A Study on the Operation Plans for Seongnam Public Library Programs in the Post-COVID-19 Era (포스트 코로나 시대 성남시 도서관의 문화프로그램 운영 방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest operation plans for library programs in preparation for the post-COVID-19 by analyzing the current status of library programs before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 based on the data of the Seongnam public libraries on the Public Data Portal. So, based on 1,317 data collected through the data purification process for duplicates and errors in the files uploaded by Seongnam City, ①programs' subject & type, ②program target users, ③program operation types(online or offline), ④program operating time & number of days, ⑤characteristics of programs preferred by users etc. were analyzed. As results of the analysis, online programs were not operated at all before COVID-19, but online programs started to be operated in earnest after August 2020. Also, there were many experiential activity lectures for infants and elementary school students in 2019, but reading activity lectures for adults and elementary school students increased in 2020. There were many types of online lectures, such as real-time lectures using online video conferencing programs, YouTube video viewing & live broadcasting, and the use of Naver Band & Cafe.

The Effect of C Language Output Method to the Performance of CGI Gateway in the UNIX Systems (유닉스 시스템에서 C 언어 출력 방법이 CGI 게이트웨이 성능에 미치는 영향)

  • CGI is a standard interface rule between web server and gateway devised for the gateway's standard output to replace a static web document in UNIX environment. So, it is common to use standard I/O statements provided by the programming language for the CGI gateway. But the standard I/O mechanism is one of buffer strategies that are designed transparently to operating system and optimized for generic cases. This means that it nay be useful to apply another optimization to the standard I/O environment in CGI gateway. In this paper, we introduced standard output method and file output method as the two output optimization areas for CGI gateways written in C language in the UNIX/LINUX systems, and applied the proposed methods of each area to Debian LINUX, IBM AIX, SUN Solaris, Digital UNIX respectively. Then we analyzed the effect of them focused on execution time. The results were different from operating system to operating system. Compared to normal situation, the best case of standard output area showed about $10{\%}$ improvement and the worst case showed $60{\%}$ degradation in file output area where some performance improvements were expected.

  • An SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server was designed for delivering and storing user's email across a network. An SMTP server can be distributed as multiple servers for large service, huge users or massive emails. An SMTP server can be constructed by multiple servers with separating file system as email storing space, and each SMTP server can usually share each file system by using the NFS(Network File system). However the NFS is originally designed for sharing each file system across a network, and contains all attributes and features of regular file system. Using this NFS for email storing space of SMTP servers, it makes overhead due to unnecessary work of regular file system. In this paper, we propose a method to do directly operation with socket for reducing work overhead caused by the NFS. For doing directly operation with socket, this paper defines information based storing space structure and a protocol for storing emails. We performed experiments using Mailstone made by Netscape. The experimental results show the performance improvement of the proposed method compared to the existing method.

  • Recently, the operator modules to control external devices are concerned about automatic management system to process continuously changed signals. They need a efficient data management with high reliability and real time processing. The characteristics of these data are a large volume, a short report interval and asynchronous report time. The typical queries of these systems consist of the current query to search the latest signal value, the snapshot query to search the signal value of a past time, the historical query to search the signal value of a past tine to current. In this paper, we propose the efficient method to manage the above signals by using a file structured database in QNX operating systems. The data communications among the devices are done by Profibus-FMS protocol and the file databases are used for adjusting monitoring frequency and storing signals. The file database adopts a delta version and a periodical back up in due consideration of the resource limit of a small storage and a low computing power in QNX COM(Cabinet Operator Module).

  • The conception of the computer education should be paid attention to use, as it has meaning of the education using the computer and the education learning the computer. As a notion of the latter, the computer education points at survey of calculation and study which is related programing. Especially study of programing demands various understandings of external fields in programing like operating system and knowledge of hardware with complex courses like coding, compiling, debugging. Existing programming has set importance on mechanical memorizing and using programing grammar so that it has not been suitable for cultivating logical thoughts. So this paper intends to analyze simple game sources coded by C which is based of programing language to develop a fundamental insight.

  • 공안된 통신 언어인 SDL을 이용하여 시스템을 설계하고, SDL 개발 도구인 SDT를 이용하여 실행 가능한 소프트웨어를 개발하고 실제 타겟 시스템과 동일한 환경에서 개발된 기증을 검증하는 개발 순기를 모두 수용하는 시뮬레이터의 개발이 대규모의 복잡한 통신 프로토콜에서는 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 IMT-2000 무선 프로토콜의 한 엔티티인 계층 2의 무선 링크제어 프로토콜 엔티티 RLC-AM(Acknowledged mode)의 개발 및 검증을 위하여, RLC-AM을 설계 및 구현한 후 이의 실행화일을 호스트 상에서 수행시킬 수 있는 호스트 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 호스트 컴퓨터상에서 SDT 개발환경, 컴파일 환경 및 운영체제 환경을 연동하여 개발된 호스트 시뮬레이터는 대상 프로토콜 엔티티를 MAC등 타 엔티티로 바꾸어서도 같은 방식으로 수행할 수 있다.

