본 연구의 목적은 재결요약서의 구성과 사고 기술 방법 등을 고찰하여 분석을 통해 재결요약서의 오류들을 보완하고자 한다. 해양안전심판원에서 간행하고 있는 재결요약서는 사건명, 해양사고관련자, 판시사항, 원인판단 주제어, 사건개요, 주문, 참고사항, 교훈 등으로 구성되어있다. 약 4,200건의 재결요약서를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 단순한 오타를 포함하여 내용중복의 오류, 용어의 혼용 등의 문제들이 있었다. 이러한 오류 수정을 통해 사용자의 요구에 부합하는 재결요약서 작성에 필요한 내용들을 연구하고자 한다.

While the Internet keeps its permeation into every aspect of human life, two things stand out. One is the requirement for high quality of services to support multimedia data service.'The other is the desire for ubiquitous network connection. Combining the two things makes the Internet possible in supporting multimedia communications for nomadic users on the locomotion. To support QoS communication for mobile users by applying RSVP to Mobile IP, RSVP Tunnel, which specifies building separately a RSVP session between the home agent and the foreign agent, was proposed. However, the RSVP Tunnel method breeds bandwidth overhead and association problems in tunnel because of duplicated RSVP messages use. To resolve these problems, in this paper, we propose the new encapsulation method, the RSVP-in-IP Encapsulation (RIPE) that can support QoS guaranteed service efficicntly in Mobile IP networks. The proposed method supports RSVP mobility to Mobile If tunneling mechanism efficiently without any additional session as the RSVP Tunnel scheme. Moreover it removes the critical problems of bandwidth overhead in a tunnel and association by duplicated messages. We compared the performance of our proposed scheme with RSVP Tunnel scheme in term of mean delay, mean data rate and bandwidth overhead in tunnel.

최근 기업의 각 업무가 정보화 되면서 부문별, 업무별 정보시스템의 데이터 간에 심각한 중복성과 불일치성의 문제가 대두되면서 데이터 품질관리에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 연구는 실제로 데이터 표준 관리와 데이터 요구사항 관리를 통매 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스를 개선한 사례를 제시함으로써 데이터 품질 향상을 위해 노력하는 타 기업들에게 도움을 주고자 하였다. 또한, 개선된 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스에 대한 다차원적인 평가로서 데이터 품질, 생산성, 고객만족도, 조직 및 문화의 측면에서 정성 적이고 정량적인 지표를 통한 개선효과를 살펴보고 평가함으로써 제안된 프로세스에 의해 품질수준이 향상되었음을 검증하였고 평가 분석을 통한 시사점을 도출하였다.

인터넷의 급속한 성장과 함께 분산 네트워크 환경 하에서의 정보 검색 문제는 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 기하급수적으로 증가하는 정보의 홍수 속에서 사용자가 원하는 정보나 서비스를 효율적으로 찾아주는 방법은 꾸준히 연구되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 멀티에이전트(Multi-agent)환경 하에서 원하는 서비스를 제공하는 에이전트들을 효율적으로 탐색해 주는 에이전트간의 매치메이킹(Matchmaking) 시스템은 좋은 해결방안이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 확장 매치메이킹 알고리즘은 중개 에이전트가 특정 도메이 지식을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 문제에 대한 표현과 추론 과정이 명확한 CSP로 모델링 함으로써 불필요한 탐색 공간을 효율적으로 제거하도록 하였으며, 서비스 요청 에이전트의 요구사항을 만족시키면서 가능한 한 중복되는 에이전트 쌍이 최소화 되도록 일반적인 유사도(Similarity)와 함께 새로운 경쟁도(Competition)를 고려하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘이 기존의 매치메이킹 알고리즘보다 더 효율적인 것을 보이기 위해 온라인 인력 채용박람회를 모델로 하여 중개 에이전트가 직업을 구하는 서비스 요청 에이전트와 인재를 모집하는 서비스 공급 에이전트간의 매치메이킹 문제에 대해 실험 평가하였다.

