There are always many kinds of risks in software development such as frequent changes of requirements. Especially those risks related to the software characteristic of non-visibility can be threat to the project success. That lead us to the need of process implementation to reduce and minimize those risks. Although, most of the organization recognizes the importance of risk management, actual implementation requires professional knowledge in this area. CMMI, the de facto standard in process reference model, also emphasizes on risk management process area but only provides goals and practices to be implemented, not detail procedure and methods. In this paper, we developed Risk management implementation model based on IDEAL, the process improvement model based on CMMI. The proposed model will help the organizations to implement risk management process which is proper to their situation in the factor of organization size and project characteristics.

CORBA 보안 서비스는 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 분산 환경 하에서 데이터 전송 시 사용자가 요구하는 수준의 비밀성 보장과 무결성 제공을 위해 비보호 무결성, 비밀성, 부결성 및 비밀성과 같은 파라미터를 갖는 QoP 기능을 지원하고 있다 그러나 기존의 QoP 기능은 전자상거래, 재무, 통신 CORBA Med와 같은 광범위한 CORBA의 응용 영역들간에 특정 암호화 알고리즘에 대한 서로 다른 정책을 가질 경우 전송되는 데이터에 대한 무결성과 비밀성을 지원할 수 없는 문제접을 갖고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본논문에서는 광범위한 CORBA의 응용영역들간에 데이터 전송 시 암호화 알고리즘 관리 및 제어기능을 개선한 QoP 모델을 제안한다. 개선된 QoP 관리 및 제어 모델은 OMG에서 발표한 RFP의 요구사항을 기반으로 설계되었으며 특정 암호화 알고리즘들의 관리와 실행중에 사용되는 암호화 알고리즘의 변경제어와 암/복호화시 비도 설정을 지원하다, 구현 결과 개선된 QoP 관리 및 제어 모델은 CORBA IDL 로 설계하여 개발자로 하여금 응용개발의 용이성을 부여하였으며 광범위한 CORBAdmd용 영역들간에 암호화 알고리즘에 대한 QoP 기능을 지원한다. 또한 ISO/IEC 8824(ASN. 1)에서 정의된 OID를 사용하여 암호화 알고리즘의 호환성을 제공한다.

It becomes possible to conserve and manage the records also which the Head of Archives(National Archives of Korea) designated at the Records Center(Special Records Center) based on the amendment of the Article 30 of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Public Records Management Act on Nov. 2014. However, the right for the decision for above is given to the National Archives of Korea and other operation and preservation management system different with existing ones such as that relevant Records Centers prepare preservation countermeasure of subject for the amendment and additionally perform all sorts of works about the management should be prepared when the amendment treatment is executed. However, there is only the contents about the change of the preservation place is regulated in the Enforcement Ordinance of the Public Records Management Act and no legal basis to support the repositories for these change, so additional improvement is necessary. In this paper, present condition of preservation place change of the National Archives of Korea and the operation condition of relative records centers and suggest the supplementary and improving items with the Public Records Management Act.

In spite of various approaching method to satisfy with the owner's requirements in schematic design phase, it is insufficient to evaluate intermediate process of design arithmetically with participating in design process. So the numerous changes of design after completion of design development cause a lot of loss to the design company. The designer arranges owner's requirements to prevent from this loss at the initial stage of schematic design phase systematically and lets owner and stakeholder to evaluate the value of schematic design to satisfy with owner's and stakeholder's requirements. If the evaluated value for schematic design is above a definite value index, the next design phase should be advanced. By this method, the design company can reduce the additional expenses remarkably by preventing with re-design which is occurred by not reflecting owner's intention or by changing owner's intention. Also the designer have the owner to evaluate the result of design and construction. The designer let the owner know whether the owner's requirement should well have been reflected on drawing or not. There is a strong point to be able to minimize the criticism which can be occurred after completion of construction by evaluating for owner's satisfactory degree and by having owner and designer confirm the result of design and construction arithmetically. This paper presents that the loss of design company can be minimized by going over at next step if the value is over a definite value index after evaluating value for each design from design process.

역할 기반의 접근제어 시스템은 응용에 따라 보호 객체들에 대한 접근을 역할들로 분류하여 정형 트랜잭션과 데이터의 무결성을 보장하는 의무분리의 원리로 정보를 처리하는 시스템으로 편리하고 단순한 권한 관리를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 기업 환경에 적합한 역할 기반의 접근제어 시스템에서 데이터베이스 내에 저장된 데이터에 대한 권한 없는 접근, 고의적인 파괴 및 변경을 야기하는 사고로부터 데이터베이스를 보호하기 위해 정보의 무결성 보장을 위한 의무분리의 원리를 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 원리를 기반으로 하여 적용 대상으로 상호 배타적인 부트랜잭션들을 포함하고 있는 중첩 트랜잭션을 생각해 보았으며, 여기에 동적 의무분리 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해서 주체, 세션 기반에서 새롭게 해석하였다. 이 기법은 시스템 운영의 유연성을 향상시키고, 역할 관리를 단순화시키는 장점을 가진다. 또한 여러 트랜잭션들이 동시에 실행되는 환경하에 정보의 무결성 유지를 위해서 본 논문에서 제안한 의무분리 기법을 적용하였다. 이때 감염된 트로이언 목마에 의해 발생될 수 있는 정보의 유출문제를 해결하고자 의무분리를 위한 격자 구조를 설계하고 이를 바탕으로 해석하였다.

