The purpose of this study is to contribute to the efficient selection of SMEs' trade settlement system through the empirical analysis of determinants of the payment method of SMEs in Korea. In the previous study, external factors, internal factors, settlement characteristics, transaction goods, transaction amount factors and risk management factors were used. Questionnaires were excluded from analysis, and the number of validated samples collected was 155. To conduct the study, all empirical analyses were verified at the significance level p <.005. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSSWIN 18.0 program. Analysis results found the payment method used in the company was based on the year of establishment, export items, transaction area, type of transaction, and size of company. Empirical analysis showed that factors influencing the choice of the letter of credit are external factors, internal factors, the risk management factors, and the transaction amounts, etc. Results of this study are as follows: First, the effects of external factors, internal factors, settlement characteristics, and transaction amounts were significant. Hypothesis testing of collections trading methods has not been adopted in all areas presented. In order to utilize the research results, we conducted the study and comparison of the payment method of the income.

The aim of this study is to analyse housing satisfaction among residents of different types of public rental housing-permanent, national, and happy housing-following the integration of housing types upon the full-scale supply of integrated public rental housing. By identifying key factors that influence residential satisfaction, our goal is to inform the planning of public rental housing complexes and derive policy implications. The study focuses on analysing discrepancies in residential satisfaction among residents of different types of public rental housing and comparing the factors influencing this satisfaction. Microdata from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's 'Housing Situation Survey' in 2021 is utilized for analysis, employing one-way ANOVA and binomial logistic regression methods. Empirical analysis reveals variations in residential satisfaction levels between residents of permanent and national rental housing, with national rental housing residents exhibiting higher satisfaction. The influencing factors of overall condition satisfaction are consistent for permanent and national rental residents but differ for happy housing residents. Additionally, the influencing factors of overall residential environmental satisfaction vary across all three housing types. Nonetheless, common factors across all types include housing noise and facility accessibility, highlighting their significance in complex planning. Subsequent studies may involve time series analysis to assess changes in influencing factors over time.

This study is an empirical analysis that makes a survey on the evaluation of innovation cluster. For this purpose, we explore a case of innovation cluster, the Pangyo Techno Valley. This survey applies a research frame and evaluation contents that the innovation performance which is the institutional, physical, and social configurations of innovation clusters. In particular, this empirical analysis identifies the configuration factors which are the rational influence factors of individual subjects, in order to foster innovation clusters from the case study of the Pangyo Techno Valley. We can suggest that innovation policy from the results of innovation performance by applied configuration factors for evaluation of innovation cluster in order to enhance and facilitate for innovation cluster. Also, this study can provide lessons for regional policy implementation and new cluster policy agenda in Korea.

본 연구는 노인복지시설의 성과평가에 미치는 우선순위 결정요인을 파악한다. 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 통하여 노인 복지시설에 미치는 결정요인을 설정하였다. Saaty의 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)를 활용하여 각각의 결정요인들에 대한 가중치와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 노인복지는 특정한 분야로 한정되어 있지 않기 때문에 양적인 방법만으로 설명하는 것은 한계가 있다. 따라서 질적 및 양적 방법을 활용할 수 있는 계층분석과정방법과 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 노인복지시설의 분석결과를 요약하면 투입에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 예산이 가장 높게 나왔으며, 산출에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 운영체계화와 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 세부항목 간의 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 결산서와 전문인력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 시설유형별 투입요인은 이용시설과 생활시설 모두 예산이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 산출요인은 이용시설은 운영체계화, 생활시설은 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 노인복지시설에 미치는 결정요인에 따른 몇 가지 구체적인 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

The canonical correlation biplot is a 2-dimensional plot for graphically investigating the relationship between two sets of variables and the relationship between observations and variables in the canonical correlation analysis. Recently, Choi and Choi (2008) suggested a method for investigating the relationship between skill and competition score factors of KLPGA players using this biplot. Choi et al. (2010) used this biplot to analyze the player characteristic factors and competitive factors of tennis Grand Slam competition. Moreover, Huh (1999) provided a generalized canonical correlation analysis and biplot for more than three sets of variables. A Procrustes analysis is a useful tool for comparing shapes between configurations. This study will provide a method to investigate the relationship between physique, physical fitness and basic skill factors of tennis players in the Korea Tennis Association using a generalized canonical correlation biplot and Procrustes analysis.