최근의 의료 데이터는 대용량의 디지털 이미지로 생산된다. 이러한 대용량 이미지를 처리하기 위해서는 많은 처리 능력과 대량의 데이터 저장 공간이 필요하다. 현재 각 병원에서 생산되는 의료 이미지는 개별적으로 구축되어있는 PACS[3]에 저장하고 관리한다. 이러한 의료 환경속에서 대량의 데이터 저장공간 확보뿐 아니라 환자들의 중복 검사 방지, 의료 연구를 위한 풍부한 데이터 제공을 위해 각 병원의 의료 데이터를 통합하고 접근하기 위한 방법의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해 그리드 컴퓨팅 기술을 도입하여 고효율의 처리 능력과 풍부한 데이터 저장 공간을 제공하고자 하였으며, 원격의 사용자가 지역적 데이터에 접근할 수 있도록 하는 데이터 관리 서비스를 웹서비스로 제공하는 방법에 대해 제시하였다. 또한, 프로토타입을 설계, 구현하여 실제 가능성에 대해 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 지속적인 대형고장 재발에 따른 근원적 고장예방대책으로 실질적인 위기대응훈련과 변전분야 근무 직원의 역량강화를 위해 변전분야 교육과정을 현장실습 및 사례위주 실무중심토론식 수업으로 개편하는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 그리고 실설비와 연계된 모의고장 시뮬레이터 실습교육장을 구축하고, 변전설비 축소형 모듈을 제작하여 주요 변전설비를 실제로 조립하면서 설비에 대한 이해를 고취시키고자 한다. 교육내용과 목표가 중복되는 유사교육과정을 통폐합하여 변전교육의 효율화를 도모한다. 또한, EMTP 전문반과 같은 특화된 전문기술교육과정을 개설을 추진하며, 전문자격증 취득을 위한 과정을 개발하여 교육수요자의 요구사항이 반영되는 교육을 실현하고자 한다.

유사도 평가는 유사 파일 탐색이나 파일의 중복제거에서 필수적으로 수행되어야 하는 모듈이다. 이와 같은 유사도 평가는 파일의 크기가 커지거나 비교할 파일의 수가 많을수록 더 많은 시간이 소요되므로 이 때 발생하는 오버헤드는 시스템 전체의 성능에 영향을 미칠 만큼 중요하다. 특히 사용자의 요구사항에 실시간으로 반응해야 하는 시스템에서는 응답시간을 지연시키는 요인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 파일의 해시 연산과정의 시간을 줄이기 위한 방법으로 대표 해시 FLC를 이용한 유사도 평가 시스템을 제안한다. 실험을 통해서 본 연구에서 제안하는 방식이 기존의 방식에 비해서 빠른 시간 내에 유사 파일을 탐지할 수 있음을 보이고 있다. 또한 해시 리스트의 크기가 줄어들어서 메모리 자원을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있다.

This paper suggest meteorological satellite processing software's structure that reduces time and efforts of modification/upgrade. This structure's key feature is "algorithm component" that works within framework and eventually to a complete Meteorological satellite processing system. Most of existing Meteorological satellite system is designed around specific function and data sets which limits range of modification and upgrade. In addition, re-use of current algorithms become difficult although re-use of similar algorithm is the case in many occasions. This inefficiency can be resolved by designing a new framework as a result of detail analysis of collected requirements. A new framework and system architecture has been designed. In addition, operational flow of Satellite image processing framework has been described.

Recently, as most functional business activities in an enterprise are supported by computerized information systems, data duplication and inconsistency among functional information systems become serious problems. It brings people to have many interests on data quality management. This paper presents a case study in which a company had improved their data quality by enhancing their data quality management processes. Though the case study, we describe main issues and risk factors in the process of data quality improvement projects as well as solutions to resolve the issues, which can be referred by other companies who pursue data quality improvement. Also, the improvement effects are evaluated by multidimensional perspectives which include quantitative and qualitative measures on data quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, organization, and culture.

There are many information assurance schemes(i.e., evaluation criteria and methodology) for security assurance of information systems, since the security is one of the most important characteristics in the modem information systems. However, there are confusions among schemes and redundancies of assurance. In this paper, we survey and classify conventional information assurance schemes by view points of assurance targets, life-cycles and nations. We propose three new information assurance schemes as the result of survey. Those are as follows: the schemes of the assurance on the requirement itself which is evaluated and certificated after standardizing the security requirements about the organizations and the applications, on the developing information system, and on the accreditation and certification about new information system. This will be helpful to set up a security assurance of National Defense.
