In this paper, we studied about method that instructor and learner execute teaching-learning activities and about the educational effects of a web based practice instruction. And, in practice instruction, we examined about role and influence of instructor, learner and manager. This study shows the method that instructor and learner execute teaching-learning activities and interaction activities in a "construction of e-business system" curriculum to support the informational education for an industrial workers. The research subject was the 15 industrial workers who enrolled a informational instruction coulee provided for two weeks by kimpo college, As a research method, workers survey, interview, and profile analysis were used for this study. The result of this study show that interaction between instructor, learner and manager was not executed actively, but the manner of lecturing about interest of learner, usage of email, question and answer of bulletin board, online-practice were brought an effect on interaction of learner activities and the educational effects.l effects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of flipped learning strategy, which is an online offline convergence learning strategy becoming a hot issue, on students' learning styles..Ultimately, the goal is to analyze the academic achievements and learning attitudes by applying the flipped learning strategy considering the preferred learning styles of Korean students. By assuming that Korean students are accustomed to traditional lecture class, it is assumed that the students would have difficulty in applying the flipped learning strategy which involves information gathering and problem solving through discussion. In order to analyze whether the application of flipped learning strategy is effective, it is necessary to identify students' preferred learning style and to develop appropriate teaching strategies accordingly.

Various efforts are being made to live a Green life began to recognize an importance of eco-friendly living. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a mobile-based environmental keeping education service, which is offered well-defined category searching and environmental outreach related designed categories, for the purpose of supporting distribution of educational application. The implemented prototype system not only plays a function of environmental pollution report, related to simple environmental stewardship schemes, but also provides environmental monitoring service and integrated educational system supporting certified online volunteer activity. This study provides an one of famous methods to the youth for environmental monitoring education system based on mobile environments, and suggests an improvement to the environmental education for schools students.

Recently, The E-Learning becames popular in modern education society, and the education of E-Learning form increased. among them, the leadership education which cultivate the leader who is a present community leader role is more important. The Leadership-activity give effects to consultant and consulters through the relationship each other. However, the leadership-activity is difficult to be reified because it differs from concepts of E-learning that is one-direction teaching mechanism. Beside, the restriction in time and space and considered as important factors because of offline characteristics. The paper presents an online mentoring community form unities among professors, student, and managers having the same subjects in virtual spaces. The community is based on the Leadership-activity. The community system contributes in aspects to a new evaluation mechanism and a new method to communication between mentors and mentees. The paper introduces the system architectures and the implementation method for the presenting community system in details.

물류관리는 기술의 발전과 깊은 관련을 맺고 있다. 정보처리 전산화 및 자동화된 물류설비의 발전은 개별기업의 물류활동을 더욱 원할 하게 수행할 수 있도록 해 주고 있다. 특히 한창 피어나고 있는 전자상거래는 기존의 상품구매과 정과는 달리 원거리에서 인터넷을 통하여 주문이 되기 때문에 기업은 전자상거래 환경에 맞는 대 고객서비스 방향 설정과 물류활동을 새로운 차원에서 관리해야 할 것이다 최근 CALS와 더불어 최종 고객의 요구를 충족시키기 위하여 공급자에서 부터 최종 고객에게 이르기까지의 공급체계(Supply Chain)내의 각 기업간에 긴밀한 협조를 통해 공급체계 전체 물류의 최적화를 위한 공금체계관리(Supply Chain Management)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 여전히 사용자의 요구에 부응하는 서비스가 제대로 이루어지지 않는 상황에서 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 전자상거래 쇼핑몰은 택배 회사와 연계하여 GPS등의 기술을 이용한 화물운송정보체계(CVO : Commercialvehicleoperationsystem)를 활용하여 공동배달정보망을 추축해서, 배달추적이 가능하고 신속 정확한 수배송계획을 효율적으로 처리하도록 해야 할 것이다. 이러한 토다 나은 서비스를 위해 본 논문에서는 GPS, GIS를 연계한 물류 모니터링 시스템의 프로토타입에 대하여 설명한다 개발한 프로토타입은 GIS와 GPS를 바탕으로 이동체와 무선 데이터 통신을 이용하여 이동체의 위치를 센터에서 관리학 수 있도록 한 시스템이다. 또한 자바를 기반으로 개발되어 고객이 웹을 통해 자신의 물건의 위치를 파악 할 수 있는 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 전자상거래가 활성화됨에 따라 고객은 원거리에서 인터넷으로 주문처리하고, 신속 안전한 배달을 기대한다. 더불어 고객은 현재 자신의 물건이 배달되는 경로를 알고싶어 한다. 웹을 통해 물건을 주문한 고객이 자신이 물건의 배달 상황을 웹에서 모니터링 한다면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.

