The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting purchase intention of smartphone in Chinese university students. We have identified five independent variables that affecting purchase intention of smartphone, which include price, compatibility, security, social influence and consumer innovations. We test the degree of influence of these five variables on customer satisfaction eventually and on purchase intention. To prove the hypothesis, we performed questionnaire investigation in Qingdao University. and final date of 187 samples were analyzed by using SPSS18.0 program. The result of hypothesis verification is the followings: As the independent variables of compatibility and consumer innovations are affects satisfaction; the price, security and social influence are not affects satisfaction and the satisfaction as the parameter affects the purchase intention which is the dependent variable in this study in Chinese university students. At the end of this study, the marketing implications for advancing to China market based on the results of empirical analysis were presented.

Recently, according as the weight of science and technology in the national development has been more increased, each nation have consolidated policies and legal systems in the field of science and technology. South and north korea have also treated science and technology as an important matter, and have continuously conducted reorganization of administrative framework and related law and regulation since the latter of 1990's. This paper aims to present a useful reference materials in policy-making by investigating the current application state of the fundamental law of science and technology in south and north korea. For this purpose, after reviewing the structure and content not only of the provisions about science and technology in constitutional law but also the general law of science and technology in south and north korea, compare and analyze differences and similarities of them.

The system for controlling the robotic arm through the foot motion detection was implemented for the disabled who not free to use of the arm. In order to get an image on foot movement, two cameras were setup in front of both foot. After defining multiple regions of interest by using LabView-based Vision Assistant from acquired images, we could detect foot movement based on left/right and up/down edge detection within the left/right image area. After transferring control data which was obtained according to left/right and up/down edge detection numbers from two foot images of left/right sides through serial communication, control system was implemented to control 6-joint robotic arm into up/down and left/right direction by foot. As a result of experiment, we was able to get within 0.5 second reaction time and operational recognition rate of more 88%.

Coicis Semen is one of the oriental medicine that has been used for the treatment of the diseases such as pulmonary abscess, periappendicular abscess and wart since ancient times. However, the mechanism of the action of the drug is not well studied. This study was done to investigate the effects of Coicis Semen on the host defence mechanism. Effects of Coicis Semen on the immune responses were analysed by measuring the contact hypersensitivity, hemagglutinin, hemolysin and rosette formation, cytotoxicity, and reactive oxygen intermidiates production. As the results, water extract of Coicis Semen administration enhanced the antibodies (hemagglutinin and hemolysin) formation and the appearance of rosette forming cells of the spleen. Also Coicis Semen increased the allogeneic immune response in the mouse, showed cytotoxic activity against human leukemia cell line(K562) and decreased the contact hypersensitivity against dinitroflurobenzene. Also administration of Coicis Senlen slightly increased NK cell activity and enhanced the production of such reactive oxygen intermediates as superoxide and hydrogen peroxide from the macrophages in vivo and in vitro. The above results demonstrate that Coicis Semen has enhancing effects on cellular and humoral immune responses against disease.

This study was conducted to optimize the processing of seasoned salmon Oncorhynchus keta jerky (SSJ) using response surface methodology (RSM). For seasoning sauces-blending conditions of jerky using the RSM program, salt [X₁, % (w/v)] and amino-basic material [X₂, % (w/v)] were chosen as independent variables, and salinity (Y₁) and amino-N (Y₂) were chosen as dependent variables. The optimum conditions of X₁ and X₂ were 1.2% and 12.9%, respectively. To optimize drying conditions of seasoned salmon jerky using RSM program, soaking time (X₁, min), drying temperature (X₂, ℃) and drying time (X₃, min) were chosen as independent variables, and moisture content (Y₁), hardness (Y₂) and overall acceptance (Y₃) were chosen as dependent variables. Optimum conditions of X₁, X₂ and X₃ were 183.0 min, 62.5℃ and 351.0 min, respectively. In the sensory evaluation, the scores for taste, flavor, and texture for of SSJ were higher than those for a commercial product. The results suggest that the developed seasoned salmon jerky can be industrialized.

Entomopathogenic nematode, Steinernema carpocapsae GSN1 strain was evaluated for the environmentally sound control of Tebenna issikii (Lepidoptera: Choreutidae) in the laboratory. The corrected mortality of Tebenna issikii larvae was 100% at the 40 infective juveniles (Ijs)/larva 3 days after treatment with S. carpocapsae GSN1 strain in Petri dish. $LC_{50}$ value of S. carpocapsae GSN1 strain against Tebenna issikii was 5.7 Ijs. The mean penetration numbers of Ijs of S. carpocapsae GSN1 strain at the 5, 10, 20, 40 and 80 Ijs/larva in a Tebenna issikii larva were 1.4, 1.4, 3.2, 5.6 and 11.9 Ijs/larva, respectively. However penetration rate of Ijs of S. carpocapsae GSN1 strain at 5 Ijs/larva was the highest among other nematode concentrations. Progeny of S. carpocapsae GSN1 strain in a Tebenna issikii larva was higher with increasing nematode concentration.

This study was conducted to identify various types of activities of payment contract for ecosystem services. As supporting services, 12 types of activities were derived: fallow, eco-friendly crop cultivation, shelter creation management, etc. As regulating services, 5 types of activities were derived: stream environment purification, creation and management of riparian vegetation, creation and management of forests for responding to climate change, etc. As cultural services, five types of activities were derived: creation and management of landscape forests, creation and management of ecological trails, managing ecosystem conservation, etc.

This study was conducted to identify items that should be considered in order to increase user satisfaction in the Jayeonmadang project by analyzing the importance and satisfaction targeting Gochang Jayeonmadang users. As a result of analysis on the importance and satisfaction of Gochang Jayeonmadang users focusing on 20 items in 6 fields, Overall, it was analyzed that they were not satisfied as they were important. In order to increase user satisfaction of Gochang Jayeonmadang, maintenance such as 'cleanliness and hygiene', 'water quality', 'vegetation growth', and 'facility management' should be carefully reflected from the planning and design stage, and careful attention should be paid even after the project. In addition, emphasis should be placed on enhancing the user convenience, such as 'accessibility', 'space layout and utilization efficiency', and 'convenience of route'. And, when promoting the Jayeonmadang project, the purpose of the project should be actively promoted to local residents to raise the residents' awareness of the importance of biodiversity in the city.
