This study suggests ways to utilize the concept of environmental justice in order to improve the environment through strategies related to emissions. In Particular, this study explores ways to ameliorate the environment and traffic in consideration of environmental justice instead of simply aiming to reduce emissions. Real-time traffic information was gathered using ITS, it was input into a simulation model. and the level of present exhaust fume emissions was found. At the same time, based on current traffic situations, diverse strategies for reducing emissions were evaluated and appropriate executable alternative measures for ensuring environmental justice were provided.

This research attempts to explore the competitive advantage of the Busan New Port based on the comparative analysis against the major ports. The competitive environment of the global shipping business poses a variety of challenges for the port authorities. Pursuing the hub position in the Northeast Asia, Busan new port needs an in-depth competitive analysis against the major ports in Singapore and China. This research proposes the strategies to exploit the locational advantage of the port while upgrading the operational efficiency. The recent development of the information technology suggests a viable solution for the Busan port.

e-Market 플레이스에서 타 업체와 차별화하는 가장 중요한 전략적 수단으로 e-Service가 강조되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 e-Business 환경변화와 맥을 같이하여, 서비스 마케팅의 기본 개념이라 할 수 있는 서비스 특성을 살펴보고, 이어 e-Service의 정의와 범위를 알아 본 후, 현재 제기되고 있는 e-Service 운영에 있어서의 몇 가지 전략 유형을 살펴봄으로써 향후 e-Service에 대한 활발한 논의가 이루어지는 단초를 제공하고자 한다.

Because the prime objective of the current preemption methods at signalized intersections near highway-railroad grade crossings(IHRGCs) is to clear the crossing, secondary objectives such as safe pedestrian crossing time and minimized delay often are given less consideration or are ignored completely during the preemption. Under certain circumstances state-of-the-practice traffic signal preemption strategies may cause serious pedestrian safety and efficiency problems at IHRGCs. An improved transition preemption strategy(ITPS) that is specifically designed to improve intersection performance while maintaining or improving the current level of safety was developed by Cho and Rilett. Even if the new transition preemption strategy improved both the safety and efficiency of IHRGCs, the performance of the strategy is affected by train speed. Understanding the impact of this factor is essential in order to implement ITPS. In this paper, the effects of train speed were analyzed using a VISSIM simulation model which was calibrated to field conditions. It was concluded that the delay is affected more by train speed than the transitional preemption strategy and the safety of the intersection is not affected by train speed once an advanced preemption warning time(APWT) is equal to or greater than 90 seconds.

A bottleneck and congestion occur when a freeway is closed due to maintenance and construction activities on the freeway. Although various traffic managements have been developed to improve the traffic efficiency at freeway work zones, such as merge control, there is a limit to those controls with human drivers. On the other hand, the wireless communication of connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) enables the operation of advanced traffic management. This study developed a traffic control strategy that integrates Dynamic Merge Control (DMC) and Lane Change Control (LCC) in a CAV environment. DMC operates as an either early or late merge based on the occupancy rate of upstream of the work zone. The LCC algorithm determines the number of vehicles that need to change their lane to balance the traffic volume on open lanes. The simulation results showed that integrated control improves the cumulative vehicle count, average speed upstream, and average network travel time.

현대적인 의미에서의 CRM은 정보시스템의 구축 및 활용과 유기적인 관계를 가지고 있으므로 정보시스템 기술이 없이는 CRM이 성립될 수 없고 CRM을 전개해가는 과정은 정보시스템 구축과 전략의 수립 및 집행을 결합한 과정으로 파악해야 한다. 따라서 일반적인 CRM 방법론에서의 절차는 전략 계획의 수립, 전략의 실행, 전략 실행결과의 평가라는 전략계획 실행 과정상에 정보시스템의 계획, 분석, 설계, 구축, 운영이라는 정보시스템 기발 과정이 결합된 형태가 된다.

신재생에너지의 도입으로 인하여 마이크로그리드의 운영은 저장장치의 용량 및 운영 방식에 크게 의존한다. 그러므로 저장장치의 최적 용량 선정 및 운영전략에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 신재생에너지가 도입된 마이크로그리드 환경에서 저장장치의 최적 용량을 선정하는 방법과 운영전략을 제안한다. 또한 신재생에너지의 출력량을 정량화 하고 사례연구를 통하여 제안한 방법을 검증하였다.

Purpose: We divide management characteristics into business strategy, operation management, information management, marketing, asset management. Also this will show effect on business performance according to management characteristics. Methods: For two months, from August to October, a manager (include an executive) participated in individual questionnaires. And the SPSS v14.0 was applied to analyze data of this study. Results: This study has shown that the management characteristics have an effect on the finance and satisfaction performance. In particular, the 'business strategy' and 'marketing' of management characteristics were important factors that affects finance performance and the 'business strategy', 'marketing' and 'operation management' were important factors that affects satisfaction performance. Conclusions: Consequently through this result, we should make an efforts to 'business strategy' and 'marketing' of management characteristics.
