This research is focused on the organizations related to development and operation of automated container terminal to find the core factors to prepare for the changes in maritime logistics circumstances and to secure superiority in the middle of fierce competition. Through an analysis of the status of development and operation of internal and external automated container terminals, it is concluded that public organizations, companies, research centers/schools, and private organizations influence on the development and operation of automated container terminals. The specific role of each organization is also concluded in this study. Based on the findings above, a survey of experts in the organizations of container terminals in Korea has been carried out using AHP method. Through this survey, the order of importance of the related organizations was found to be public organizations, research centers/schools, companies, and private organizations. This research can be referred to make a master plan for the development and operation of automated container terminal in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to determine how to apply ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 software test procedures and ISO/IEC 25023 software test evaluation items to software-accredited testing laboratories based on the ISO/IEC 17025 international standard requirements. As a method, the overall requirements for their application to a test laboratory were analyzed by mapping ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 and ISO/IEC 25023 based on ISO/IEC 17025. According to the mapping analysis, a total of 29 documents were created, including quality manuals, procedures, and test guidelines for the operation of the test laboratory. As a result of the study, a test laboratory management system was developed using Confluence 6.15 software by applying the analyzed results of the overall requirements. The test procedures, documents, and records were stored in, and operated from, this system. Verification of suitability for operation of the test laboratory was conducted by KOLAS evaluators through a document review and an on-site audit at the LG Electronics SW Accredited Test Laboratory in Seoul. In conclusion, it was confirmed through the KOLAS evaluation that the test laboratory management system and the operation of the test laboratory are appropriate and, compared with previous cases, the test laboratory operates effectively, and the overall schedule of accreditation could be shortened.

Railway system has been unmanned and high-speedy. Korean railway corporations need a more effective and smarter system for operation and maintenance. So there are many theses that studied the intelligent operation and maintenance system using vision based technologies for railway corporation. This paper analyzes domestic theses which studied the intelligent vision based system for railway safety, railway vehicle and facilities and proposes research which uses the more powerful vision based technology with deep-learning for railway corporation.

Currently many central administrative agencies, municipalities and public and private institutions operate Managed security services to cope with cyber security incidents. These entities exert efforts in operating efficiencies rather than introduction of services as they used to. Accordingly, quite a few policies, directions and guidelines have been established for stable operation of Managed security services. Still, Managed security is operated by individuals, whose competencies influence the quality of Managed security services to a great extent. In this respect, the present article examines Managed security technology and methods and describes evaluation methods and examples relevant to human competencies, so as to seek for some potential courses for further development as well as more efficient approaches to human resource management in terms of institutional Managed security services.

The advent of private railroad corporations gave us many changes because of emphasizing on administration's effectiveness. The change has had an effect on safety management too. Most public railway corporations maintain their rolling stocks and facilities by their direct workers on the other hand, private railway corporations depend on outsourcing to cut down the cost of maintenance. But they have almost same safety management system. Therefore we try to study the difference between two type of corporations, especially workers' safety attitude and propose different safety management system depending on direct or indirect workers.

In order to minimize the maintenance cost at local lines, Information & Communication Technology based onboard train control system is being developed. Unlike the central traffic control based fixed block system, this system use a moving block method and railway driver direct control switch and railway crossing. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the concerned main operational issues are as follows: the preparation of train operation, drivability, the role of driver and controller, block system and cost. We defined the role of driver and driver's input data for train service, and we designed the business process of driver using UML tool. We considered the aspect of drivability, DMI is needed to support the braking moment for the driver and driver training simulator. We designed the driver business process for control of switch and railway crossing. We analyzed the fixed block system and moving block system to confirm the difference with the existing operational method. The cost analysis structure is also needed for the operation cost comparison.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences before and after certification for internal members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals that received the certification system of medical institutions after conducting a survey on 297 members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals, SPSS 26.0 was used, and to understand the effect of improvement of member satisfaction, job stress, and medical service on the hospital operation effect. As for the hospital operation effect of a nursing hospital, it was revealed that the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the higher the effect of the hospital operation. In the case of Western hospitals, the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the lower the job stress, the more the hospital operation effect can be seen to increase. As the basic value system of the medical institution certification system is the improvement of patient safety and quality of care, it is believed that the effect of the certification system was higher than that of Western hospitals due to mandatory certification in nursing hospitals.

인도네시아는 수자원을 관리하는 기관이 총 9개 부처이지만 지역 단위로 가면 각각의 에이전시가 존재하는 등 복잡한 이해관계가 얽혀 있어 효율적인 수자원 관리 및 운영 기술에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 인도네시아 국립 수자원연구소(PusAir, Puslitbang Sumber Daya Air)와 공동으로 Cisangkuy 유역 내 다양한 시설물의 연계운영 효과를 분석하여, 한정된 수자원을 다양한 수요처에 원활히 공급함으로써, 지역민과 관리기관간의 이해관계를 해소하고 최적의 수자원 활용방안들에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Cisangkuy 유역 내 Cisangkuy 강 상류부의 기존 수력 댐 운영과 상수량 증대를 위해 계획 중인 신규댐에서의 추가용수 공급을 고려한 연계운영 효과분석을 수행하여 수자원의 효율적인 활용을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. Cisangkuy 유역에 대하여 현재 용수체계에 대한 모형의 적정성 검토를 수행하였으며, 기존 수력댐 저수지 시스템 운영효율에 대하여 물수지분석을 검토한 결과, 현 운영체계보다 최적 운영시 수력발전소 발전용량이 증가되는 것으로 검토되었다. 이와 같은 모형 구축자료는 현재 Cisangkuy 유역에 대하여 체계적인 운영방안이 없는 상태에서 대상유역 내 다양한 시설물 연계운영효과 도출을 위한 자료가 될 수 있으며, 국내 연구진들이 향후 인도네시아 수자원활용 계획 수립 시 기초자료 활용측면에서 유용할 것으로 예상된다.
