The purpose of this study is to grasp the internet use time that young people use for purposes other than learning purpose, to grasp the perceived status of the youth according to internet use time and to grasp the interrelationships of them. Using the 2016 youth health behavior online survey, the odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals of perceived status according to internet use time were calculated by binary logistic regression analysis. The main results are as follows. In perceived health and perceived oral health the odds ratios of perceived who feel that they are perceived and unhealthy as the time spent using the Internet increased significantly compared to those who did not use the Internet for learning purposes. In the perceived body type, the odds ratio of being overweight increased significantly with longer internet use time. The odds ratios of perceived happiness were 1.19 times (CI = 1.10-1.30) higher than the perceived expectation of unhappiness when using the Internet for over 300 minutes. The use of the internet for a long time other than the purpose of learning may have a negative effect on the health and happiness of the youth, so we think that the recommended time for using the internet is necessary.

Open Science Project, which enables users to access and utilize public research results in a digital format, is being actively promoted overseas, and American university libraries are interested in research support service. Among the three OECD implementation measures, 'capacity building' can be effectively prepared through librarians' research support services. Therefore, this study investigated the policy of research support service implemented in leading American 13 university libraries in preparation for the open science era focusing on the recent literatures and library websites. Based on the best cases of research support service of American university libraries, I analyzed the homepage of 19 domestic research universities' library focusing on scholarly communication service and suggested improvements. In Korea, open access service and management of research data are lacking in terms of experience and expertise. This study result can be used as a basic reference when establishing the research support service plan needed in the open science era in the university library and can contribute to the improvement of the research ability of domestic researchers by introducing internationally competitive research support services.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how to make a proper investment in ICO in the market. Previously, companies used to borrow money from banks or to obtain investments from venture capital (VC) and angel investors, but now ICOs are used as a new type of funding and financing model. The ICO sells the tokens or coins created on the blockchain openly online to raise the necessary funds, and provides the market value by paying the tokens or coins as much as the investment amount. According to this study, the limitations of the ICO market are (1) difficulties in evaluating the company, (2) uncertainties in investments, (3) lack of legal safeguards, and (4) measures to secure corporate stability after recruitment. At present, there is no way to cope with this systematically since the ICO is not protected in the legal framework. Nevertheless, we investigated the ways to make proper investment in the existing ICO market. In investing in ICO, investors should (1) consider investment methods and profitability, and (2) verify and judge investment fraud through various channels (ex. Homepage, composition team profile, etc.) and make investments based on this. This study will contribute to the formation of a healthy ICO market by understanding the newly emerged ICO market and studying the considerations when investing in it, thereby contributing to the right investor training and reducing the mass production of consumer damages caused by fraud. The limitation of this study is that the domestic ICO has not yet been examined in the legal framework, so further research is needed when policy changes occur in the future.

The study was conducted to examine the educational experiences and perceptions of college students in the field of physical education as they were taken remote classes in university due to the effects of the social collective infection caused by COVID-19. To achieve the purpose of the study, an online survey was conducted on 278 university students who major in physical education, and the survey questions include the status of remote classes, remote class recognition (preference, and satisfaction level). As for the analysis method, frequency analysis, response sample t-verification, ANOVA, and word-cradle were performed using SPSS 22.0 and R programs, and all significance levels were set at .05. The results from the above research process are as follows. First, in the types of remote classes in the sports category due to COVID-19, video types were used the most in both theoretical and practical classes, and the following was shown as assignment types. The third type was the voice record lecture type for theoretical classes, and the practical class was the video lecture scene. Second, in the remote class preference for the students, both theory and practical classes, video format were the most prefered, followed by video lecture scene and voice lecture type. Third, the analysis of the differences in satisfaction between theoretical and practical classes of the students showed that there was no difference in satisfaction according to the type of class.

Research on diagnosing and predicting the response of ecosystems caused by environmental changes such as artificial disturbance and climate change is emerging as the most important issue of biodiversity and ecosystem researches. This study aims to clean, standardize, and provide the results of National Ecosystem Survey which should be considered fundamentally in diagnosing and predicting ecosystem changes in the form of dataset. To refine and clean the dataset we developed a simple verification program based on the fifth National Ecosystem Survey Guideline and applied that program to the data from the second (1997~2005), third (2006~2013) and fourth (2014~2018) National Ecosystem Survey. Data quality control processes were implemented including (1) standardization of terminology, (2) similar data table integration, (3) unnecessary attribute and error elimination, (4) unification of different input items, (5) data arrangement in codes, and (6) code mapping for input items. These approaches and methods are the first attempt propose an option for ecological data standardization in Korea. The standardized dataset of National Ecosystem Survey in Korea will be easily accessible, reusable for both researchers and public. In addition, we expect it will contribute to the establishment of diverse environmental policies concerning environmental assessments, habitat conservation, prediction of endangered species distribution and ecological risks due to climate change. The dataset through this study is open freely online via EcoBank (nie-ecobank.kr) which is the first ecological information portal system in Korea developed by National Institute of Ecology.

