After COVID-19, team's collaborations are conducted online using whiteboard tools as remote working increases. In order to understand the problems of the convergence process using online whiteboard tools, an observation study comparing online and offline collaboration and a focus group interview were conducted. In addition, a questionnaire was conducted to confirm the found problem, and a solution idea was proposed. through in-depth interviews, we validate the proposed ideas. The convergence process of collaboration using online whiteboard tools had problems ; "excessive amount of information", "shift of view", "role of facilitator". To solve the problems, we proposed the idea of classifying each stage of the collaboration process, providing a navigator, and facilitator request system window. This paper proposed an idea that can effectively help the convergence process directly related to decision-making during the online collaboration process through analysis of advantages and problems of online and offline collaboration.

학습자 중심이라는 큰 장점을 가지고 급속도로 발전해 가는 온라인 교육의 세계적인 흐름에서 어린이 영어 교육사이트에 있어 어린이들에게 흥미를 높여주고 동기를 유발시키며, 추상적인 언어를 살아있게 해 주며, 적은 용량으로 애니메이션을 표현할 수 있는 플래시 애니메이션 활용의 필요성을 알아보았고, 기존 영어교육사이트의 플래시 애니메이션을 분석해 본 결과. 작업이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 동영상으로 보여줄 수 있는 상황의 이해, 학습동기 유발, 집중력 향상 등의 학습효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 사용자에 대한 많은 연구와 플래시 애니메이션의 적극적인 활용과 개선을 통해 어린이를 위한 온라인 영어 교육이 충분히 제 역할을 다 할 수 있는 계기가 되리라 기대한다.

Recently, interest in online teaching·learning and evaluation tools has increased in the context of Covid-19. In order to use tools effectively, it is necessary to identify the structural influence and causal relationship between the learner's affective and cognitive variables. In this study, to identify a causal relationship between motivation and thinking while using online judge, research and competing model were established and model fit/path analysis were performed. It was found that there was a linear causal relationship from tool usage, self-efficacy, flow, logical thinking, to computational thinking. It was confirmed that 'self-efficacy → flow', or 'flow' had mediating effect on the path from tool usage to thinking, and tool usage was not exerted to thinking through 'flow → self-efficacy'. The causality of 'logical thinking → computational thinking' was identified on the path where tool usage affects thinking ability through learning motivation, but the causality of 'computational thinking → logical thinking' was not identified.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the utilization status of the Comprehensive Support System for Reading Education and other Online tools to draw implications for its improvement. The levels of utilization of the system before and after the COVID-19 were compared, in order to analyze the degree of support and the level of contribution of the system to school library education in the COVID-19 situation, where the online platform utilization has been maximized in elementary and secondary education. A questionnaire survey was conducted among teacher librarians to compare the perceptions of the overall online tools and the utilization of the system in the school library education before and after the COVID-19. Requirements for the better system primarily based on teacher librarians' opinions were analyzed. Based on these, it was possible to discover necessary implications for the improvement of the system in order for the system to function as an online platform for school libraries.

This study is aimed to suggest the core elements of instruction and development program through understanding the generation Y's characteristics and examining the standards and education models for information literacy. Concretely, this paper is comparatively analyze and customize the successful online information literacy tutorial models adopted by university libraries in U.S.A, Japan, and Korea. As a result of research, the outline of the needed procedure and required contents for the improvement of the online tutorial in the university of our country are suggested.

Certificate security oriented cyber certificate is important tool for the purpose of offering user-authentication service based on on-line system. In the paper, we analyzed management implement which could make the efficient use of certificate security oriented cyber terror response. This algorithm called SOL(Security Oriented Language) will make efficient use of the service about authentication consisting of the basis in the age of information through efficient management and partial use of each certificates. Especially, SOL could be used efficiently by grafting a small group of on-line system which is operated with particular purposes.

