A Study on the Effects of Technology, Marketing, Network Competencies on Rapid Globalization in Korea (한국진출 글로벌 기업의 신속한 글로벌 성과에 관한 영향연구)

  • In this paper, we aim to advance our knowledge about factors influencing rapid globalization of firms in Korea. Through analysing empirically, this study focuses on the effect of technology competencies and marketing competencies and network in Korea rapid globalization. The subject of this study was foreign subsidiaries that entered in korea to expand their business overseas. This study are examined by the sample of 186 foreign subsidiaries operating in Korea. The empirical results from structural equation modeling and regression analysis. Our findings show that marketing competencies, technological competencies and network are key drivers of rapid globalization in Korea market. Meanwhile, we also find that marketing competencies related to overseas market development in B2C foreign subsidiaries and technology competencies related to overseas market development in B2B foreign subsidiaries. And it was revealed in the path analysis using AMOS model that the relevancy of the study model was higher for B2C foreign subsidiaries than B2B foreign subsidiaries and the explanatory power(statistic index) revealed to be 31.9% higher for B2C foreign subsidiaries than B2B foreign subsidiaries in the effect relation on the rapid globalization in Korea market. Company type (B2C/B2B) was revealed moderating factor on the rapid globalization. Our study confirmed that marketing, technological competencies and network of firms effects on the rapid globalization in Korea.

A Study on Success Factors of Marine Special Economic Zone (해양경제특구의 성공 요인)

  • Recently, it has been emphasized that 'marine special economic zone' need to be designated and developed. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyse on successful growth factors of 'marine special economic zone'. This study deals with the terms of three connection success factors which are a firm's subjective factors, a industrial environment factors, and a governmental policy factors. According to analysis results of the three successful growth factors, a firm's subjective factors(4.11 score) are scored at the most ones of the three successful growth factors, to be compared with a industrial environment factors(3.89 score). with a government policy factors(3.72 score). Therefore, first of all, it is important to enhance competitiveness of 'marine special economic zone' through as follows, a firm's subjective factors : (1) to procure concentrated market strategy and real market capacity, (2) to promote customer service, (3) to procure speedy satisfaction of customer needs and confidence, (4) to enhance competitiveness through standing in a trio of connection growth model. And, the next, we have to enhance competitiveness of 'marine special economic zone' through considering a industrial environment factors, that is, sustainable growth of marine industry, clustering of marine industry, expansion of infrastructure, etc., and a government policy factors, that is, leading law improvement and policy of leading 'marine special economic zone' designation and development, etc.,

The Analysis on Location and Service Factors Affecting the Management and Use of Judo Gym (유도체육관 운영 및 이용에 영향을 미치는 입지와 서비스 요인 분석)

  • This purpose of study was to Analysis on Location and Service Factors Affecting the Management and Use of Judo Gym. This study aims at providing fundamental data and information on Judo coach by studying what effects of location and use factor on trainee satisfaction. The survey was done through 350 copies and excluding 11 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 339(96.8%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS statistics 21 program, frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, multiple regression. The result of this study were as follows. First, management, location, coach, trainee value, facility, communication in Judo gym location and use factors showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Second, Program operation, Gym quit use, Whether or not to insure in management factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Third, Coach credibility in coach factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Forth, Member communication in communication factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Fifth, Wholesome leisure, Athletic ability improving in trainee value factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Sixth, main facility level, additional facility level in facility factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Seventh, Visibility in location factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. And location type(station area, residential district, commercial area) of Judo gym showed (+) effect on management, trainee value, location, communication, facility.

Searching Determination Factors of Dancesports Athlete Performance (댄스스포츠선수의 경기력 결정요인 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the dance sports athlete's factor that presents performance problems and performance enhancing for competitions. To achieve purpose of study carried out open-ended question and structural inquiry of succession in the dance sports athlete of 25 people, the open-ended questions data were examined through inductive content analysis procedure, conducted preliminary investigation to 100 people. Preliminary investigation and main survey were verified to the dance sports athlete of 137 people through exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. On the basis of the results, the conclusions were drawn as follows; First, hinders factors to athletic performance is discord with partner, condition, contest environment, limit of physical strength, limit of economic strength. Second, the measurement scale of dance sports athlete's performance enhancing to competition with 23 items which are consisted of 7 main factors. The determination factors of dance sports athlete performance were partnership, ability to invest, spiritual factors, training factors, ability of physical factors, the leader, environment of competition.

A Study on Locational Factors of Korean Shipping Companies (우리나라 해운기업의 입지요인에 관한 연구)

  • There have been lots of studies on locational factors of companies, but, very few studies for Korean shipping companies. This study analyzes locational factors for Korean shipping companies using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. For the study model, the first level is consisted by software, hardware and city policy factors. As more specific factors, the second level is formed by three factors of the first level. The third level consists of Seoul and Busan to evaluate competitive advantage for location of shipping companies. We carried out an analytical survey focused on the executives of shipping companies and related experts, and derived the priority order for locational factors of Korean shipping companies as follow. Firstly, software factors turned out the most important factor for location of Korean shipping companies. Next, Busan has a competitive advantage only in city policy factors. However, there are much of competitive disadvantages in both software and hardware factors for location of shipping companies compared against Seoul.

