Recently, it has become necessary to consider climate change when managing multi-purpose river functions. However, in terms of domestic rivers, the management of national and local rivers is separated and the river information cannot be integratedly handled. Especially, it is not sufficient to collect and update information by recycling reports for design and construction. In addition, the basic information of the rivers is dependent on the GIS-based RIMGIS system, but the reliability of the information is deteriorating due to the construction of spatial information using the river basement planning results. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the information system with regard to the maintenance and operation of the river facilities. Through the verification of actual cases, the optimal solution was suggested from the point of view of practical information. As a result, we constructed an information system for the reliable maintenance of river facilities and examined the integrated information management plan. The results of this study can be used to improve the existing information and technical and institutional procedures for the integrated maintenance and operation of river facilities. It will be helpful to introduce the BIM as well as solve to the information gap with other fields through the establishment of an information framework to improve the information construction of river areas.

Today transportation problems are severer with the increase of the vehicles and travel demand in urban areas, but could not be completely solved with only the expansion of the new transportation facilities. Because the expansion of the new transportation facilities are limited in urban areas. As one of the Transportation System Management(TSM) techniques in this study, the simulation results of the existing signal systems which were operated based upon the peak time periods for increasing the efficiency on the pretimed signalized intersections(PSI) during the different time periods : the AM on-Peak, the AM off-Peak, the PM off-Peak, and the PM on-Peak, were as follows : i) There was no distinct difference in the total traffic volumes concentrated on the signalized intersections during the different time periods, but a considerably big difference in the directional traffic volumes for those time periods. ii) There were about 53% reduction of the average delay and 51% reduction of the fuel consumption when applying the different signal systems to the different time periods regardless of the CBD and Non-CBD. iii) There were about 36% increase of the average delay and 33% increase of the fuel consumption when applying the same signal systems during the peak time periods to the different time periods regardless of the CBD and Non-CBD. Based on the above results, it was concluded that constructing the different signal systems for the different time periods would be better than construction the same ones for those periods on the pretimed signalized intersections in urban areas.

현재 각 도시철도 운영기관이 사용하고 있는 부품코드체계는 구 정부물품 분류체계 11자리를 수요한 코드체계로의 군, 급의 2단계 분류로 구성되어 있어, 분류단계의 제약이 존재할 뿐만 아니라 분류체계의 구조적 문제로 군, 급, 품명의 빈번한 통합, 삭제에 따른 코드 관리의 어려움이 존재하고 있다. 또한, 사용자가 원하는 물품을 해당 분류체계로 찾아가기 위한 그룹별 탐색과 통계적 분석이 불가능한 실정이다. 이러한 분류체계의 문제점과 향후 차종의 노후화로 발생될 관리품목의 증가로 업무능률 저하가 예상되기 때문에 새로운 체계의 표준화된 부품코드체계가 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문은 산업 발전에 따르는 확장성과 세분화에 대한 분류구조의 탄력성을 가지고 객관적으로 분류 추가 및 변경이 가능하도록 하고, 정부 및 국제기관 표준권고안과 호환성을 가질 수 있는 표준 부품코드체계를 제정하기 위한 연구결과이다.

This study looks at the reading related qualifications that examine the issues into the curriculum of reading-related qualifications specifically. The results of analysis, 278 reading related qualifications are both operated by the private non-accredited. And reading related qualifications system was required the effort and systematic enhancement of the quality management system of education information. On the basis of the survey, It is proposed operational plans for the quality of reading-related qualifications by cooperation of the private and government that are utilized as a reference in the promotion policy.

It is difficult to expect the service improvements such as increased number of sailing and making new ship due to financial difficulty this is caused by deterioration of island dwellers. In addition, the safety of ship operation is also a problem with the supply of good sailors difficult problem of low wages and lack of safety working environment. T It is necessary to ensure the introduction of public operating system in coastal passenger shipping business to secure the public and safety. There are many practical constraints but if we obtain public sea ways, it will be possible to improve the operating system through the implementation from a subsidized line and taking off business licenses of an insolvent enterprise by enhancing safety control.