현재 인터넷의 활성화로 웹 페이지의 활용이 여러 분야로 확산되고 있다. 따라서 도서 및 출판물과 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠도 많은 업체에서 웹을 통한 온라인 방식으로 제공되고 있다. 이러한 온라인 방식을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해서는 오프라인과 비교하여 최대의 약점인 가독성 문제를 해결하기 위한 효율적인 뷰어, 제공자가 컨텐츠 및 회원 정보 등을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 통합관리 시스템, 컨텐츠의 복제와 무단배포 방지를 위한 자료의 암호와 사용자의 개인정보를 포함한 클라이언트와 서버간에 전송되는 데이터의 보안을 위한 웹 보안, 온라인 상에서 지불이 가능한 전자 결제 시스템의 제공이 필수 불가결하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 형태의 자료를 포함하는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 온라인 상에서의 효율적인 제공을 위할 통합시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관한 방법을 제시하였다.

관광 분야에서 온라인 리뷰의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 온라인 리뷰의 텍스트 데이터는 파악이 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특정 관광지에 대한 온라인 리뷰 텍스트 데이터가 나타내는 전반적인 의견을 직관적으로 도출하는 방법에 대해 알아보고자, 토픽 모델링과 Markov Chain을 시행했다. '해운대'에 대한 온라인 리뷰를 수집한 후, LDA와 BTM을 활용하여 주제를 도출하고, Markov Chain을 시각화하여 키워드 간의 관계와 전체적인 평가 내용을 확인했다. 사용된 기법은 각자 특징적인 결과를 제시했기 때문에 다양한 기법을 상보적으로 이용하기를 제안하였다.

This study attempted to share the results of real-time online tests in online classes conducted by 33 students in the 4th grade of the department of nursing, K University, and to suggest ways to secure fairness in real-time online tests. Real-time online testing in this study utilized zoom cloud meetings. Students were invited to participate in the meeting at the same time with a desktop or laptop, including a mobile phone, and the instructor displayed a single question in real time on the screen and collected answers using private talk. Through this method, students' monitor screen, keyboard, mouse, and posture were monitored and controlled. As a result of the survey on the real-time online test, 93.8% of students answered that they were fair and satisfied overall, and 90.6% said they were willing to recommend the online test to others. In the upcoming future, remote lectures and online tests will become more active, so efforts should be made to gradually expand to other tests by developing a fairer, more systematic and easy-to-use online testing method.

본 논문은 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 사용자들이 정보교류와 의사소통을 활발히 전개하여 사용자혁신 (User Innovation)을 촉진하는 사례들과 이와 관련된 현안 이슈들, 그리고 기업의 사용자혁신 활용 전략을 다루고 있다. 특히 인터넷의 보급과 확산을 통해 사용자들이 온라인 커뮤니티를 형성하고 상호 교류할 수 있는 장이 마련되어 사용자혁신이 더욱 활성화 될 수 있으므로, 휴대기기 산업에서 이러한 사례를 발굴하여 분석하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 MP3 플레이어 산업에서 기업이 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 고객정보를 어떻게 획득/처리/활용하는지, 그리고 스마트폰인 블랙잭 제품에서 어떤 과정을 통해 사용자혁신이 이루어지는 지를 사례연구 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 1)온라인 커뮤니티에서 사용자의 역할과 (정보공유, 아이디어 창출, 문제해결, 정보취합, 제품테스트, 사용의견 제시, 제품홍보 등) 기업의 대응전략, 2)기업과 고객간 커뮤니케이션 패턴 (질문/불평/사용후기 및 피드백/시제품/공지 등) 특성, 3)온라인 커뮤니티 내에서 사용자간 커뮤니케이션 패턴과 현안, 4)온라인 커뮤니티 활성화를 통한 신제품개발 촉진방안 등으로 구분하여 제시되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 사용자혁신 사례를 바탕으로, 사용자혁신을 촉진하고 신제품개발과정에서 사용자의 참여를 강화할 수 있는 정책적 함의를 정리하였다. 특히 개방형 혁신이 강조되는 상황에서 사용자혁신은 개방형 혁신의 한 형태도서도 의미가 있으며, 향후 더 많은 사례연구와 실증분석이 요구된다.