Influential Analysis among Causal Factors of Internet Addiction for High School Students (고등학생 대상 인터넷 중독 유발 요인간 영향력 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to seek solutions for the adverse effects of the informatization by analyzing the influential factors of internet addiction to maximize prevention of the internet addiction for highschool students. The causal factors of the internet addiction are classified into three categories: personal factors, familial factors, and social environmental factors. To validate the study, the questionnaires were given to four high schools which were two generalized high schools and two specialized high schools in the Seoul and Kyunggi Area. The most influential factor of the internet addiction was identified, and hierarchical influence among factors were analyzed by evaluating the questionnaires. The result of the generalized high schools was different from that of the specialized high schools. It proved that different countermeasures must be prepared depending on environment of internet users. Therefore, diverse and comprehensive solutions for internet addiction must be devised to solve the problem of internet addiction.

Development of a Tool to Measure Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior towards Irradiated Food (방사선조사식품에 대한 지식, 태도 및 행위 측정도구 개발)

  • The study is to develop a tool to measure knowledge, attitude and behavior towards irradiated food derived from three factors of 20 items in regard to the knowledge of irradiated food. The variances in explanatory power for the first, second and third factors were 43.1%, 12.0% and 9.9% respectively, which marked a total of 65.0%. As to the attitude towards irradiated food, one factor was derived from 4 items and this factor, the result of measurement scale analysis, was named "the attitude towards irradiated food". The variance in the explanatory power of this factor was 71.1%. In regard to the behavior towards irradiated food, one factor was derived from 5 items and the variance in its explanatory power was measured to 57.6%, that is total 57.6% was explained.

Analysis of Health-related Push and Pull Factors in Mountain Climbing (등산활동의 건강관련 동기요인과 유인요인 분석)

  • This study was aimed to specify health-related push and pull factors in mountain climbing and provide effective management strategy for mountain-based recreational setting through the identification of the reciprocal relationship between the push and pull factors. The results of survey by 440 mountain climbers at Mt. Dobong, Mt. Bukhan, Mt. Kwanak, and Mt. Cheonggye showed that three dimensions were respectively derived from health-related 15 push items and 11 pull items; therapeutic care, mental health, physical fitness in push factors and cultural, socio-economic, and natural environment in pull factors. According to an analysis of influence between push and pull factors, natural environment was reported to be the greatest influencing pull factor on therapeutic care and physical fitness, and socio-economic environment was on mental health.

  • 정보기술의 발전은 기업이 혁신적으로 비용을 감축하거나, 고객에게 전혀 다른 차원의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 등의 과거에 갖지 못했던 새로운 능력을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 기업에게 요구되는 정보 시스템 (Information System : IS)의 새로운 능력들이 성공적으로 확보하기 위해서는 기업 IS 자체의 혁신이 선행적으로 요구된다. 최근에 이러한 IS 혁신 및 IS를 통한 경쟁적 우위의 확보를 위해서 IS 인적자원 혁신의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 IS 인적자원 혁신에 대한 연구는 초기 단계에 있어 IS 인적자원 혁신을 위한 영향요인에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직혁신, IS 혁신, 인적자원 혁신에 대한 문헌 연구를 통하여 IS 인적자원 혁신의 영향 요인을 환경적 요인, 전략적 요인, 조직적 요인, 개인적 요인으로 분류하여 IS 인적자원 혁신의 영향 요인을 도출하고, 이들 영향 요인들이 IS 인적자원 혁신과정에 어떠한 메커니즘을 통해 영향을 미치는지 나타낸다.

Research Method for the Performance Measurement of Hotel CRM System (병원CRM시스템의 성과측정 분석 방법)

  • 최근 들어서 병원에서도 일반 기업에서와 같이 CRM시스템의 구축 및 운용 사례가 늘고 있다. 이런 환경에서 병원의 CRM 시스템의 구축 및 운용 현황에 관심을 갖는 것은 당연하다 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 구축 운영 중인 병원 CRM 시스템의 성과를 측정하기 위한 분석 방법에 대해서 연구하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 통한 CRM의 성공 요인을 도출하고, 실증분석을 통해 요인 분석의 타당성을 분석하였다. 요인 분석 결과 도출된 요인의 중요성의 측정을 위해서는 요인 간 중요도를 측정할 수 있는 AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 이는 요인의 분류 외에는 측정변수의 가중치 등의 주요 정보를 제공하지 못한다는 요인 분석방법론의 단점을 보완하기 위함이다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해서 병원의 CRM시스템의 운용 성과를 측정하기 위한 주요요인 도출과 가중치 분석을 통해 병원의 고객관리시스템의 운용 성과를 합리적으로 측정할 수 있는 지표를 제공하였다.