현재 4차산업혁명시대에 창의적인 아이디어와 적극적인 도전정신으로 무장한 스타트업이 글로벌 산업을 주도하고 있다. 정부에서도 지역별 스타트업 생태계 활성화를 위해 전국 17개의 창조경제혁신센터 운영을 지원하며, 각 센터별로 '개방성, 자율성, 다양성'의 운영 원칙 하에 지역별 스타트업 창업 생태계 허브, 공공 액셀러레이터, 그리고 오픈 이노베이션 플랫폼 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 수도권 스타트업 생태계는 활성화되고 있는데 비해, 지역의 스타트업 생태계는 인력, 자금 등 스타트업 성장에 핵심적인 요소 확보에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 부산은 일자리를 찾아 수도권으로 떠나는 등 청년층의 이탈로 고령화가 가장 빠른 도시로서, 지역 일자리 문제를 해결하는 주요 방법 중의 하나로 스타트업 생태계 활성화가 중요한데, 스타트업 지원기업 중에서도 초기 스타트업 창업 및 성장 지원 업무에 집중하는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 운영 개선 방향을 내부 직원 설문조사로 도출하고, 타겟 고객을 창업가/초기 스타트업(Creator), 교육기관(Campus), 대기업(Company), 그리고 커뮤니티(Community)의 4C로 정의하였다. 부산창조경제혁신센터의 일관된 방향성 정립을 위해 미션과 비전을 각각 정의했으며, 그것을 달성하기 위한 전략 및 실행 방안을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 센터와 직원들이 공동 성장할 수 있는 센터 업무 협력 체계와 역량 강화 교육 체계를 제시한다.

Over the past 20 years, Korea's number of international passengers and freight transportation records has increased by 8.6% per year, respectively. However, despite the development of sea lanes and increased voyages, there have been constant calls for improving the inefficient management of international passenger ports. Hence, this paper presents improvements and further directions for international passenger port management. Focusing on the Incheon International passenger port as a representative case study, the main results show that the most important, urgent, possible measures for improving the port management include (i) the expansion of customs personnel and implementation of a 24-hours customs clearance system in operation, (ii) installation of buffer facilities between the ferry and ferry cargo and establishment of hinterland specialized in car ferry freight in a facility, and (iii) clear standards for cost-bearing subjects and limitation of high cost related to terminal use in institution. These results imply the need for government policy access and investment reflecting stakeholder opinions at various levels, such as operation, facilities, institution, and so forth, for efficient management of international passenger ports.

최근 정보시스템 운영서비스의 체계적 향상을 위한 ITSM 관련한 연구와 서비스 비용 산정 모형에 관련된 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 운영서비스가 정보시스템 사용자나 서비스 제공자 모두의 입장에서 장기적, 연속적으로 이루어지는 형태의 사업 서비스라는 특성에 착안하여 새로운 운영서비스 비용 모델을 제시한다. IT 서비스 요청의 효율적인 처리, 적절한 IT 운영조직 및 운영인력에 대한 시간관리 등을 통하여 나타날 수 있는 서비스 능력 향상 효과와 고정운영비용 절감효과를 통한 최적화 방안을 제시한다.

전력계통 운영은 크게 전력 수급조정 및 계통 안정운영으로 대별되며 이러한 업무를 전문적으로 수행하는 운영조직은 한국전력거래소의 계통운영 부문 조직, 한국전력공사의 송 변전 설비 운영 및 지역별 계통운용 조직과 각 발전회사의 발전소 운전 요원으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 전력거래소의 계통운영 부문에서 현재의 업무를 수행하는데 필요한 기술을 조사하여 이를 체계적으로 분류하여 각각의 기술에 대한 특징 및 기술 계발 현황 등을 파악하였다.

국내 대부분의 컨테이너 운송업체에서 컨테이너 운송을 담당하는 차량의 형태는 자차, 위탁차와 용차의 세 가지로 분류된다. 자차와 위탁차는 차량 운영은 동일한 명령 체계를 따르나, 위탁차의 경우는 실제 해당기업과 개별 계약을 맺어, 각 차량이 명령을 수행한 물량에 따라 변동되는 수익을 얻게 된다. 용차의 경우는 수주 물량을 별도로 이들 업체에 할당시키며, 차량 운영 체제도 별도로 운영되게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국내 운송업체에서 실제 운영하고 있는 세 가지 타입의 차량을 어떻게 운영하는 것이 가장 운송업체에 이익을 가져다 줄 것인가를 목표로 컨테이너 운송 요율의 특성을 반영한 배차계획을 수립하는 접근방법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 차량 운영 계획에 대한 수리적 모형을 구축하며, 이를 해결하는 탐색적 해법을 제시하도록 한다.
