The Equipment Expenses section of the Poom-Saem that is used for Construction Cost Estimation of public sectors in Korea has been rarely revised, and so does not reflect changes of Construction Equipment technology and construction methods, since it was established based on data from Japan and the U.S in the early 1960s. In order to make reasonable estimation of equipment expenses for a bulldozer and a loader, the domestic and overseas documentary records were investigated. Further, 16 construction sites were visited, and 20 Construction Equipment leasing services were surveyed. The optimum level of each item which consists of equipment costs was revealed based on the result of the analysis on the figures of equipment costs calculation from the Poom-Saem and the collected data. The research will be the foundation for applying the rapid development of Construction Equipment and technology to the appropriate cost estimations and the ground work of related studies.

원자력 발전소의 안전계통은 요구된 신뢰도를 확보하기 위하여 각 트립 변수(공정계통 및 핵관련 총11개)회로의 센서 및 트립로직으로 구성된 각자의 채널에 대하여 주기적으로 운전중에 운전원에 의해 수동으로 수행하므로 안전계통에 대한 신뢰도를 화보하고 있다. 안전계통에 대한 시험자동화는 컴퓨터에 의해 시험 신호의 발생과 시험 결과의 표시 및 기록이 자동적으로 프로그램에 의해서 수행되는 것을 의미하며, 시험 자동화에 의해 주기 시험에 따른 시험시간 단축과 운전원의 심리적 부담을 경감하여 운전원에 의한 인적 실수 방지 및 계통 신뢰도 향상에 기여하는 것은 물론 계통을 단순화하고 기기경비의 절감 효과를 가져온다. 현재 기존 중수로 발전소는 직접 시험 방식에 의해 모의 신호를 시험 대상 채널의 센서부분에 보내어 안전 계통을 시험하여 해당 루프에 대한 건전성을 점검하고 있는데, 이 방식은 시험회로가 복잡하여 이로인한 기기의 설치 경비 상승, 유지 보수의 부담 증가 및 운전원의 주기 시험에 대한부담감으로 인적 실수를 유발하는등 계통 신뢰도 저하의 문제점이 지적되어 개선이 요구된다.

This paper presents a novel algorithm for determining the optimal operation of a cogeneration plant with back-pressure and extraction-condensing turbine/generators. The proposed algorithm determines the optimum load of boilers and turbine/generators, using only one parameter, the steam mass flow rate, which can be obtained directly from on-line measurement during plant operation. The proposed algorithm consists of the non -linear operating cost function, and its correlated constraints. Furthermore, it has been successfully applied to an actual industrial cogeneration plant, with satisfactory results. Comparison of these results with actual operating data has revealed that using the proposed algorithm results in at least 1.2~4.5[%] operating cost saving, depending on the process steam load. Furthermore the proposed algorithm can be easily installed in a process control computer because the required input data can be easily obtained from information available on-line.n-line.

최근 국내에서는 다양한 대중교통수단의 요구로 경량전철의 건설이 가시화되면서 경량전철의 안전운전과 운영경비 절감에 필요한 새로운 개념의 열차제어장치에 대한 기술개발을 철도선진국은 물론 우리나라에서도 추진중에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 철도연에서 2000년까지 추진한 경량전철의 무인운전 제어기술에 관하여 소개하고자 한다.

An ice storage cooling facility with cooling capacity of 150㎾ has been constructed for the purpose of developing optimal design and control strategy for an ice storage system. As the first step to this purpose, a computer program has been developed to simulate the operation of the ice storage system and examined precisely by comparing the results with those measured from the test facility. With the simulation program verified from the comparison, a design procedure has been developed to determine the minimum capacity required for each operation strategy available commercially. It is shown that the minimum sizes of the chiller and the storage tank are strongly dependent on the control strategy, i.e., chiller priority or storage priority, but less affected by the arrangement method, i.e., chiller upstream or chiller downstream.

현재 한전 계통내의 일차 배전전압은 3.3KV .DELTA.로 되어있고 일부분의 지역에서 5.7KV Y 또는 6.6KV .DELTA.로 승압되고 있는 실정이다. 그런데 한전 계통의 최근에 있어서의 수요의 성장율은 년 20%선을 넘고 있고 앞으로도 당분간 15-20%의 성장율이 지속될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이와같이 급격히 성장하는 부하에 고도의 Service신속도를 유지하면서 그리고 동시에 저렴한 투자와 운전경비로서 응할수 있는 방식은 일차 배전전압을 승압하는 것이다. 여기서 논하고저 하는것은 어떤 전압으로 승압하는것이 온당할 것이냐라는 경제적 검토이다.

A comparative analysis was peformed on the operation cost at partial loads between ice storage systems with the two conventional control strategies, i.e., storage priority and chiller priority. The storage priority control is shown to be more economic for small cooling loads, while the chiller priority control is superior when the cooling load is as large as the design value. Based on this finding, a new control strategy is devised for an ice-storage system to minimize the operation cost at any cooling load. The new control strategy is found to be comparable to the chiller priority for large cooling loads, while it is more economic for small loads compared to the conventional control strategies. The practicality of the new control strategy is also confirmed through a performance test applying the new control strategy to an existing ice-storage system.

The current estimation system of construction equipment cost was first introduced in 1960's when general contractors had ownership of equipment. However, most of construction equipment in construction sites has been rented from equipment leasing company these days. Therefore, the improvement of current cost estimation system is therefore inevitable in order to advance domestic construction industry. This study is aimed to suggest the improved system by analyzing nationwide market rental rates of major construction equipment. A user friendly prototype of actual database grounded on actual market rental rates collected from over 200 leasing companies in the nation was proposed. The database includes various rates and statistics analyzed by different form of contract as well as different region. Using the collected data, "The Cost Estimate System in Construction Equipment Database" was developed by using VBA(Visual Basic for Applications). The system makes users convenient to utilize the rental rates by choosing equipment and region, and various types of contract.

운전면허 시험이 존재하는 동안 운전면허 학과시험은 필수적인 시험제도로 존재 할 것이며 향후 상당기간동안 지속적으로 산업화가 될 것으로 전망 된다. 그러나 기존의 서적을 통한 학습은 이미 출제 되었던 문제로 지정된 상황에 대한 대처 방법을 평가하는 것에 지나지 않는다. 또한 운전면허 학원에서 학과시험을 취득 할 경우 과도한 시간과 경비가 소요할 뿐만 아니라 학습효과 면에서도 비효율적인 것으로 평가되고 있다. 때문에 학습자의 능력, 연령 등을 고려한 맞춤형 운전면허 학과시험 시스템의 시급의 도입이 시급하며 이를 편리하게 학습 할 수 있는 E-Learning 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 필요성에 따라 학습자의 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 교육이 이루어 질 수 있는 맞춤형 운전면허 학과시험 학습 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 학습자의 문항반응의 오답분석을 통하여 최적의 평가문제와 학습콘텐츠를 선택하여 학습자에게 제공하는 과정을 반복함으로써 동적 맞춤형 E-Learning 학습방식을 제공하고, 난해한 교통 법규를 쉽고 재미있게 학습할 수 있을 것으로 기대해 본다.
