선박 입·출항 제도 검토 ('씨그랜드호 광안대교 접촉사건'에서 드러난 선박 입·출항 관련 문제점과 개선방안 검토)

  • 2019년 2월 러시아 선적의 씨그랜드호가 부산 용호부두에 입항하여 출항하는 과정에서 부산항관제센터에 입출항 신고를 하지 않고 요트와 광안대교와 충돌한 후 사고보고도 하지 않았다. 총톤수 500톤 이상의 선박은 도선사를 승선시켜야 하나 부두앞 공간이 좁은 용호부두이지만 부산항도선구에서 제외되어 있어 도선사도 승선하지 않았다. 현재 VTS에 의한 모니터링 수준의 관제와 출입항법 위반선박에 대한 벌금규정만으로는 사고재발 방지대책으로 부족하므로 해양안전감시시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다.

  • The ship's seakeeping performance in the pitching and roll motion was felt tired. These gives structural loads to loaded with cargo and hull facilities. Be to improve, small catamaran power yacht designed a data for ship research and ship's hull form to be decided. In this study, based on domestic release for coastal marine environment in the interpretation criteria were chosen based on the exercise performance. The seakeeping performance of marine leisure catamaran was based on voyage speed. The seakeeping performance estimates based on the encounter angle, the wave of the encounter frequency response amplitude ratio for exercise was assessed in the high performance area.

Research on Arrangement Design for Sailing Yacht Winch using 3D Human Simulation (3D 휴먼 시뮬레이션을 통한 세일링 요트 윈치 배치 설계 연구)

  • Unlike other leisure boats, a sailing yacht is propelled by wind power using sails that are controlled by the crew. Therefore, the ergonomic design of the equipment that the crew has to operate for sailing might be very important. However, it is difficult to find design rules and regulations for the equipment arrangement of a sailing yacht based on ergonomics. In this study, the arrangement design for the height and side plate angle of a winch for a sailing yacht was examined from an ergonomic design point of view. In a simulation, a Korean male in his 20s was selected as a human model for a grinder. The physical load was analyzed when he was operating a winch using a 3D human simulation. The lower back load showed the highest value when using the grinder at $90^{\circ}$ and $180^{\circ}$. Based on the results for the lower back load when using the grinder with various winch heights, it is suggested that the winch height from the cockpit floor to the top of the winch should be more than 40% of the height of the human operator. In addition, according to the results for the lower back load with various horizontal distances from the body, it is suggested that the side plate angle should be less than $16^{\circ}$.

Battery charge prediction of sailing yacht regeneration system using neural networks (신경망을 이용한 세일링 요트 리제너레이션 시스템의 배터리 충전 예측)

  • In this paper, we propose a neural network model to converge the marine electric propulsion system and deep learning algorithm to predict the DC/DC converter output current in the electric propulsion regeneration system and to predict the battery charge during regeneration. In order to experiment with the proposed neural network, the input voltage and current of the PCM were measured and the data set was secured on the prototype PCM board. In addition, in order to improve the learning results in the insufficient data set, the scale of the data set was increased through data fitting and its learning was executed further. After learning, the difference between the data prediction result of the neural network model and the actual measurement data was compared. The proposed neural network model effectively showed the prediction of battery charge according to changes in input voltage and current. In addition, by predicting the characteristic change of the analog circuit constituting the DC/DC converter through a neural network, it is determined that the characteristics of the analog circuit should be considered when designing the regeneration system.

  • This paper proposes an evaluation model to assessment of development and operation for maritime leisure in Mokpo Port.. The proposed model is combination of SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to evaluate development and operation for maritime leisure. The evaluation hierarchical structure is structured by ISM(Interpretive structural modeling) and composed of five level. At the third level, It combine SWOT into the assessment system. Strength and Weakness are internal factors. Opportunities and threats are external factors. There are economic and maritime leisure development in the model. There are three development and operation investment as Third-Sector, company, local organization. According to the results, the participants perceive prefer to strength and opportunity and found that the priority for the development and operation for maritime leisure of Third-Sector.

  • Leisure activities alter overland tourism into marine tourism according to a rise in national income. It is expected that the leisure boat with period of introduction in marine tourism will be developed rapidly. It needs to unite with marine technology, optimized layout design, interior design and so on in order to build a yacht of high quality. Because optimized layout design and interior design technique increase the added value of the yacht, it needs to be convergence technology between Ergonomics, Sensibility Ergonomics, and design technique. In this study, we analyzed traffic line of crews in a sailing yacht and assessed working posture using OWAS, RULA and REBA tools. Also we suggested tips of Ergonomic design in the sailing yacht.

  • Recently, according to the increase of income and development of quality of life, the leisure industry has been developed. In particular, the interest of design and manufacture technology of leisure yacht has significantly increased. However, domestic market of leisure ships is currently in its initiating stage. So research and development for structural strength of leisure yacht need to be investigated. In this study, lug of yacht's mast which is known for a critical damage region is explicitly considered. This paper deals with the estimation of stress concentration factors (SCFs) for lug of yacht's mast depending on dimensions of lug using hot spot stress. Also, SCF formulae is suggested using parametric study.

A Study on the Basic Element and Structure of Sailing-yachts (세일링요트의 기본적 요소와 구조에 관한 소고)

  • The present investigations were carried out for the most and fundamental elements, what is called maneuverability, stability, safety, rig, sail about the world famous race, VOLVO60 and America's cup. The results obtained are summarized as follows: First, the structure of yacht should be designed with focuse on the preparation for the preparation of collision with other yachts around, with the dumps of iceberg and also whales nearby. At the same time, the accurate calculation on the each structure and equipment of yacht should be processed for the dynamic stability in the rainstorms. Second, VOLVO60, long-distance sailing, should be emphasized on the light weight and the safety, while the boat for America's cup, short-distance sailing, should be stressed on the appropriate weight of the body and the maximum speed for fast maneuverability. Third, up-to-the minute materials should be developed for the appropriate wind power and the turning of directions.

  • CE RCD(Recreational Craft Directive, 2003/44/EC)는 24미터 미만의 레저선박을 포함하는 수상레저기구에 대한 설계, 생산 그리고 그 품질에 대한 규격을 정의하고 있는 EU 지침(European Directive)으로써, 유럽공동체는 물론이고 이를 인정하는 국가에 레저선박을 수출, 유통하기 위해서는 반드시 획득해야하는 인증규격이다. 국내의 경우 등록 및 검사에 있어 비교적 간소한 절차를 필요로 하는 소형 파워요트를 중심으로 레저선박 개발이 이루어져 왔으며, 이러한 국제인증에 기반한 설계, 생산기술에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 CE RCD의 평가 모듈과 절차를 분석하고 이를 레저보트 개발에 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 방안을 연구하였으며, 50피트급 레저보트 설계 사례연구를 통해 그 효용성을 보였다.
