The purpose of this paper is to propose the design and implementation of a korean style internet-based test system on the basis of efficiency and stability for middle server. The current assessment system has some unstable elements with regard to transmission procedure, cost, system load and stability. This paper proposes a series of activities for the performance improvement of korean style internet-based test system which finally produced various excellent results in the administration of expense control, human resources, and special operational affairs. The proposed system's technological factors using middle server have been tested through a basic simulation pilot system. Actual development procedure starts from the analysis required by improving the shortcomings of existing internet-based test systems. A efficiency comparison with existing system and newly developed system was made in the area of number of operators, abnormal processing, system maintenances. Korean style internet-based test system using middle server has shown great efficiency increased to the maximum of 2 times about the effectiveness of processing for various parts. The korean style internet-based test system using middle server have been given good evaluations with regard to the convenience of their use and the management system for operators and supervisors.

This study was done through survey of the school and the small and medium enterprise which participated in "Human resources development program of small and medium enterprise technical high school's customized link", and we researched the problem with the actual condition of the program operation and analyzed the results of them. The analysis results are as follows. Firstly, the teachers recognized the purpose of this program operation as the activation of the occupation education between school and job world, On the other hand, people in charge of the company recognized the purpose of this program operation as the professional human resources supply to the small and medium enterprises. Secondly, the teachers perceived that the students' performative competence had improved through the operation of this program, while the inducement of some excellent students was not always available. Finally people in charge of the company responded that this program was helpful for the manpower guarantee, the profits of the company, the enhancement of the performative competence and adaptability of the high school graduates, and the cooperation of the technical high school and the company. However, they admitted that this program lacked the maintenance and repairing competence of the utilities, ability of grasping problems and the problem-solving skills, and the competence of the functional expertise of the high school graduates. Generally, the teachers of technical high school and people in charge of the company which participate in "Human resources program of small and medium enterprise technical high school's customized link" expressed positive appreciation for efficient management and potential development of this program.

도시 내 하천 친수공간은 레저 및 여가를 위한 공간과 더불어 자연경관 및 생태체험 등의 다목적으로 활용되어 지역사회에 있어 중요한 공간으로 활용되고 있다. 과거 4대강 사업으로 국가하천 내 휴식공간을 조성하였다. 그 후 친수지구 중에서 이용도가 저조한 곳을 해제하였으며, 현재 297개의 친수지구를 중점으로 관리하고 있다. 이러한 친수지구를 유지하는데 필요한 보수 비용들을 지자체에서 담당하고 있으나, 상당한 비용이 소요되므로 친수지구 지정 후 운영단계에서 지역 주민들의 특성 및 요구를 정확히 파악할 필요가 있다. 하천 친수공간에 대한 정보구축은 조사원 조사, 유지관리 기관 조사 등 인적 조사 방식을 통한 데이터 수집으로 많은 비용이 필요할 뿐만아니라 DB 갱신 부분에도 한계가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 RS/GIS를 기반으로 친수시설에 대한 정보맵 작성 방안 연구와 친수시설 뿐만 아니라 유역조사 시 하천공간에서 수행할 수 있는 기술에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구대상지역은 대저생태공원과 삼락생태공원을 대상으로 선정하였다. 해당 지역 항공영상의 정합 및 전처리를 실시한 후 QGIS를 활용하여 LSMS(Large-Scale Mean Shift) 기법으로 시설물 분류를 실시하였다. 공원 내 친수시설 분류를 위해 공간 반경(Spatial radius)를 10 ~ 25까지 변화시키면서 최적 분류 결과를 도출하는 공간 반경을 찾았으며 친수시설 규모와 시설의 특성에 따라 공간 반경을 조절하여 친수시설 분류맵을 작성하였다. 친수지구 내 친수시설 분류맵과 친수지구 내 친수시설 현황 및 친수시설별 코드와, 위치정보(위도, 경도 및 표고), 면적 및 관리현황으로 분류하여 입력 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 구축한 친수시설 자동분류 알고리즘을 통해 전국 단위 통합 하천관리체계 구축 및 친수시설에 대한 정보맵을 작성할 수 있는 기반 마련이 가능할 것이다.

This paper presents a system that remotely monitors lone seniors at home and promptly alarms caregivers to recommend appropriate medical care services upon detecting abnormal behavior and critical conditions such as collapsing, excessive coughing, degradation of sleep quality, fever, and unusual indoor moving lines. Our system offers contactless monitoring techniques based on heterogeneous IoT sensors and deep learning to minimize the disruption to lone senior's daily life. In addition to the design and implementation of the sensor data collection and analysis system, we share our experience in installation, deployment, configuration, maintenance of the system through the case study conducted on the actual lone seniors living in Seoul Metropolitan. Based on our research, we recommend further development directions to prepare for the nationwide expansion of our system.

