This study aims to analyze relationship between effect on social value realization efforts and company performances, focusing on the mediating effect of external-support environment. Data for the analysis is collected from open data source from Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The results of the analysis are, first the social value realization efforts has positive effect on both social and economic outcome of the social enterprises. External-support environment has influence on both social performance and social value realization efforts. Additional analysis to test mediation effect of external-support environment were carried out by statistical software package, Process for SPSS4.0. Mediation effect could be found between social realization efforts and social performances, however, no evidence could be found on economic performance. The result indicates that social value realization efforts as a social capital has influence on social performance mediated by external-support environment.

교육전산망이 상용망 서비스 업체들에 위탁 운영되면서 각 대학은 자신의 교내 전산망을 다양한 방법으로 외부와 연결하여 사용하고 있다. 이런 환경하에서 대학들이 전산망 운영정책을 효과적으로 결정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 지원 체계가 거의 없다. 본 논문은 대학의 외부망 다원화에 따른 전산망 운영정책을 지원하는 종합 정보시스템 NMIS_U(Network Menagement Information System_University)를 소개한다. NMIS_U는 각 대학의 전산망에 적합한 운영정책 정보를 동적 차트를 통해 실시간으로 제공한다.

현재 우리나라 농업은 인구의 고령화, 농촌인구의 도시 유출, 기후온난화 등의 영향으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 각종 지원정책을 통해 농업관련산업을 지원하고 있으나 뚜렷한 효과를 보지 못하고 있으며 농업으로의 창업에서도 성과를 내지 못하고 있다. 정부에서는 농업관련 기관을 통해 농업관련산업 내 창업에 대한 지원사업을 확대하고 있으며 다양한 컨텐츠를 접목시켜 양을 늘리고 질적인 성장을 꾀하고 있다. 농업관련산업 창업에 대한 검토와 함께 차별화된 정책이 필요하며, ICT와 소프트 웨어 중심의 창업지원 정책에서 새로운 성장 컨텐츠를 더하는 변화가 요구된다고 하였다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 다양한 기술들이 농업관련산업에 접목되고 있으며 예비창업자들의 대부분이 큰 기대와 함께 창업을 할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 농업관련산업의 관심이 있는 예비창업자를 대상으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 여러 가지 영향중에 내적개인특성, 창업지원, 외부환경특성 등의 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 농업관련산업 내 예비창업자들에게 도움이 되고 관련 기관이 지원정책을 수립합에 있어 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of local community resident-participation factor on the local community resident-participation determinant and the formation of social capital. Accordingly, questionnaire method was used for 389 residents in A-dong that have participated in community building projects in Busan region to analyze their demographical factor & residential area factor and local community resident-participation factors of satisfaction of neighborhood environment, satisfaction of administrative support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness effects. The analysis results showed that first, the satisfaction of outside support and neighbor connectedness were found to be the main factors. Second, the satisfaction of outside support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness showed meaningful effects in the state where these factors were controlled. Third, the effects of each social capital sub-element were verified and the results showed that while trust and network had meaningful effects on satisfaction of outside support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness effects, norm of reciprocity showed meaningful effects on gender, house ownership status, local attachment and neighbor connectedness, thereby showing differences. Based on these study findings, implications and suggestions were presented.

기업 내부 및 외부 환경 요인 분석을 통한 올바른 비즈니스 전략 수립은 기업의 최상의 결과 창출로 이어질 수 있다. 때문에 SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) 분석을 통해 기업 내부의 강점요인과 약점요인을 인지하고, 기업 외부의 기회요인과 위협요인을 정확하게 분석하는 과정은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 많은 기업들이 그들의 상대적인 강점요인과 약점요인, 기회요인과 위협요인에 대해 정확하게 판단하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 기업이 환경분석 과정에서 보편적으로 활용하는 분석모델 중 하나인 SWOT 분석을 지원하는 도구를 설계 및 구현한 것으로, 각 분야의 전문가들이 작성한 SWOT 분석 결과를 바탕으로 SWOT 분석 사례 DB를 만들어 사용자가 데이터베이스에 저장되어있는 각각의 환경요소를 조회하여 기업에 적합한 환경요소들을 선택, 수정, 추가하게 함으로써 SWOT 분석 시에 기업들이 고려해야하는 내부 및 외부 환경 요인에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 통해 기업들이 자신의 내부 역량에 대해 보다 정확하게 인지하고, 외부 환경 변화에 대한 고찰을 도울 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

