적절한 수지를 선정하는 일이 대두되는데, 사출성형의 재료로서 수지를 선정할 때는 성형후 사용환경에서 일정기능을 유지하도록 수지의 물성을 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 여러물성을 동시에 만족시켜야 하는 수지선정의 특수성을 감안하여 수지선정문제를 가치함수(Value Function)를 사용한 다목적 의사결정문제(Multi-Attribute Decision Problem)로 정형화하였다. 수지는 물성의 어느 범위에서는 수치의 작은차이가 중요하지만, 어느 범위에서는 크게 중요하지 않으므로 필요한 물성의 수준을 고려하여 선택을 하여야한다. 본 연구에서는 가치함수를 이용하여 이를 해결하도록 하였다. 가치함수는 Sigmoid함수를 사용하였고, 함수의 상수(parameter)를 조절하여 수지가 갖는 물성과 물성과의 관계를 평가하고 수지가 갖는 특성을 보다 정확하게 고려하여 수지선정이 되도록 하였다.

Traditional face-to-face university education has shifted its course to combine the advantages of both online and offline education in a blended-learning approach. However, there is still much that is unknown about the actual effect of blended learning, particularly it's learning outcomes in terms of cost effectiveness. This study qualitatively examines the costs and the learning outcomes of blended learning at an on-line college and off-line university. Online college level English pedagogy courses and blended with offline operations at an online university were studied across two semesters in terms of the quality of education, and both direct and indirect cost savings. Other causes for various learning outcomes and cost implications are proposed and validated.

This paper analyses the effects of mobile telecommunications market's interconnection charge on consumer welfare between 2000 and 2010 by estimating price elasticity of demand with using log linear model and augmented Alexander et al(2000)'s model. The results show that consumer welfare is about 6 trillion won in 2009 and an upward trend. In the 2nd analysis, the decline in interconnection charge raise consumer welfare but, asymmetric interconnection and current TD-BU LRIC system have negative(-) relation with consumer welfare. Hence we need to revise interconnection policy frame.

본 연구는 수자원관리 정책에 필요한 공업용수의 한계가치를 추정하고자 하였다. 그동안 우리나라에서는 공업용수 관련 자료의 한계 등으로 공업용수 가치 추정에 대한 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해외에서 진행된 다양한 형태의 가치 추정 방법론 중에서 생산함수를 이용하는 방법을 토대로 공업용수 가치를 추정하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 공업용수의 가치는 공업용수의 가격에 비하여 높은 것으로 나타나 효율적인 수자원관리를 위해서는 생산원가를 반영하는 수준의 적절한 용수 가격 인상의 당위성이 있음을 보여준다.

A general and systematic method of organizing two-dimensional flexible cellular array which is capable of reclizing arbitrary combinational switching function is developed. A set of n functions of n variables is transformed to revalued functions of one variable. This set of functions form a semigroup under the normal operation which is defined in this paper. A systematic method of generating any functions using three base functions is presented. Three basic networks which are capable of realizing three base functions are designed using only one one-dimensional array. The algorithm is presented for lealizing arbitrary combinational switching functions by organizing this basic array in two.dimensional cellular array and by appropriately setting the parameters or the edge of the array.

한국수자원공사에서 공급되는 댐용수는 댐건설 투자비와 댐운영 관리에 소요되는 비용을 회수하기 위하여 댐용수의 수요자로부터 요금을 징수하고 있다. 댐용수의 가격은 $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$댐용수 요금산정규칙$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$에 의거하여 댐용수를 공급하는데 소요되는 총괄원가를 보상하는 수준에서 결정되며, 1987년 이후부터는 지역간 부담의 형평성을 보장하는 차원에서 전국적으로 동일한 요금을 징수하고 있다(한국수자원공사, 2002).(중략)

The product portfolio problem(PPP) is an optimization problem that determines the production quantity of a particular product to obtain the maximum profit among the n products. Linear programming(LP) is known as the only way to solve this optimization problem. The linear programming method is a problem that optimizes n linear functions and uses LINGO or Excel solver. This paper proposes a simple algorithm that uses CPR, a product cost-profit ratio, to sort in CPR descending order and then determines the maximum allowed production quantity by hand as the actual production quantity. As a result of applying the proposed algorithm to six experimental data, it was shown that more accurate results can be obtained compared to the linear programming method.

Content services on the Internet is getting attention as a new business model, selling digital content in real-time on the web. However, most of these content-based business is based on advertisement model rather than direct-payment-based business model. One of the difficulty in setting up charge-based content service is that the pricing paradigm of digital content is different from traditional pricing of products or services. The objective of this study is to empirically derive the feasible price response functions for these content services. Based on conjoint analysis of popular attributes of digital content, several price response function models were fitted against the conjoint data, using online movie viewers' preferences for different attributes of the service. Fitted function models were linear, multiplicative, exponential, attraction, and Gutenberg models. attraction model was found to be well-fit with the data for several specific combinations of attributes. Implications for pricing strategy is discussed at the end.

In recent years, the crisis of energy is growing seriously and also the contamination of ecology has been reverberated as international problem. The social concern about energy crisis has been growing for the last several years and also the interest in new and renewable energy has been increased. The probability of wind power resource over Saemangeum is reviewed with the data of Gunsan weather station. Through this study, it is cleared that the Saemangeum area has fluent wind power source to design the wind farm in Korea. According to calculation results, it is possible to predict the wind velocity density around the Saemangeum area using the shape factor as a parameter.
