As the features of recent flood are spatially concentrated, loss of life and property increase by the impact of climate change. In addition to this the public interest in water control information is increased and socially reasonable justification of water control policy is needed. It is necessary to estimate the flood risk in order to let people know the status of flood control and establish flood control policy. For accurate flood risk analysis, we should consider inter-relation between causal factors of flood damage. Hence, flood risk analysis should be applied to interdependence of the factors selected. The Bayesian networks are ideally suited to assist decision-making in situations where there is uncertainty in the data and where the variables are highly interlinked. In this research, to provide more proper water control information the flood risk analysis is performed using the Bayesian networks to handle uncertainty and dependency among 13 specific proxy variables.

Recently, Electronic Distance Meter(EDM) is widely used for the traverse surveying and trilateration net. In this study, the closed traverse network is precisely adjusted by simultaneous adjustment of the observed angle and distance, using the Electronic Total Stations (Set 3). And also, it is examined that each kind accidental errors appear observed angles according to the observed distance and the number of repeating angle. In addition to the result, of checking between the simultaneous adjustment, the compass rule and transit rule, simultaneous adjustment in combination of the observed angle and distance is more accurate and effective than other adjustment.

우연(chance)과 역사(history)라는 비결정적인 요소(indeterministic)와 수요 측 규모의 경제(demand-side economy of scale)에 의해 특징지어 지는 네트워크 산업은 제품(기술)의 표준화 흑은 호환성이 핵심이 되며 산업 내 기업들은 시장선정을 위하여 치열한 경쟁을 하게 된다 산업 내에서 표준설정은 개별기업들의 내부적 문제라기 보다는 독립 기업들간의 협조(cooperation)와 경쟁(competition)의 문제로. 표준화 경쟁은 기술적인 관점에서보다는 다분히 경쟁전략적 관점에서 이루어지며 기업들도 이러한 점을 인식하고 다양한 경쟁전략을 구사하고 있다. 본 고에서는 제품의 생명주기(life cycle)와 기술(제품)의 특징에 따른 표준화 경쟁의 양상과 그에 따른 기업의 최적 경쟁전략을 모색하고, 다이나믹 모형(Dynamic Model)을 통하여 표준화 경쟁의 동태적 패턴을 분석해 보고자 한다.

We call hemangiomatosis if hemangioma arises multifocally from single or multiple organs. It develops predominantly on liver, and there are just few cases of hemangiomatosis from greater omentum and mesentery. Herein, we present the imaging and histopathological findings including CT and MRI images of a 62-year-old male patient with a hemangiomatosis on liver, greater omentum and mesentery.

Neurogenic tumors are common in posterior mediastinal tumors. In most cases, tumors were accidentally showed on simple chest X-ray. In some cases, they were presented by symptoms which were induced by nerve compression or airway compression. But as in our case, neurogenic tumor with spontaneous hemothorax is very rare. A 45-year-old man admitted to emergency room of other hospital because of acute right chest pain and dyspnea. A chest X-ray showed a right pleural effusion. Hemothorax was diagnosed after closed thoracostomy. Following chest CT showed posterior mediastinal mass. The patient was transferred to our hospital. T spine MRI showed dumbbell shaped mass. Diagostic impression was neurogenic tumor. The pathologic result was neurilemmoma after surgical resection.

The osteopoikilosis is a rare disorder characterized by multiple radiodensities in the metaphysis or in the epiphysis of long tubular bones. The etiology and pathogenesis remain obscure, generally transmitted as an autosomal dominant fashion. The osteopoikilosis is asympotomatic and it is usually found radiologically as an incidental finding. Our case shows a typical clinical feature of the osteopoikilosis, and the biopsy was done to differentiate other disease from the osteopoikilosis.

A case of pneumocytoma(so-called sclerosing hemangioma) with regional Iymph node metastasis is reported. A round lesion in the right hilar region was incidentally found in a 29-year-old man. He underwent right upper lobectomy and Iymph nodes dissection with preoperative impression of bronchogenic adenocarcinoma. The tumor was well circumscribed with characteristic histological feature of sclerosing hemangioma. Several Iymph nodes contained metastatic deposits of proliferating pale cells with formation of glandular spaces. A Ithough pneu ocytoma is said to be benign, quite rare cases apparently show metastatic potential.

A benign metastasizing pulmonary leiomyomatosis(BMPL) is a rare and uncommon variety of leiomyoma. BML affects middle-aged women who had a previous hysterectomy due to a histologically benign appearing leiomyoma. BMPL is characterized by asymptomatic multiple smooth muscle nodules with a less aggressive course than a leiomyosarcoma. A 45-year-old woman who had a hysterectomy for a uterine leiomyoma 4 years prior to this study presented with multiple variable-sized lung nodule. A percutaneous needle biopsy confirmed the benign metastasizing pulmonary leiomyomatosis. Here, we present this case with a review of the relevant literatures.

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is a low-grade malignant vascular neoplasm that can occur anywhere in the body. EHE has a low annual incidence (0.38/10⁶) and prevalence (< 1/10⁶), and primary mediastinal EHE is exceedingly rare. We report a case of EHE in a 53-year-old female which manifested as an incidentally discovered mass in the right paratracheal region. In this report, authors describe the pathological and radiological findings of primary mediastinal EHE invading the superior vena cava in the right paratracheal area.

Association rule mining searches for interesting relationships among items in a given database. There are three primary quality measures for association rule, support and confidence and lift. In order to improve the efficiency of existing mining algorithms, constraints were applied during the mining process to generate only those association rules that are interesting to users instead of all the association rules. When we create relation rule, we can often find a lot of rules. This can find rule that direct relativity by intervening variable does not exist. In this study we try to discovery an insignificant rule in association rules by intervening variable. Result of this study can understand relativity about rule that is created in relation rule more exactly.