경영성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 연구되고 있는 또 다른 변수 중의 하나는 근로환경이며, 일부 연구자들에 의하면 근로환경은 경영성과에 여러 형태로 영향을 미친다. 또한 중소기업의 생존력은 중견기업이나 대기업에 비해 떨어질 수밖에 없으므로 이러한 정부의 지원뿐만 아니라 이러한 신생의 기술 기반의 중소기업을 대상으로 경영목표에서 출발하여 여러 변수가 재무성과에 미치는 요인을 분석하여 그 시사점을 활용하는 것은 큰 의미가 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 기술 기반의 신생중소기업의 경영성과에 외부지원과 내부환경요소가 어떠한 형태로 영향을 미치는 지를 종합적으로 분석하고자 개념적모형, 가설 그리고 변수를 조작적으로 정의하여본다.

본 논문은 VPN 환경에서 MIPv6를 지원하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 이동 노드가 이동한 외부 네트워크는 계층적인 MIPv6 구조를 가지며 이동노드가 외부 네트워크로 이동했을 경우 외부 네트워크의 엑세스 라우터(access router)를 관리하는 GMAP(gateway management anchor point)는 이동노드를 대신하여 VPN 게이트웨이와 IPsec 보안 협정을 맺는다. 이동 노드가 같은 GMAP 영역 안에서 이동할 경우 이미 맺어 놓은 GMAP와의 IPsec 보안 협정을 사용하기 때문에 이동 노드는 이동시마다 VPN 게이트웨이와 재 보안 협정을 맺을 필요가 없다. 이는 IPsec 재 보안 협정으로 인한 메시지 오버 헤드와 지연을 감소시키며 이동노드가 외부 네트워크에 있을 경우 패킷 누출 없이 안전하게 데이터를 전송할 수 있게 한다.

Innovation is essential for the survival of a company in the fierce competitive environment of the global era of borders along with rapid technological development and changes from the environment. It is very important to secure your own competitive advantage. In this study, the relationship between internal R&D capability and organizational support as a company internal factor and external R&D capability, external knowledge search, and absorptive capability as a company external factor on performance was examined. As a result of the analysis, it was found that internal R&D capability, organizational support, and external knowledge search had a significant effect on absorptive capability, and innovation performance had a positive effect on new product performance. However, the mediating effect of absorptive capacity has not been verified, suggesting that absorptive capacity has a low correlation between innovation performance and new product performance, or that other important factors act between absorptive capacity and performance variables. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as useful guidelines when establishing R&D strategies in companies.

본 논문에서는 유무선 통합망 이동 IP상에서 실시간 데이터 전송의 향상을 위한 핸드오프 기법을 소개한다. 즉, 외부 에이전트에서 이동노드로 전송되는 PDU가 이동 노드의 이동성에 의해 이동 노드로 전달되지 못하는 경우가 발생한다면 실시간 데이터는 이동 노드로 전달되지 못하고 잃어버리게 된다. 이동 노드는 이동한 새로운 외부 에이전트에 등록을 하고 인터넷 호스트로부터 데이터를 받을 수 있는 환경이 구축되기 전까지 데이터 통신이 불가능하다. 그러므로 기존의 기법으로는 실시간 데이터 통신을 할 경우 이동 노드의 이동성을 지원할 수 없다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 외부 에이전트가 유선망과 무선망을 연계하고 이동노드가 이동하며 실시간 데이터 통신을 하는 경우, 이동 노드가 현재 등록된 외부 에이전트에게 이동하게 될 외부 에이전트를 알려주는 능동적 방법에 의해 이동 노드의 이동성을 지원하며 실시간 데이터 통신이 가능할 수 있도록 하는 핸드 오프 기법을 제안한다.

로컬 환경의 함수 호출 기능을 분산 환경으로 확장한 RPC는 분산 시스템 개발을 위한 필수 패키지이다. 본 논문에서는 ONC RPC 표준을 지원하는 RPC를 Java 프로그래밍 언어를 사용하여 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문의 Java RPC를 이용하면 웹 환경을 지원하는 분산 시스템을 쉽게 개발할 수 있다. 본 논문의 Java RPC는 외부 데이터표현의 표준 규약인 XDR 프로토콜을 처리하는 라이브러리 클래스와 TCP/IP 기반의 RPC 라이브러리 클래스를 제공한다. 또한 자동으로 RPC 응용 클래스를 생성해주는 RPCGEN 유틸리티를 제공하여, Java 프로그래밍 언어를 이용한 RPC 응용 프로그램을 손쉽게 작성할 수 있도록 한다.
