온라인 평가 시스템의 발전으로 오프라인을 통한 전통적인 시험에서 수준에 맞는 다양한 평가가 가능한 온라인 평가가 폭넓게 수행되고 있다. 하지만 평가문항에 대한 체계적인 유형 분류가 미흡하여 평가문항을 온라인 평가 시스템을 통해 표현하고 이기종 시스템간의 평가문항을 원활하게 공유하지 못하고 있다. 이 논문은 국내외 평가문항 유형 분류를 분석하고 온라인 상에서 평가문항을 효과적으로 표현하기 위한 명확한 문항 분류 기준을 제시한다.

The online stock transactions are gaining popularity at an incredible speed these days as more and more investors are adopting Internet as a new and convenient way of handling such transactions. As a consequence, the market for online stock exchange services is getting increasingly competitive; measuring and managing the quality of such services have become a crucial issue to the survival and growth of the stock brokerage houses. Unfortunately, however, little research effort to date has been made as to developing a set of valid and reliable measures for assessing investor perceptions of the quality of the online stock exchange service. The present study generates and tests a new set of multi-item measures for the quality of the online stock exchange service from an investor's perspective. This set of measures can be used in various stages and aspects of formulating online marketing strategies for stock brokerage firms. Marketing implications of this instrument for service providers are discussed.

본 연구는 인터넷에서 이용할 수 있는 다양한 종류의 온라인 정보원마다 대학생들이 가지고 있는 인지적 권위가 과제정보 평가에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 선행연구를 기반으로 도출된 변인에 따라, 온라인 학술논문, 온라인 사전, 소셜 Q&A, 온라인 사전에 대해 대학생들이 가지고 있는 각각의 인지적 권위가 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성, 객관성 평가에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 분석결과, 온라인 사전, 소셜 Q&A, 온라인 사전의 인지적 권위는 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성, 객관성 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 온라인 학술논문의 인지적 권위는 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study tried to develop the confidence indicators and evaluation factors of credibility according to the types of online information by nationwide large scale online survey. The main results are summarized as follows: i) confidence indicators by types of online information: information on news sites(72.553), financial companies(68.894), government sites(67.938), cafe(66.464), portal sites(65.001), collective intelligence sites(63.489), nonprofit organization (63.392), company/corporation sites(59.789), blog(59.066), online community sites(55.609), e-commerce sites(55.118), mini-homepage(50.695). ii) 'Widely known site' or 'famous site' is the most important factor for all types of online information. User opinions like as posting or comment are major factors for sites of cafe, blog, mini-homepage, online community, collective intelligence etc. and 'name recognition' and 'reputation' are main factors for site of financial company, corporation, government, nonprofit organization.

Online content evaluation standards were suggested in order to improve quality of education for informatics gifted students in this paper. This evaluation standards were developed by thinking and learning style and characteristics of gifted students which were presented in preceding research. The evaluation standards were reviewed through reliability analysis as well as analysis of the characteristics of items and validity analysis by experts of informatics gifted student education sector. In the result of analysis, reliability of items has been very reliable. Level of difficulty and discrimination about the characteristics of items has also shown satisfactory value. Developed the evaluation standards has 5 evaluation categories such as "talent development", "Interaction", and others. It also has 11 evaluation factors and 40 evaluation items. The online content evaluation standards can be helpful and useful in order to develop qualitative online contents and select online contents for informatics gifted student.