As e-learning is recognized in new education form, Learning Management System that manage general activity of learning to maximize effect of education is being developed actively. Usually, Learning Management System includes course registration and learning as well as learner's learning recording and tracking, evaluation in online. But, most systems is lacking a tool that learners can collaborate with companion learners, and planning learning and set valuation basis as leading. In this paper, we can expect effective collaborative learning activities because can make debate and team project smooth by suggesting collaborative learning module that can drive voluntary participation such as group formation, learning plan, mutually estimation as leading to learner in Learning Management System of blended learning base that support online and offline environment both.

This study examined how four domains of corporate social responsibility (CSR) affect the trust and distrust of corporations and contribute to their reputation. In particular, this study examined the mediation role of trust and distrust between CSR domains and reputation. The results showed that ethical responsibility and philanthropic responsibility had influence on trust. Legal responsibility had a significant effect on the distrust. Companies that did not fulfill legal responsibilities were more likely to be distrusted. The influence of trust on corporate reputation was significant. The results of this study indicated that trust was a mediator between ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and reputation. Economic responsibility had a direct influence on reputation. Theoretical and practical implications for strategic approach in each CSR domain are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the Quality of Life of Ankylosing Spondylitis Patients Based on Korean Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (KBASDAI) and Korean Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (KBASFI). The subjects of this study were 19 years of age or older who were diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Data was collected through an online survey. A univariate analysis of differences in quality of life according to variable characteristics was performed, and multiple regression analysis was performed to examine factors affecting quality of life. As a result of regression analysis, the higher the KBASFI (𝛽=0.622, p<0.001) and the KBASDAI (𝛽=0.180, p=0.032) scores, and the lower the average monthly household income(𝛽= 0.186, p=0.001), the worse the quality of life. In order to improve the quality of life of AS patients, intervention studies that can lower disease activity and improve function are needed.

This study looked at how children's mental health is affected by Domestic violence and school violence at home and school after Covid-19, as well as how these victim experiences relate to children's mental health. This study surveyed 650 students from 14 middle schools in Wanju, Korea. The moderating effect of smartphone overdependence in the experience of violence and mental health was investigated. Major research findings: First, children's exposure to domestic violence and school violence has a significant impact on smartphone dependence. Second, children's exposure to domestic and school violence has a significant impact on their mental health. Third, it has been demonstrated that smartphone dependence is statistically significant in the relationship between domestic and school violence. Based on these findings, we present a convergent intervention and practice strategy for children in the Covid-19 era to cope with mental health problems and expand the support system.

This study tried to identify the key success factors of ABC by identifying the influence of ABC's success factors on project performance and analyzing the moderating effect of communication. For this purpose, factors applicable to construction projects were extracted through case studies related to the success factors of ABC, an activity-based financial management technique. The survey method was conducted as an online survey method using the Delphi method. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis and factor analysis were performed with SPSS Statistic 20, and hypothesis testing was performed with SmartPLS 2.0. As a result of the analysis, it was found that linkage with quality initiatives affects not only ABC's success factors on project performance, but also communication moderation effects. It was confirmed that linkage and communication with quality initiatives are the most important key success factors for ABC's success. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that if ABC and quality management are well linked, it will be effective in improving project performance.