하천은 크게 이수와 치수 및 환경 등의 주요 기능을 가지고 있다. 이수는 하천과 물이 주는 가치를 말하며, 치수는 기능이라기보다는 엄밀한 의미에서 하천관리를 통한 자연재해 방지를 의미한다. 이러한 이 치수 기능의 확보와 수변환경 조성을 위해 친환경적 수리구조물인 가동보의 설치가 증가 하고 있다. 가동보는 하천에 주로 설치되는 수리구조물 중의 하나로 국내에서는 2000년대부터 고정보를 대신하여 설치가 시작 되었으며, 최근 친환경적 하천정비 및 다양한 목적 등으로 국내 하천에 약 1,200여개의 가동보가 설치 및 운영되고 있다. 국내에 적용되고 있는 가동보 중 개량형 가동보의 제작 및 시공기술은 해외의 원천기술을 도입한 것으로 자재 수급 및 유지보수가 용이하지 못할 뿐만 아니라, 국내 여건에 맞지 않아 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 수자원 확보 및 수변 공간 조성 등을 위해 1) 기존 스틸소재의 개량형 가동보를 하이브리드(GFRP+스틸)소재로 개발하고, 2) 상류에 유하되는 이물질을 수위 저하 없이 하류로 배출하기 위해 각 경간의 개별 작동시스템을 개발하며, 3) 효율적인 하천 관리를 위하여 가동보 상단으로 월류 되는 하천 유량을 계측하기 위한 실시간 유량측정 시스템 개발 등으로 첨단 하이브리드 가동보를 개발하였다. 개발결과 기존 개량형 가동보의 단점인 부식해결로 인해 내구성을 확보하였으며, 경간별 개별 작동시스템 적용으로 하천 수위 조절이 가능하였다. 또한 실시간 유량 계측 시스템 적용으로 실시간 하천유량 계측이 가능해 개발된 기술을 국내 가동보에 적용한다면 원활한 하천 수위 관리 및 실시간 유량 측정이 가능하여 안전한 하천관리가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Using a 5 year(2003 to 2007) pavement condition survey data from the highway pavement management system(HPMS), the roughness of the bridge deck pavement was analyzed. Based on the result of this analysis, this study tried to identify the factors affecting the deterioration of the bridge deck pavement condition. The data from HPMS indicates that the roughness of the bridge deck pavement is worse than that of the general pavement on the roadbed. The worse roughness of the bridge deck pavement is caused by the settlement of approach slab as well as the surface distress on the bridge deck pavement. In order to improve effectively the roughness of the bridge deck pavement, a management system was established in which not only the regular automated pavement condition survey to check the distress of surface of the bridge deck pavement was adopted but an automated surface profiler to check the degree of settlement of approach slab was applied.

The demand for subsurface transport is increasing. The users and the operators of road tunnels are exposed to risks with different causes. One main cause, however, is the traffic situation in the event of accidents. The importance of a Quantified Risk Assessment is increasing to quantify the safety of road tunnels and to balance the requirements (capacity, reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) of various stakeholders. Although there are classical methods for risk assessments, such as ETA and FTA. These methods are used for relatively simple cases because it could not relevantly reflect the diversity and relationship of the parameters. Therefore, a quantitative risk assessment based on Bayesian Probabilistic Networks considering interdependence between the parameters of a complex underground system as a double deck tunnel is provided.

In 1999, a residence stock amounts to 11 million units and apartment housing holds 57.6 percent of the residence stock. Without proper remodeling for apartment housing, a significant portion of them would be expected to be demolished shorter than their life-time due to socioeconomic reasons. Apartment housing is maintained depending on government regulations such as 'Housing Construction Promotion Code' and 'Apartment Housing Maintenance Ordinance'. However, there are many problems with implementation of them. In order to solve the problems, we focus on the remodeling system that includes Maintenance of Apartment Housing, Finance and Taxation, Special Repair Appropriation Budget, Resource Quality and Standard Plan, and Remodeling associated with the code. And this study, which being compared with the foreign remodeling system, presents the improvement scheme of system for apartment housing remodeling. This study aims to promote remodeling apartment housing and provide the suitable scheme for remodeling activities.

최근 디지털 지식기반 사회에 대응하는 교육의 형태로 e-Learning이 교육적 대안으로 급부상하면서, 시스템의 상호 운영성 및 컨텐츠 명세, 활용을 지원하기 위한 표준화에 따른 연구가 국내외에서 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 특히, 국제표준기관에서 제시한 e-Learning 개발 환경을 위한 Learning Technology Standard Architecture(LTSA)와 Sharable Content Object Reference Model(SCORM)을 제 정하여 컨텐츠의 사용과 상호 호환을 가능하게 함으로써 e-Learning의 효율성을 증대시키고 산업 시장의 확장을 이룰 수 있다. 또한, 현재 많은 교육관련 업체에서는 SCORM 체계를 기반으로 한 학습 컨텐츠들을 개발하여 제공하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국제 표준 기술인 SCORM을 기반으로 개발된 학습 컨텐츠를 체계적으로 지원하기 위해 컨텐츠 관리 시스템 개발에 대한 기술을 정의하고, 다양한 관점의 컨텐츠 메타 데이터를 식별, 분류함으로써 컨텐츠의 생성과 저장, 검색 나아가 형상관리를 위한 기본 정보로 이용 가능하다. 또한 이들 메타 데이터를 기반으로 한 학습 컨텐츠 관리 시스템의 프로토타이핑을 제시함으로써 재사용성과 유지보수성 향상을 통해 컨텐츠 개발의 용이성과 품질 및 생산성을 높일 수 있다.

Korean professors and students majoring IS (information systems) were asked "How much knowledge and skills will be required for entry level IS practitioners?" The result shows that there are significant perception gaps between IS academics and IS practitioners and that the perception of IS academics is obsolete. The result implies that the obsolete perception of IS academics is one of the major causes that Korean IS practitioners are experiencing so severe knowledge and skill deficiency.
