본지에서는 최근 논란이 되고있는 대형건설업체의 설계용역업허용요구와 관련해 건축설계업과 건설시공간의 상호관계 및 역할분담 등에 관한 선진외국의 사례들을 모아 조사ㆍ확인함으로써 건설업체의 이같은 주장에 대한 부당성을 지적하고 이를 통해 우리 현실에 맞는 제도로 발전시켜 나가고자 한다. 또한 이번 조사내용은 국내건축문화 발전의 건전한 풍토조성과 국제경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안을 모색하는데 귀중한 자료로 삼고자 한다.

본 연구는 외국에서 수행된 FDS를 이용한 화재조사사례를 조사분석하여 그 문제점 및 개선방안을 정리하여 향후 국내에서 화재조사를 위한 FDS의 이용방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 본 외국사례를 통한 케이스스터디와 실험적으로 국내의 주요가연물들에 대한 열특성데이터와 내외장재 및 창호등에 대한 열특성에 관한 DB를 분석하고 국내상황에 필요한 화재성장모델을 구축하여 화재조사에 적용할 수 있도록 개선하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the residential culture of Westerners who reside in Korea. For this study, qualitative case study methods were used. Case study data were collected from 10 households through depth-interviews and observations. Houses were sampled purposively to represent the middle-class American home in Jinhae and Jinju of Korea. This result would be helpful to create useful database for designing and remodeling future desirable housing plan for Westerners in Korea. Furthermore, this would be useful to develop checklist items for Korean immigrant's housing plan who reside in Western country.

Companies that have suffered serious labor shortages are relocating their factories abroad where they can solve this problem by increasing the employment of foreign workers. Construction sites also employ foreign workers to supplement the scarce manpower, and the demand for foreign workers has been gradually increasing over time. Recently, based on discussions on whether or not to introduce foreign workers, the policy on the input of foreign workers into domestic construction sites has been shifted to exploring the actual input conditions and efficient management methods. In this study, we investigated the current status and input situation of foreign workers at the construction sites of the target area, analyzed the problems they posed from the manager's viewpoint, and derived a method of improving the utilization of foreign workers at construction sites. In order to proceed with this study, we surveyed the actual situation of the construction sites, which consisted mainly of foreign workers and domestic workers (managers), by investigating the construction sites, and conducted 1: 1 interviews to ensure the reliability of the survey. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using the SPSS analysis program, and the response rate was analyzed for each item. As a result, various problems, such as institutional problems, communication problems, and quality deterioration due to malfunction, appeared. Therefore, this study derives an improvement plan for the efficient utilization of foreign workers by improving the institutional level related to their language education, wages and employment.

전 세계가 하나의 Global 시대로 전환되면서 국적에 관계없이 기업의 생존이 소비자들의 욕구 를 충족시키는 능력에 따라 결정되는 시대가 되었다. 우리나라의 경우에도 경제협력개발기구(OECD)에 가입한 상황에서앞으로 21C는 외국기업 및 제품들이 자유경쟁적으로 우리시장에 선 보이게 될 전망이 며 우리기업의 제품도 외국에서 다른나라 제품과 치열한 경쟁을 하여야 할 전망이다. 따라서 우리나라 에서도 질이 나쁜 수입품으로부터 국내제품과 소비자를 보호하고 외국으로 수출된 국내제품이 그 나라 에서 이미 시행되고 있는 규제들에 의해 피해를 입지 않ㄷ록 하는 방안이나 정부규제가필요하게 되었는데, 그 중에 대표적인 것이 제조물 책임법(Product Liability)인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 외국의 제조물 책임법 시행 현황 및 우리나라 제조물 책임법 시행안에 대해 조사하였으며 둘째, 국내외 제조물 책임 사고 사례를 수집하여 제조물책임법 시행이 소비자와 기업에 미치는 영향등에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 이미 제조물책임법이 시행되어 정착화 되어있는 선진 여러나라의 경우 각국의 제조물책임법 내용은 그 나라의 국가경제, 사회적여건, 자국민을 보호한다는 관점에서 조금씩 차이점을 보이고 있었으며 제조물책임법의 영향 또한 각국의 상황에따라 긍정적 혹은 부정적 영향을 끼치고 있었다. 우리나라의 경우 제품의 안전성을 향상시키기 위해서는 정부의 체계적 정책수립 뿐만 아니라 기업의 제조물책임에 관한 인식 전환 및 대책이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다.

본 논문은 우리나라에서도 2002년 7월1일 시행하게될 제조물책임법(PL)에 대비해 최근 우리나라 및 선진국인 미국, 일본을 중심으로 조사된 최근 사례를 결함별, 제품별, 국가별로 유형화하여 분석한다. PL법이 시행되기 전 많은 사례들이 발생하여 소송으로 제기되었고, 각 나라는 많은 시행착오를 거쳐 지금의 제조물책임(PL)을 수정, 보완되고 있는데 이러한 측면에서 외국의 사례와 우리나라의 사례를 비교, 유형화시켜 분석하고자 한다.

This study aims to suggest the ways to improve academic library's services for foreign users. For this purpose, this study analysed foreign user services of the libraries of universities which have more than 1,000 foreign students and also examined the K university library's foreign user services. And this research classified the information services for foreign users into four types, which are multilingual library homepage, multilingual notices, librarian dedicated to foreigners and multilingual user education. This study analysed the information services of a librarian dedicated to foreigners, user education for foreign students, library space for foreigners and specialized programs for foreign users and also examined the user education satisfactory survey of the K university library and conducted in-depth interview with foreign students and faculties of the K university to figure out the effect of foreign user services. As a result, this research suggests 'providing multilingual service through positioning a librarian for foreign users', 'study and research support services through customized user education', 'developing specialized service' and 'supporting extracurricular program by academic library' as the practical ways to improve academic library's services for foreign users.

본 연구에서는 국내외 이동전화 단말기의 판매·가격보조금에 대한 실태를 조사하고 외국 사례와의 비교를 통해 이동전화 사업자가 취할 수 있는 실현 가능하고 건전한 정책을 제시하였다. 또한 이동전화 대리점과 단말기 유통구조에 관한 이해가 필요하여 조사되었으며, 각 회사별 가입자수와 매출액 및 단말기 보조금 규모는 중요한 자료이므로, 이의 분석을 통하여 바람직한 단말기 가격보조정책을 제시하였다. 이동전화 사업자간 과당경쟁이 과도한 단말기 판매보조금의 원인이며, 누적 판매보조금은 사업자에게 적자 요인이 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적과 중요성을 적정보조금을 산출하는 것이다. 국내외 주요 이동전화 사업자들에 대한 가입자당 월평균수익(ARPU) 및 단말기 보조금 규모의 파악과 함께 단말기 보조금 회수에 걸리는 기간의 산촐을 통해 적정한 단말기 보조금 액수를 제시하였다.
