최근 중소기업연구원 연구자료에 의하면 우리나라 중소벤처기업의 혁신 수준은 OECD 최하위 수준이며, 네트워크 기반의 협력체계가 필요하다고 발표하였다. 또한, 최근의 혁신 행동 관련 연구를 살펴보면 내적 혁신 행동에 대한 연구는 많으나, 외부 네트워크 혁신 행동과 연동한 연구는 미진하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 CEO 변혁적 리더십이 조직 공정성을 기반으로 내적 외적 혁신 행동을 실행함에 있어서 유연적 조직 문화의 조절 효과가 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 중소벤처기업 성과모형, CEO 변혁적 리더십, 내적 혁신 행동, 외적 혁신 행동, 조직 공정성, 유연적 조직문화, 사업성과에 대해서 알아보았다. Chrisman 등(1998)의 중소벤처기업 성과모형은 ①기업가(entrepreneur), ②산업구조(industry structure), ③사업전략(business strategy), ④자원(resources), ⑤조직구조(organization structure, processes and systems) 등 5가지를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 Chrisman 등(1998)의 벤처기업 성과모형 NVP = f(E, IS, BS, R, OS)을 적용하여 연구 모형을 설계하고 실증 검증하였다. 향후 중소벤처기업 성과모형으로서 직원들의 미래전망과 자부심 향상에 본 연구가 시사점을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 중소벤처기업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기업 혁신 행동 컨설팅 연구에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purposes of the study is to examine the relationship between developmental assets, stress and risk behaviors of university students. The subject of the study is 1023 university students. Questionnaire organized by scales of developmental assets, stress and risk behaviors was used. The major findings were as follows; First, internal assets made direct effects on stress and risk behaviors. External assets made direct effects on stress. Second, mediating effects of stress were statistically significant in relations between developmental assets and risk behaviors. External assets were complete mediating effects by making effects indirectly on risk behaviors through the stress. Internal assets showed partial mediating effects.

This paper provides a semantic account of double nominative constructions in the framework of Autolexical Grammar, which views syntax, semantics, morphology, and other language components as modules generated simultaneously and independently. Some syntactocentric models in the past analyzed double nominatives as a result of possessor raising, ECM or incorporation. This paper provides a semantic explication of double nominatives through function-argument (F/A) structure of internal possession and external possession. The possessum used in double nominatives is a relational noun which takes a possessor as its argument in F/A structure. If the possessor directly combines with the relational noun, then internal possession is generated. If the possessor is a gap in F/A structure, then the argument which is coreferential with the gap combines later with the predicate, resulting in external possession, in which the possessor is in the nominative case. Unlike internal possession, the F/A structure of external possession structurally shows that the sentence is predicated of the possessor.

This study aimed to investigate students' learning process by examining their perception process of problem structure and mathematization, and further to suggest an effective teaching and learning of mathematics to improve students' problem-solving ability. Using the qualitative research method, the researcher observed the collaborative learning of two middle school students by providing problem-posing activities of five lessons and interviewed the students during their performance. The results indicated the student with a high achievement tended to make a similar problem and a new problem where a problem structure should be found first, had a flexible approach in changing its variability of the problem because he had advanced algebraic thinking of quantitative reasoning and reversibility in dealing with making a formula, which related to developing creativity. In conclusion, it was observed that the process of problem posing required accurate understanding of problem structures, providing students an opportunity to understand elements and principles of the problem to find the relation of the problem. Teachers may use a strategy of simplifying external structure of the problem and analyzing algebraical thinking necessary to internal structure according to students' level so that students are able to recognize the problem.

The purpose of this study was to analyze a structural relations which occur when college students' inner and outer career barrier impacts on career decision status through the mediating variables of career decision making self-efficacy and career aspiration. The data of 787 college students subjects were collected for the study. The measuring tools were Career Decision Status, Outer Career Barriers, Inner Career Barriers, Career Aspiration, and Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy. The collected data were analyzed with structural equation modeling(SEM). The findings of the study were as follows. Results showed that only inner career barriers affect career decision status through the mediating variables of career decision making self-efficacy and career aspiration among outer and inner career barriers anticipated to give negative impact on level of career decision making. Inner career barriers affect career decision making self-efficacy negatively, and career decision making self-efficacy gives positive impact on career aspiration, and career aspiration affects career decision status negatively. In other words, the more aware of inner career barriers, the lower career decision making self-efficacy.

