This study aims to discuss issues related to small libraries by analyzing laws and municipal ordinances. It conducts an extensive literature review on the history and present conditions of small libraries and explores the characteristics of small libraries as a social movement. Based on the analysis of the Libraries Act, the legal status of small libraries are argued and other related regulation are also discussed. 114 municipal regulations which are related to small libraries are analyzed into five categories including general conditions, related laws, definitions, facilities, and workforce. As a result, the alternative strategies for legal issues on small libraries are provided in the three different aspects.

The Financial Supervisory Institution constantly has tightened the regulation for secure electronic financial service. Information Security Consulting and Service companies are not enough to cover about 4,500 financial institutes required to comply with the regulation, and the Financial Supervisory Institution also suffers from work overload. The demand for real-time work of risk management is getting stronger. Compliance with the regulation has to be attempted with technical approach so that requirement, implementation, monitoring, and supervision are efficiently performed. And, articles have to be concluded with compliance management service. In this research used compliance management framework and IT GRC process model, have to be designed compliance management lifecycle and 34 index.

폐기물 가스화는 생산된 합성가스를 이용하여 발전 등 직접적인 에너지원으로 이용할 수 있으며, 고부가가치 화합물의 원료 공급원으로도 이용할 수 있다. 폐기물 가스화를 이용한 고부가가치 화합물 제조의 경우 기존 화합물 제조공정에 폐기물 가스화 공정이 연계되어, 하나의 복합시스템으로 운영이 된다. 따라서 기존 공정과 최적으로 연계될 수 있는 폐기물 가스화 시스템의 개발 또는 선정이 필요하며, 이를 위하여 폐기물 가스화 시스템에 대한 분석 평가가 적절하게 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 시스템공학 개념을 적용하여 폐기물 가스화 시스템의 체계적인 분석 평가를 위한 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 시스템공학은 요건분석, 기능분석, 합성(통합), 분석/관리 프로세스를 통하여 시스템을 성공적으로 구현하기 위한 다학제적인 접근방법이다. 이러한 시스템공학의 개념 및 기본 프로세스를 적용 조정하여 폐기물 가스화 분석 평가 프레임워크를 개발하였으며, 개발된 프레임워크는 계층구조로 표현이 된다. 계층구조는 분석관점, 분석항목, 분석지표로 구성이 되며 분석된 데이터에 대한 평가는 AHP를 통하여 계산된 가중치를 적용하여 이루어진다.

The European nuclear design requirements, which should be satisfied by nuclear reactors in Europe, usually recommend a so-called core catcher, which is a molten core ex-vessel cooling facility, to manage a severe accident at a nuclear reactor. Two different types of core catcher concepts are compared to determine their abilities to manage severe accidents and cool core melts. The study reveals that direct cooling is better for cooling capacity and is convenient to construct, while indirect cooing is better for the management of a severe accident.

한반도 및 근해의 지진 지진해일 감시를 위해 지진관측망이 구축되어 있다. 이러한 지진관측망는 향후 조기경보를 위해 보다 조밀하게 설치될 예정이다. 지진계측기의 정보통신망은 대부분 행정망 및 전용회선 단일망으로 운영되고 있으며 지진계측기의 전력체계는 상용전원의 단일 전력체계로 운영되고 있다. 국내 지진관측망 운영상의 문제점으로 단일 정보통신망 운영으로 인한 통신 단절 발생 시 지속적인 자료 수집 불능과 단일 전력체계인 상용전원 단절시 통신장비에 전원공급 단절로 인한 실시간 자료 전송 장애 발생이 있다. 또한 지진관측기의 정보통신망과 전력체계에 대한 원격감시 및 관리 기능이 부재하여 유지 보수 및 안정적 자료수집에 취약점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 취약점을 극복하기 위해서는 각종 재해에 대한 내재해성과 유지보수성을 향상시키는 것이 시급하며 정보통신망과 전력체계의 다중화/이중화가 좋은 대안이 될 수 있다.

The new knowledge in the textbooks for Physiology and Hygiene in Korea 1905-1910 was focused on the problems of hygiene. Lighting, ventilation, dryness were proposed as main conditions fer hygienic housing, for which management and planning methods were explained. This knowledge was taught as 'scientific' or 'modern' knowledge based on the physiological theory and air property, thereafter the conditions were placed as important conditions of modern housing.

It also presents not only the ways and means of collecting analysing, utilizing various information being aquired from internal and external sources but also adequate condition and application of information, and information system for small and medium enterprises in which resources are relatively short.
