The National Library of Korea is administering a legal deposit system for the printedpublications. Whereas, OASIS(Online Archiving & Searching Internet Sources) has to design a system to collect, manage and preserve web sites and web resources for Web Archiving. The purpose of this study is to develop a digital deposit process for digital resources. As a result, this study defines the subjects and objects for digital deposits, and describes the definitions and the functions according to digital deposit steps. Also, this study designs the data flow diagram and proposes the function definitions on unit works and the structure for the flow of information.

정부는 지난 1월 23일 "제1차 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전위원회"를 개최해 2003년부터 2005년까지 디지털콘텐츠산업발전을 위해 각 부처가 추진해야할 범정부적 정책과제인 [온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전기본계획]을 심의, 확정했다. 국무조정실장을 위원장으로 정보통신부, 재정경제부, 문화관광부, 산업자원부 등 총 10개 부처 차관 및 민간대표 10명으로 구성된 "온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전위원회"는 2005년까지 우리나라 디지털콘텐츠산업을 위해 정부가 추진해야할 정책방향과 주요과제를 최종 확정, 발표했다.

Due to the advent of knowledge-based society and digital environment, libraries especially national libraries are undergoing a transformation and the new concepts, processes and tools for collection development as the heart of libraries are evolving. The purpose of this paper is to propose the direction of hybrid resources development for ensuring sustainable collection and preservation of resources in national libraries. Accordingly, this paper looks about a transformation of national libraries and collection development, and investigates the coverage of national collections based positioning of national libraries through performance indicators in standard, definitions, purposes and missions. It also proposes legal deposit methods of digital resources through the law related library and investigates archiving method of online digital resources including hybrid collection development system in national libraries.

Various linguistic knowledge resources are required in order that machine can understand diverse variation in natural languages. This paper aims to devise an automatic construction method of linguistic resources by reflecting characteristics of online contents toward continuous expansion. Especially we focused to build NE(Named-Entity) dictionary because the applicability of NEs is very high in linguistic analysis processes. Based on the investigation on Korean Wikipedia, we suggested an efficient construction method of NE dictionary using the syntactic patterns and structural features such as metadatas.

최근 디지털 기술의 발전은 금융산업에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 디지털 기술의 도입으로 다양한 금융상품이 출현하게 되었고, 업무 프로세스의 개선을 가져왔으며, 금융기관을 이용하는 고객의 채널을 다양화시켰다. 본 연구는 우선 온라인 금융에 있어 계좌이체, 온라인 대출과 같은 기본적인 기능과 계좌통합, 자산관리 등의 새로운 기능을 분류하고, 각 기능을 이용하는 고객들이 어떠한 서비스품질의 자원을 중요하게 고려하는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 따라서. 온라인 금융을 기본적인 관점과 서비스 품질 관점의 두 가지 범주로 나누어 고객만족도 상승에 영향을 미치는 요인을 단계적으로 파악해 내는데 주안점을 두었다. 본 연구의 자료는 금융기관에서 온라인 금융서비스를 제공할 때 중요한 기능 서비스품질을 효과적으로 도출해 내는데 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

As logistic environment of digital resources is rapidly changing, protection of the intellectual property for digital resources has been recognized as one of important issues. Digital Rights Management (DRM) has taken much interests from ISP, authors and publishers of digital content as an integrated approach to create a reliable environment for access and the use of digital resource. In this paper we proposed a dynamic digital rights management system based on adaptive agent theory (ARPA : Adaptive Resource Protection Agent) to address problems facing contemporary DRM approaches : static rights management problem solving and strengthened monitoring/tracking system. We introduced a dynamic mission control scheme to realize dynamic digital rights management. We incorporated adaptive agent theory to implement on-and off-line tracking and protection. Through the implementation of protype system, the process, the process dynamic digital rights protection will be demonstrated.

본 논문에서는 홈네트워크 기술을 통해 원격의료 원격진료 원격검침 원격제어 등 편리한 생활이 가능하고, 대화형 TV VOD(Video On Demand) 온라인 게임 등의 각종 오락을 가정에서 편리하게 즐길 수 있어 여가 시간을 효율적으로 활용 가능하게 하여 즐거운 가정을 이룰 수 있다. 방범 방재 안전한 개인 정보 관리 등을 통해 개인 및 가정의 프라이버시를 보장받고, 도난 재난 등을 24시간 방지하여 안전한 생활을 보장받을 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 양방향 홈쇼핑 홈뱅킹 에너지 관리 등 개인의 경제 활동을 가정에서 처리하고 전기 가스 등의 공공 자원을 외부에서 효율적으로 관리함으로써 윤택한 가정을 누릴 수 있는 국내외 홈네트워크 기술 동향 및 국내 기술개발 정책에 대해 연구하였다.

본 내용은 전자 정보를 이용하는데 있어서 어려운 점에 대한 논의로 온라인, CD-롬 그리고 웹소스 내에 정보의 주된 차이점을 나타내고 있다. 정보 매체에 관하여 특별히 참고하기 위해 1992년부터 1996년까지의 Arhus 공공 도서관 비즈니스 정보서비스 자료 이용률을 분석했다. 1994년 이후 열람횟수가 감소되었는데, 이는 (1) 온라인 데이터베이스 사용자수의 증가, (2) CD-롬 형태로 제공되는 비즈니스 정보의 증가 (3)인터넷의 확산으로 설명할 수 있다. 전자 정보 서비스 시장에 관한 DGXIII 보고서로부터의 최신 정보가 포함되어 있다. 미래의 전자 정보 이용자들에게 일반적으로 요구되는 것은 더 전문적인 태도와 진보된 검색방법이다. '웹 정보 교육'의 개념이 정의되었고 두 가지 관련된 것으로 (1) 인터넷과 인터넷의 자원에 관한 지식과 (2) 인터넷 이용자의 주된 이용방법에 대한 혁신이 토론되었다.

웹을 저작 공간으로 사용한 Wiki Wiki Web[4]은 텍스트 자원을 사용한 복잡하고 다양한 이야기의 표현이 가능하며 실시간은 아니지만 시분할 방식의 이야기 공동 저작과 감상을 지원한다. 하지만 이러한 도구를 사용하여 그림일기와 같은 그림과 텍스트 내공이 복합된 이야기를 저작하는 경우, 저작자는 텍스트 자원을 사용하여 이야기를 구성해야 하기 때문에 그림이 표현되어야 하는 부분을 표현할 수 없으며 공동저작을 손쉽게 하는 자동화 도구를 제공하지 않기 때문에 저작도구의 사용에 대한 불편함을 느끼게 된다. 이처럼 그림일기나 동화 등의 다양한 형태의 이야기를 표현하기 위해서 사용자가 멀티미디어 자원들을 사용하도록 하고 손쉬운 이야기를 구성하도록 하는 디지털 스토리텔링 저작도구가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 저작자가 온라인상에서 직접 그린 스케치 영상을 사용하여 이야기의 배경과 캐릭터를 만들고 그것을 이야기 저작 소재로 사용하도록 하는 배경 및 액터 생성도구를 제공하고 다양한 형태의 이야기를 저작자가 손쉽게 표현하도록 하는 이야기 구성의 자동화 도구를 제공하면서 여러 사용자들이 실시간으로 이야기 저작과 감상에 공동으로 참여하도록 하여 저작된 결과를 애니메이션으로 감상할 수 있도록 하는 디지털 스토리텔링 도구를 설계하고 구현하였다.