'98년 건설CALS기본계획을 바탕으로 개발된 건설CALS시스템은 건설사업관리 건설인허가 단위시스템을 시작으로 시설물유지관리 용지보상 건설CALS포탈 등 5개 단위시스템을 개발하여 운영중에 있으며 국내 900여개 이상의 건설현장 및 건설 관련 공공기관에서 사용하고 있다. 그러나 각 단위시스템의 개발 시기 도구 등이 서로 상이하여 사용자 요구사항 및 법령 개정에 따른 시스템 개편 등 외부 환경변화의 패러다임을 적용하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 각 단위 시스템의 구조적 요소를 통일하고 외부환경의 적용이 가능한 전자정부 표준프레임워크의 적용 가능성을 분석하였다. 이는 객체 지향 중심의 웹 시스템 구조를 프레임워크 기반으로 변경하는 것으로써 시스템 재사용성이 향상되고 신규 기능 추가가 용이해지며 리소스 절감이 가능할 것이다.

User's requirements are rapidly diversed by economic and social changes. Architect, however, doesn't well reflect user's required performance on the drawings in practical business, so that it causes many change orders. For this reason, this paper identified user's requirements through extensive literature review and convert users' requirements into the performance items in order to measure the weight through the survey from users and experts. The purpose of this paper is to provide a guidance for design through the comparing and analyzing the user's weight and expert's weight.

IT 관련 프로젝트를 진행 시 프로젝트 진행 도중 예상치 못한 많은 문제에 봉착하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 IT 프로젝트 대부분이 도입, 사용하는 요구사항분석-설계-개발-테스트-배포-유지보수단계 중 개발단계 및 유지보수 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점에 초점을 맞추었다. PMG 란 Project Management Negotiator 의 약자로서 개발 시 고객의 요구사항이 변경되면 고객과 개발자 간의 개발에 소요되는 난이도, 일정, 비용에 따른 관점이 다를 수 있으므로, 이러한 차이점을 서로 이해 할 수 있는 범위 내에서 감소시킬 수 있는 모델을 제시한다. 또한 제시한 모델에 근거한 매핑테이블과 프로세스를 개발하고 실제 pilot 시스템을 구축하여 효용성을 검증한다. 제시한 프로젝트 관리 협상 모델을 통하여 일정에 차질 없는 프로젝트가 수행 가능하며 비용절감 및 고객만족 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 결과적으로 일정, 비용 측면 및 고객 만족 세 가지 측면에서 기존의 프로젝트 개발 방법론보다 더 나은 일정준수, 효율성, 정확성 등의 정량적, 정성적 만족을 확보할 수 있다.

Generally, the phases of constructing information systems are consisted of systems planning and selection, system analysis, system design, and system implementation and operation. These systems require many efforts and costs for additional development of modification requirements due to a frequent changes of business environments and business processes. Especially, inconsistencies between system design and system implementation usually happen during development steps because of the difficulties of program developments due to difficulties of capturing exact user requirements and frequent changes of user requirements. This paper proposes a scheme of implementing meta-data based applications for enterprises in order to reduce inconsistencies between system design and system implementation and to overcome limits of the existing coding-based development methods of applications which must use until disuse if they are developed once. Also, this paper presents a framework of repository system to systematically manage and utilize meta-data. The core concept of the proposed scheme makes outputs generated in the phases of system analysis and design into meta-data and is to easily develop and customize application programs using meta-data repository. Also, to show the applicability of the proposed scheme, it is applied to implement ERP system of 'H' automotive part manufacturer. As a result, the proposed scheme can gain improvements such as easiness and productivity of program development, easiness of maintenance, reusability of program components, etc.

연구비카드시스템개발 시 사용자의 개발요구사항 적용에 있어 구조적 방법론 사용시 기존시스템 개발만큼의 소요시간 및 개발비용이 동일하게 적용되므로 이에 시간적, 비용적측면의 개선이 불가피하다. 이에 대해 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론으로의 변경으로 공통적인 분석사항 및 설계에 대해 개발방법론상의 단일한 패턴을 적용시킴으로써 개발비용절감과 컴포넌트 재사용으로 개발의 효율성을 증대시키는 효과를 가져올 수 있는 장점에 대해 연구해 본다.
