For the successful R&D and deployment of LED-based green energy lighting systems, the real-time power quality measurement of both various non-linear power signals including pulse waveform, spike waveform, etc and the undesired-signals including harmonics, sag, swell, etc is required. In this paper, we propose a low-cost power quality measurement (PQM) method for low- (60Hz-several KHz) to high-frequency (several tens KHz) power signals, which are generated by green-energy lighting systems, and implement a PQM testbed using TI TMS320F28335 MCU. The proposed algorithm is programmed using C in the CCS (Code Composer Studio) 3.3 environment and is verified using test signals generated by an arbitrary signal generator, NF-WF1974. In the implemented testbed, we can measure various non-linear current signals that LED SMPS generates, analyze harmonics by fast Fourier transform, and test sag, swell, and interruption using wavelet transform.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how local governments implement and enforce library policies for their regional libraries to provide benefits to their community residents. To this end, this study analyzed public library polices of regional governments in Korea with their long-term and annual plans. According to the results almost regional governments included plans for public libraries in their long-term plans, however, organizations exclusively responsible for libraries were very rare. Main components of the policy mostly related with establishing public libraries. In addition, creating and supporting a small library, a library of building workforce capacity planning librarians, library cooperation system, whether to target the entire city reading promotion policies were included in the policy.

This study aimed to suggest metadata elements for online reference resource systems based on users' perceptions. We surveyed librarians in four types of libraries, asking them indicate the need for each of 17 metadata elements. The survey results were compared to the current data input rates of the system, which has been operating for the past two years. Based on both the respondent data and current data input rates, we suggested that title, description, subject, creator, type, identifier, language, coverage, location, and tag elements must be included in the system as the metadata elements for online reference resources. n addition, the input rates of creator and copyright were 20.20% and 18.30%, respectively, but the respondents answered that these items were needed 82.15% and 82.77%, respectively. Therefore, these two items are necessary as metadata elements. On the other hand, the data input rates of type, source, date, relation, and contribution were less than 3%, but almost 70% of respondents answered that all these items were needed. So further research should be performed to determine whether or not these items are needed for online reference resource systems.

The study aims at providing enhanced policies of school library opening services. It analyzed various issues on primary school libraries in Gangnam-gu, Seoul which have provided opening services for the last 10years, from 2001 to 2011, in cooperation with the Gang-Nam Gu Council. In theoretical aspect, this study discussed legal grounds, types, strengths and weaknesses of school library opening policies. Furthermore, it conducted a survey and interviewed the primary school librarians and users to explore their understanding about school library opening. As a result, it presented alternative strategies of three aspects; human resource, administrative system and finance for improving school library opening services.

This paper proposes a new methodology to recognize cracks on asphalt road surfaces using the image data obtained with drones. The target section was Yuseong-daero, the main highway of Daejeon. Furthermore, two object detection algorithms, such as Tiny-YOLO-V2 and Faster-RCNN, were used to recognize cracks on road surfaces, classify the crack types, and compare the experimental results. As a result, mean average precision of Faster-RCNN and Tiny-YOLO-V2 was 71% and 33%, respectively. The Faster-RCNN algorithm, 2Stage Detection, showed better performance in identifying and separating road surface cracks than the Yolo algorithm, 1Stage Detection. In the future, it will be possible to prepare a plan for building an infrastructure asset-management system using drones and AI crack detection systems. An efficient and economical road-maintenance decision-support system will be established and an operating environment will be produced.

In recent years, major security data such as research data and confidential documents have been leaked to the outside due to the carelessness of the companies and research institutes performing IT related services such as information technology projects and research and development of financial institutions, companies and public institutions is. Leakage cases are caused by leakage of personal information due to lack of security management of information system maintenance companies, such as unauthorized leakage or storage of related materials in outsourcing service process. In this paper, we analyzed the types and management status of service business through the environmental survey of corporate informatization business and analyzed the problems in development and maintenance using external service companies. Furthermore, in this paper, we provide an information system service that focuses on the business activities based on the items considered, and at the same time, it provides the informatization service for companies that can prevent infiltration of viruses and hacking from the outside. This paper presents a methodology for enhancing security for the system construction.

The purpose of this study was to analysis children's engagement behavior and teachers' linguistic behavior by type of group activity in kindergarten. The subjects were 45 children and 2 teachers of 5 years' class in 2 kindergarten. The data were collected by 16 times observation in general classrooms for 4 weeks to explore the children's engagement behavior and teachers' linguistic behavior. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, the large group and structural activity from initiated teacher's plan. Secondly, children's watching and listening behavior was most frequently shown in academic large group activity. And children's active engagement behavior was most frequently shown in free play of peer group. Finally teachers explained and directed frequently in academic large group activity. And teacher praise and permission was frequently shown in free play of small group teacher-child interaction. Consequently, it is important to recognize the relationships between the activity type and children's engagement behavior in organized daily program for early child education.

Therefore, the industry security crimes damage to the national security that infringe on the business secrets of core technologies and businesses. It is necessary to identify that industry security crime associated with the visibility of the broad scope of intellectual property protection.

Credit card is means of payment used like cash in terms of function and its users have increased consistently. With development of Internet and electronic commerce a role as payment method of credit card has been growing. But as the risk which results from centralized information and online increases, credit card fraud is also growing. Card theft and loss are decreasing due to countermeasure of card companies and financial supervisory authorities, while card forge and identity theft are increasing. Recently because of frequent personal information leakage and deregulation of financial security following easy-to-use payment enforcement, customer's anxiety about card fraud is growing. And the increase of card fraud lowers trust on credit system as well as causes social costs. In this paper, the security problems of card operating system are addressed in depth and the measures such as immediate switch to IC card terminals, introduction of new security technology, supervision reinforcement of the authorities are proposed.

u-City is next generation city which can innovate functions of city. It can realize increase of convenience, improvement of life quality and safety guarantee by convergence of information technologies and ubiquitous service with urban space. Market of u-City is in range of rapid growth and u-City can make enormous synergy effects by accompanying construction technologies with spatial information, sensor technologies, communications network and related equipments. In this study, we analyzed the domestic/abroad status, researches and element technologies involved in u-City. And, we suggested overseas expansion strategy of u-City such as selection and analysis of target nations, packaging method of u-City service models and application of BIM/GIS connection technologies in terms of u-City construction and operation.