온라인 사용자 조사는 전통적인 사용자 조사 기법의 단점인 높은 사용자 평가 비용, 긴 조사 기간, 평가 장소의 제약 및 사용자 대표성 등을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 대안으로 인식되고 있다. 온라인 특성 상 동시에 수백명의 응답자가 접근 가능하기 때문에 조사 기간을 단축 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 상대적으로 많은 응답자의 정보를 수집할 수 있으며, 응답자가 편리한 공간에서 응답자 스스로 질문을 읽고 응답하기 때문에 생각할 여유를 더 많이 제공한다는 장점이 있어 전통적 사용자 조사 기법의 대안으로 많이 활용되고 있다. 특히 시스템의 발전으로 실제 제품 사용 사례를 사진으로 보여주거나 사용자가 직접 조사 시스템상의 에뮬레이터 활용을 통해 직접 제품사용과 유사한 경험을 제공하고 있어 평가 영역 또한 기존 직접 평가와 거의 유사하게 확장되고 있다. 하지만, 설문 응답자에 대한 신원확인 및 온라인 상에서 성실과 활동 수행 등 온라인 사용자 조사시의 신뢰도를 보장한 수 없다는 점과 온 라인 사용자 조사의 수행 결과가 기존의 직접 평가수행 결과와 동일한지에 대한 보장이 없다는 것이 온라인조사시스템 활용의 가장 큰 제약이다. 본 연구를 통해 온라인 사용자 조사의 효용을 높일 수 있는 접근 방법을 제시하기 위하여, 먼저 온라인 설문 조사에 적합한 휴대폰의 사용성 문제 특성을 정의하고, 특성에 대해 효과적인 조사 결과를 도출하기 위한 고려 요소들을 기술하다. 이와 더불어 온라인 설문 조사가 기존 전통적 조사의 대안이 아닌 새로운 효용을 가진 조사 기법으로서 활용 가능성을 주기적으로 제시함으로써, 온라인 사용자 조사에 적합한 설문 항목의 특성을 정의 및 확장하고자 한다.

This paper presents the online assessment questions management system and method. The proposed system consists of a database to store learner information and zone-specific items grouped by difficulty and item bank. This database includes: an item selection department and authoring assessment to select questions about a particular learner or specific learning item. In this paper, we propose: an item bank database which stores online output assessments; and an online test department to collect and sort learner evaluation data and answer selection order for online tests, click statistics, response time, and analysis unit response patterns department by analyzing the data collected by the online learners' test assessment, learners' level and ability, the diagnosis and assessment of report propensity. The proposed system will diagnose and effectively evaluate the learner's learning levels and learning ability by: answer selection order, number of clicks, and response time reflected in the results of the learners' evaluations.

This study aims to reveal what is necessary for pre-service science teachers to make good use of online formative assessment in the context of online classes. For 22 pre-service physics teachers, first, the preliminary perception of online classes, online formative assessment, and formative assessment was investigated; second, the practice process of online formative assessment was examined. Then the differences between perception and practice were compared and analyzed. Data were collected in preliminary surveys, lesson plans, online formative assessment items, and interview data. As a result of the study, an interaction was mentioned as the difficulty of online classes in the preliminary perception, and pre-service teachers mentioned the use of technology, feedback, and adjustment as advantages of online formative assessment. In most cases of practice, the automated feedback was used using the platform's technology, but it did not lead to adjustment and interaction. In addition, the use of items in online formative assessment was not suitable for formative functions. The reason why the interaction using formative feedback did not occur seems to be because the understanding of formative assessment was insufficient. Pre-service teachers need to be prepared for the 'formative' function through the feedback of online formative assessment so that can lead to interaction in online classes. The shift to online classes is creating difficulties, especially in interaction. It is necessary to prepare and educate pre-service teachers on fundamental aspects that can overcome these difficulties.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state of foreign online databases in the field of Science and Technology. Evaluation of databases is becoming increasingly important for information users and for information providers as well. Previous research studies on evaluation of Science & Technology databases were summarized. This paper examined major online databases of Science & Technology with a short annotation. And the results of analysis by subject fields, by publishers, by frequency, by online availability of 618 titles were also described.

Although the need for international online courses and the number of online learners has been rapidly increasing, the online class evaluation has been mostly relying on the quantitative survey analysis. So a more objective evaluation method has to be developed to more accurately assess online course satisfaction. This study highlights the benefits of using big data analysis from the bulletin board messages of online learning system as a method to evaluate the online courses. In fact, automatic classification technology is recognized as an important technology among big data analysis techniques. Our team applied this technique to evaluate the online courses. From the delphi analysis results, suggested method was concluded that the evaluation items and classification results are suitable for online course evaluation and applicable in schools or institutions. This study has confirmed that the rapidly accumulating big data analysis technology can be successfully applied to the education sector with the least change. It also diagnosed a meaningful possibility to expand the big data analysis for further application.
