The purpose of this study is to suggest operation plans for library programs in preparation for the post-COVID-19 by analyzing the current status of library programs before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 based on the data of the Seongnam public libraries on the Public Data Portal. So, based on 1,317 data collected through the data purification process for duplicates and errors in the files uploaded by Seongnam City, ①programs' subject & type, ②program target users, ③program operation types(online or offline), ④program operating time & number of days, ⑤characteristics of programs preferred by users etc. were analyzed. As results of the analysis, online programs were not operated at all before COVID-19, but online programs started to be operated in earnest after August 2020. Also, there were many experiential activity lectures for infants and elementary school students in 2019, but reading activity lectures for adults and elementary school students increased in 2020. There were many types of online lectures, such as real-time lectures using online video conferencing programs, YouTube video viewing & live broadcasting, and the use of Naver Band & Cafe.

This study analyzes the meal guidance and meal service management of early childhood teachers. The subjects were 171 early childhood teachers who were working in kindergartens and day care centers in Gwangju. A questionnaire was made by the researcher on the basis of relevant materials. The data was analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, $x^2$, ANOVA and Duncan with the SPSS for Windows 18.0 program. The results are as follow: First, there are significant differences in meal hours, amount of food and meal admeasurer according to workplace type of early childhood teacher. Also, there are significant differences in meal hours, amount of food, meal admeasurer and guidance for late eating infants according to children's age. Second, early childhood teacher consider in order content after meal, content before meal and content during meal. Also, there are significant difference content after meal according to workplace type of early childhood teacher. And there are significant differences in content before meal and content during meal according to children's age.

Purpose: We investigated opticians' and the public (including optometry students) opinions about university/college affiliated optical shops. Methods: Opinions about the university/college affiliated optical shops, their positive or negative effects, services range, how to obtain their operation cost, and so on were asked to 50 opticians and 51 public people (including optometry students) by a questionnaire survey, being statistically analysed. Results: Most respondents answered positive opinions about the university/college affiliated optical shops, anticipating better eye test ability of Koean optometry graduates through improved clinical education. Conclusions: The university/college affiliated optical shops are expected to contribute to clinical education and research in Korea. Legal revisions and efforts of each university/college are required.

Although the construction of the Nakdong River Estuary Barrage (NEB) improved the water supply in the region, it cut off the longitudinal connectivity of the estuary aquatic ecosystem. Thus, the social demands for opening the NEB have been continuously raised, and the efforts to restore the aquatic ecosystem of the Nakdong River estuary began in 2017. Many fish species have inhabited the Nakdong River estuary. Since their habitat and migration characteristics vary widely, the sluice gate operation considering them is essential for the restoration of the aquatic ecosystem. Therefore, in this study, we monitored the fish species living and migrating in the Nakdong River estuary and analyzed the possibility of smooth movement of for each fish species by calculating the average flow velocity according to the type and the height of the gate opening. Moreover, we selected the target fish species for each month and suggested the sluice gate operation according to the depth of the main habitat to present the measures that are ideal for optimal restoration of the aquatic ecosystem in the Nakdong River estuary area.

It has been increased the importance of computer education for the knowledge information society. However day by day. But computer education is currently operated with elective subjects in discretion action scope in a middle school. These operation of elective subjects brings a tended to neglect computer course, and inappropriate class number operated from this operation deteriorates reality and efficacy of computer education. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed various operation methods of elective subjects that have been currently operated and grasped various problems to appear according to operation methods. When computer subject is operated using results from analyzing these problems, we find the most suitable way and provide sufficient references to operate computer subject in school education.