After the Corona 19 pandemic in the first half of 2020, the business environment has been changed in a very different way. The convergence in digital device would be the keyword of the future business. Due to the Corona 19 incident, the ability to utilize digital media devices has emerged as an important topic as people are focusing on online. The Corona incident has reminded us of how important digitalization is at all points of contact. This study analyzed the effects of digital media device and communication utilization capabilities on entrepreneurial intention by reflecting the mediating effect of risk-taking and proactiveness. For this study, a survey of 250 ordinary people was conducted and finally 212 valid questionnaires were collected. Statistical techniques were analyzed using Amos23. The analysis of the collected data showed that digital media device utilization and communication utilization did not directly affect entrepreneurship intentions, but it was confirmed that entrepreneurship risk-taking would have an intention to start a business. Through this, it was suggested that the development of start-up programs based on entrepreneurship and digital media utilization capabilities should be strengthened in a smart society centered on information and communication to expand job creation for the digital generation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between depression due to the COVID-19 pandemic and park use behaviors using on line posts. During the period of the pandemic prevention activities, text data containing both 'park' and 'depression' were collected from blogs and cafes in the search engine of Naver and Daum, then analyzed using Text Mining and Social Network techniques. As a result, the main usage behaviors of park users who mentioned depression were 'look', 'stroll(walk)' and 'eat'. Other types of behaviors were connected centering around 'look', one of the communication behaviors. Also, from CONCOR analysis, as the cluster referred from communication behavior and dynamic behavior was formed as a single behavior type, it was considered park users with depression perceived the park as the space for communication and physical activities. As the spread of COVID-19 caused the restriction of communication activities, the users might consider parks as one of the solutions. In addition, it was considered that passive usage behaviors have prevailed rather than active ones due to the depression. Resulting outcomes would be useful to plan helpful urban park for citizens. It is necessary to further analyze the park use behavior of users in relation to the period of before/after the COVID-19 pandemic and the existence/nonexistence of depression.

This study is a study that collects and analyzes data through An autoethnographyon as one of method of qualitative research, through which researcher have experienced firsthand in the process of developmenting and counseling there a new concept professional mental health mobile service platform as a mental health social welfare expert. The results of this study are as follows.First, there are people in Korea who are directly exposed to mental health issues and need to receive professional medical services, but there are also quite a few members of the public who have a desire for general mental health services, although the level of therapeutic intervention is not required. Second, considering the characteristics of modern society and especially in the pandemic situation of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, more and more people are preferring various mental health service platforms using mobile devices. Third, all generations complain of mental health issues such as family problems, stress, interpersonal relationships, and occupations, and other mental health problems such as self-harm and suicide accidents are frequently mentioned in connection with mental disorders such as depression, anxiety disorder, addiction, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Fourth, youngth s were exposed to various mental health-related issues, and above all, they were complaining of serious mental health problems such as self-harm and suicide accidents. Fifth, in delivering professional mental health services, mental health experts with the ability also to provide professional services online through mobile devices are needed as well offline. Finally, based on the results of this study, policy and practical suggestions related to the provision of mental health services in the future, and directions for follow-up studies were suggested.

The purpose of the present study was to determine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between the work-family conflict and depression of dual-income parents. The subjects were 214 dual-income parents aged 20 years and the data collected online in April 2021 were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 statistical program. This study conducted three stages of hierarchical regression analysis to confirm the mediating effect, which showed that work-family conflict had statistically significant effect on social support (β=-.188, p<.01), which was the mediating variable, and depression (β=.539, p<.001), which was the dependent variable. In the third stage, the study confirmed that social support had a partially mediating effect on the relationship between work-family conflict and depression, which was statistically significant in the Sobel test result as well (z=2.468, p=.013). In conclusion, the study confirms the need to establish strategies and arrange social support to solve the emotional problems of dual-income parents.

Recently, as the number of shopping facilities has increased, such as complex shopping malls, warehouse type superstores, large fashion outlets, and so on, the conflicts over the opening of large stores between neighboring municipalities are increasing. However, current regulations on the opening of large-scale stores, such as the impact analysis on commercial area, do not adequately reflect the characteristics of new type shopping facilities. In this study, we tried to suggest a rational policy alternative with more realistic suitability by analyzing the characteristics of 'regional shopping facilities' beyond the scope of the municipalities, and analyzing the impact on the regional merchants. The main results of the study are summarized as follows. First, unlike previous researches, which are limited to small business sector, this study presents the results of comprehensively comparing and analyzing the impact on the detailed sectors of the whole distribution market, including the large distribution sector and online distribution sector. Second, in this study, we calculated the total (average) amount of market penetration rate of existing shopping facilities by the entire regional shopping facilities in the Seoul metropolitan area, and this is considered to be of great value in relation to the recognition of problems at the whole level of the metropolitan area and the search for alternative solutions.
