The data was collected through questionnaire survey along with a face-to-face interview from March. 21 to March. 30, 2011. This major findings of this research are as follows. First, satisfaction of cancer patients regarding health services is determined by the quality, kindness and detailed explanation of medical team. Second, health services satisfaction of cancer patients is strongly related to good convenience facilities and up-to-date medical equipments. Third, satisfaction of cancer patients regarding health services was statistically proved to have no significant relation to easy accessibility of hospital. Therefore, it is very important for university hospitals to improve quality of medical staff such as ability, kindness and detailed explanation of doctor, offer good convenience facilities and the most advanced equipments. It is expected that the outcomes of this study will contribute to the satisfaction improvement for cancer patients in university hospitals.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among the factors affecting unanswered reference/information service and to suggest alternative steps which would overcome the unsatisfactory outcome in reference/information service policy. A questionnaire on the quality of reference/information service was developed to survey librarians and users in 10 different private and national university libraries. About half of 500 responses indicated dissatisfaction with the reference/information service and 10 variables were eventually identified as the primary factors which have significant relationships with users's satisfaction. Collection variables were identified as major factors associated with the unanswered service but the analysis of each factor's influence on a reference/information transaction has shown that there exist significant relationships among variables of librarian and environmental variables and the users' satisfaction. Tiered or non-tiered reference/information service showed positive relationships with collection and environmental factors.

  • This research derived five success factors(the characteristics of system, knowledge, management, organization and users) for knowledge management system(KMS) and empirically analyzed the influence on the performance(usage and user satisfaction) by setting these characteristics to military KMS. This study shows that user characteristic affects most positive(+) effect to usage, and knowledge characteristic affects most positive(+) effect to user satisfaction but organization characteristic affects negative(-) effect to usage and user satisfaction. The result of this research illustrates the successful operation of military KMS and expects the early settlement of the military forces that will establish KMS by reducing initial trial and errors.

  • GDP gap is closely related with economic activity of a country as a whole, especially with the economic fluctuations which is called business cycle. GDP gap is regarded as an important variable for the monetary policy of the central bank because it provides information on the excess demand pressures and employment matters. However, GDP gap may not provide enough information of the effect of recent economic structural change or the environmental change of domestic and external economic condition. In this paper, the GDP is decomposed by statistical filtering techniques and various models are fitted to estimate the influence of GDP gap on Inflation and see if it has been changed. Analysis results show that the influence of GDP gap on inflation decreased in the 2000s while that of global GDP gap increased. These results also support that recent low inflation rate is due to the change of overseas economic condition, such as a slowdown in exports resulting from the global recession, as well as domestic factors.

The results of the study show that the influence of psychological factors in the subjects on their depression was significant. That is, Depending on your type of psychological factors of family influences the sense of difference of melancholy. Second, the influence of material factors of the subjects on their depression was significant depending on their family type. This research is showing that Walking-environmental factors have effect on safety while walking. At first, exact 15 factors and conduct survey in the preceding research. After that, exact 4 important factors through factor analysis. At result of Multiple regression analysis, null hypothesis has proved to be true by satisfying therms which is F-value 9.211 and P-value 0.000. and come to the conclusion that walking-environmental factors influence pedestrian safety. 4 important factors can be listed by below. Pedestrian-road characteristic, landscape characteristic, commercial characteristic, walking characteristics by following influence. Especially, landscape characteristic and pedestrian-road characteristic can be vital factors.

  • Real estate investment behavior factors are divided into profitability, risks (stability), liquidity, and regulation (deregulation) factors. The sub-attributes of the investment behavior factors are generally formative indicators. Unlike reflection indicators, formative indicators can identify not only the influence of investment behavior factors on dependent variables, but also the influence of sub-attributes on dependent variables. Therefore, theoretical and practical needs of comparing the influences of factors and sub-attributes on dependent variables has been suggested. In this study, in order to provide information that help marketing for lots shopping building, both the causality between investment behavior factors and investment intention and the causality between sub-attributes and investment intention were comparatively studied for each of the three investor groups: the whole group, the group with high investment intention and the group with low investment intention. For this purpose, a survey and multiple regression analyses were conducted on 237 existing investors in the customer DB of a company that have been developing and selling lots shopping building in the metropolitan area and Sejong City. At the factor level, the effects of profitability and regulation were significant in the whole group and the group with low investment intention, but the effects of risk and liquidity were significant in the group with high investment intention. At the sub-attribute level, all three groups showed different results.