Review on Data Acquisition of Renewable Power Generators (신재생발전기의 데이터 취득방안에 대한 고찰)

  • In accordance with the Government's policy, renewable power generation is expanding very largely. This leads to increasing uncertainty in the power market and power system owing to the intermittent and fluctuating output characteristics of renewable power generators. Data on the acquisition of renewable power generators can be largely classified according to the operation of the power market and power system. Data on the settlement for the payment for the power amount are acquired in the power market, and real-time data for monitoring the status and output of the generators are acquired in the power system. However, renewable power generators operating in the power market have different acquisition cycles depending on the method of communication of the power meter. They acquire data only for settlement purposes and have no real-time data, which requires improvement. In this paper, the acquisition status is reviewed by classifying the data of renewable power generators into settlement and real-time data. In addition, measures and acquisition criteria for real-time data of renewable power generators for improving the acquisition method are proposed.

  • 현대 사회는 4차 산업혁명을 통해 빠르게 발달하고 있다. 이러한 사회에서는 새로운 지식과 기술이 끊임없이 만들어지고 기존의 지식과 기술이 도태되고 지식과 기술의 생명주기가 점차적으로 빨라지고 있다. 이에 따라 새롭게 제시되는 지식과 기술을 적합한 문제에 적용하여 문제를 해결하는 능력의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 특히 차세대 기술로 평가받는 인공지능, 로봇, 자율 자동차, 사물 인터넷 등의 기술과 연관된 문제를 해결하는 방법은 컴퓨터를 활용한 문제 해결방법과 밀접하게 연관돼있기 때문에 컴퓨터를 활용하여 주어진 문제를 표현하고 해결하는 능력은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 운영체제에서 기본적으로 제공되는 파일 관리 프로그램에 대한 문제점을 제기하고 문제 해결을 위해 컴퓨팅 사고력을 활용해서 문제에 대한 조사 단계, 분석 단계, 그리고 자동화 단계를 거쳐 문제를 해결한다.

  • Public source code distribution form is done by mainly by limited class user and it was too hard to install. But companies are increasing who distribute software as open source, mass of people's interest also became high and it is coming about installation related methods have been changing. Not only traditional compile based installation, it is entrance on the stage of user friendly technique that is package installation, network based install, file execution after uncompression and cmake method to give easily to developer various platform support. This paper will analyze open source operating system Linux based public open source distributed application installation trend.

  • 급속한 정보기술 및 인터넷의 발달로 인해 네트워크를 통한 정보의 교류가 활발해지고 온라인 뱅킹 등 전자상거래와 관련된 산업의 규모가 커지면서 정보보안과 휴대용이 용이한 스마트카드는 여러 활용분야에서 사용되고 있다. 계속적인 하드웨어 기술의 발전으로 스마트카드의 표준으로 자리 잡고 있는 자바카드는 스마트카드 플랫폼에 자바의 기술을 접목시킨 것으로써 객체지향 중심의 기법으로 보안상 매우 좋은 이점을 지니고 있다. 또한 특성이 다른 하드웨어에서 같은 동작을 할 수 있는 개방형 운영체제를 가짐으로써 다양한 다수의 응용 프로그램을 수용할 수 있는 유연성을 가지게 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 자바카드의 특성을 이용하여 하나의 회원 카드로 다수의 사용자가 사용할 수 있는 접근통제가 가능한 회원카드를 설계하였다. 사용자에게 발급된 하나의 카드에 들어있는 정보를 개인이 아닌 다수의 사용자가 서로 다른 PIN을 이용하여 카드 내에 있는 사용자 정보를 접근하여 개인 정보의 확인, 관리내용 업데이트, 내용에 따른 청구를 카드 하나로 가능하게 하였다. 이때 사용자 인증수단으로 사용되는 PIN의 보안성을 높이기 위해 개인별로 고유한 생체인식의 한 구성요소인 서명 데이터를 이용하여 패스워드가 가지는 보안상의 취약요소를 없애 보다 안전한 사용자 인증을 하고자 한다. 이러한 자바카드의 이용기술과 생체인식 및 다중PIN을 이용한 사용자 인증, 파일의 보안 등급의 차등적인 접근권한을 설계하고 마지막으로 비주얼한 응용프로그램을 구현함으로써 카드를 보다 안전하고 편리하게 사용할 수 있기를 기대한다.