Equation of motion of non conservative system considering mass matrix, elastic stiffness matrix, load correction stiffness matrix by circulatory force's direction change and Winkler and Pasternak foundation stiffness matrix is derived. Also stability analysis due to the divergence and flutter loads is performed. And the influence of internal and external damping coefficient on flutter load is investigated applying the quadratic eigen problem solution. Additionally the influence of non-conservative force's direction parameter, internal and external damping and Winkler and Pasternak foundation on the critical load of Beck's and Leipholz's and Hauger's columns are investigated.

일본 자동차 유통계열 구조에 변화의 조짐이 일어나고 있다. 가전 부문의 유통계열이 신유통업태의 정장이라는 외부적 요인에 의해 변화되었다면, 자동차 유통계열은 내적ㆍ외적 요인의 상호작용에 의해 그 문제점이 노정되고 있다. 내적인 요인으로는 메이커의 경직적인 도매가격 운용을 들 수 있는데, 이는 딜러 경영을 압박할 뿐만 아니라 메이커-딜러간 갈등을 야기하는 주된 요인이 되고있다. 한편 급속한 정보화는 딜러의 할인판매 경쟁만 가속시킬 뿐 유통계열의 개선에는 유용성이 없는 것으로 분석된다. 장기적으로는 자동차 유통계열의 내부적 모순이 점차 가시화되고 정보화가 확산됨으로써 정차 변화할 것으로 예상된다. 한국 국자동차기업은 이러한 유통계열의 약점을 전략적으로 이용하면서 차별화된 제품으로 승부하는 전략을 구사하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

In this study, the applicability and external/internal stability of a MSEW abutment with a slab were investigated. Structural analysis of slab bridges between 10 ~ 20.0 m and thicknesses of 0.7 ~ 0.9 m was carried out to calculate the reaction forces due to dead and live loads acting on the bridge supports. The slab bridge with a length of 20.0 m satisfied the allowable contact pressure of 200 kPa for the true MSEW abutment. Because the external stability of the true MSEW abutment was dominated by the geometry of the MSE wall, the change in the factor of safety due to the load of the super-structure is small. Because the stiffness of the foundations is fixed and the load of the super-structure is increased, the factor of safety of the bearing capacity was reduced. As the load of the super-structure was increased, the horizontal earth pressure of the true MSEW abutment increased greatly. As a result, the pullout and fracture of the uppermost reinforcement, which are the factors of safety, did not meet the design criteria. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the pullout resistance and the long-term allowable tensile force of the reinforcement placed on the top of the reinforced soils to ensure efficient design and performance of a true MSEW abutment.

The problem-based storytelling of the three-act structure, which sees the plot of the story as a solution to the problem of the character, has been the guide of creation to the creator of popular stories since Aristotle. Also problem-based storytelling has served as a schema that provides dramatic catharsis to the audience of the story, and one of the dramatic catharsis It has been working as a schema. This problem - based storytelling has been used as a structure for story production programs that have been developed since the 1980s. However, this story authoring program is focused only on the external problem of the story, but it has the limitation of producing the story that can not solve the internal problem of the character and provide the catharsis. This paper analyze the plot structure of 'StoryHelper', which is a domestic story authoring program, and the ending of 900 films, both domestic and foreign, which are database in 'StoryHelper'. 'StoryHelper' presents a problem-based plot structure that can consider not only external problems but also internal problems by applying causality and mythical episodes. The structure of these plots is based on the parameters of external problem solving, unresolved internal problem solving, and unresolved variables maturity plot(542films), disillusion plot(111films), education plot(132films), tragedy plot(205films). The results of this analysis are expected to provide a meaningful structure for plot-based creative and creative program development.

우리나라는 지금 애니메이션에 대한 인식과 가치를 새롭게 하며 변화를 위한 적극적인 노력이 진행되고 있다. 외적으로는 문화산업으로서의 애니메이션을 활성화하기 위한 정부와 지자체의 정책변화와 지원확대. 그리고 미래자원육성을 위한 활발한 학교교육의 전개를 들 수 있다. 내적으로는 새로운 매체의 환경에 따른 다양한 애니메이션 제작과 구조의 변화가 일어나고 있다. 특히 중요한 것은 문화산업의 샘물이 될 수 있는 창작의 중요성을 인식하는 분위기가 생겨나고 있다는 것이다.