The objective of this study was to comprehend inter-species association and factors affecting species composition by factor analysis and to classify forest types of natural forests in Dootasan. We examined the correlation (positive or negative) of the major species by correlation analysis, the selection of three factors affecting the species composition by factor analysis, cluster analysis on the basis of factor scores, and the evaluation of the results of forest type classification by ANOVA. The outputs of correlation analysis were closely associated with those of factor analysis. The first factor affecting species composition was found to be the decline phenomenon of Pinus densiflora during forest succession process. The second and third factors were growth environments in valley and slope, respectively. The cluster analysis was carried out based on three factors affecting the species composition. The results indicated that the study area was classified into four forest types as follows: Quercus mogolica-Acer mono-Fraxinus rhynchophylla community, Q. mongolica community, Q. mongolica-Tilia amunrensis community and Pinus densiflora community. The dominant species of each community in the four classified forest types were significantly different (p<0.05).

This study examined the factors affecting service utilization of elderly residential care among long term care services recipients during long term care insurance pilot project period in Korea. Help-seeking Behavior model developed by Andersen and Newman(1973) was used to analyze the factors affecting their utilization residential care service among 1,939 long term care services recipients. Frequency and Decision Tree Regression analysis on SPSS 13.0 used. Analyses show strong significant factor is service preference(predisposing factors), and then significant factors are enabling factors such as co-residence type, household income. According to this results, need factors such as cognition disorder, problem behavior, ADL and IADL disabilities are affecting utilization behavior of elderly residential care services. These findings provide implications and suggestions about how long term care service system would be settled in Korea. And these finding provide information about target-efficient long term care continuum system to policy makers and helping professionals.

본 연구 목적은 인터넷 쇼핑의 현황(구매품목, 횟수, 동기, 결제 방식, 가격, 카달로그 이용여부)을 조사하고, 인터넷 쇼핑의 구매자와 비구매자의 특성(인터넷 사용 관련 사항, 인구통계학적 특성)을 비교하며, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자 만족/불만족 요인을 조사하여, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자 만족/불만족 요인과 구매의도와의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 설문조사 방법으로서 편의 추출된 인터넷을 사용하는 소비자 73명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석방법으로는 기술통계(빈도, 평균, 표준편차)와 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 구매 경험자가 가장 많이 구입한 품목이 남성상의 단품과 넥타이와 스카프의 구매가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 사용 관련 상황으로 구매자는 인터넷 사용에 대해 전반적으로 비구매자 보다 훨씬 더 편리하게 느끼는 것으로 조사되었다. 구매자의 인구 통계학적 특성을 남성이고, 학력이 높으며, 전문직종으로, 한달 구매 지출비가 11${\sim}$20만원이고 한달 총수입이 높은 사람으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자의 만족/불만족 요인으로 주문처리 정확성, 인터넷 사용 용이성, 구매편의성/신뢰성, 상품의 다양성/합리성, 주문 방법의 편의성/경제성, 선호성, 상품의 혜택추구성의 7개 요인이 추출되었다. 넷째, 소비자 만족/불만족 요인 중에서 주문처리 정확성 요인과 상품의 혜택추구성 요인이 구매 의도와 상관관계가 있었다.

This research thoroughly analyzes prior literature related to the flexibility of cargo airlines to switch the airport and discusses the driving factors of such footloose nature. The main purpose of the study is to identify the most deterrent factors leading to airport relocation decision which determines cargo industries role on the global trade. Qualitative research based on systematic process analysis was conducted as a main research method. As a result, 24 factors related to airport-airline relationship were chosen and categorized into four main groups; (1) Location issues, (2) Restrictions, (3) Poor quality, and (4) High costs. The findings derived from the analysis of selected studies suggest that restriction related issues (e.g. night-time flight restrictions, customs administration) followed by location issues (e.g. absence of origin destination demand) have created more constraint to airport-airline relationship.

본 연구에서 산업재해 사례를 연구 대상으로 재해 발생의 여러 가지 요인들의 관련을 검토하고자 통계적 기법을 이용한 재해요인별 상관분석, 또는 영향의 정도 파악, 재해 요인의 통제에 따른 기타 재해요인에 대한 영향 분석을 시도하는 통계학적 분석 방법을 이용한 재해 발생의 중요요인을 분석하고자 첫째, 산업재해 통계 자료의 내용을 분석하여 재해 관련 변수들을 파악하는데 불안전 행동 및 불안전상태에 의한 재해 형태와 기타 변수들 간의 정성적 상관분석을 통한 상관계수를 고찰, 둘째, 명목척도인 범주형 변수 상호 간의 관련 여부를 파악하기 위해 카이제곱(chi-square)검정을 행하여 입원 일수를 종속 변수로 하는 기타 변수들의 독립성 여부와 변수 상호간 연관이 있다고 판단될 때 각 변수의 연관의 정도 비교, 셋째, 어떤 변수 상호간 일정한 관계를 가질 때 변수의 범주별로 반응변수(종속변수)에 미치는 영향을 회귀식 형태로 파악하고 비교하기 위하여 로짓(logit)모형을 적용하였다.
