  • 과학기술의 발달로 인한 사회 문화적 트렌드의 변화는 새로운 기회와 가능성을 제공해 주며, 정보통신기술은 통신과 방송, 통신과 콘텐츠 등 영역간의 경계를 허물며 융합을 가능하게 하고, 우리의 감성과 상상력을 자극하여 새로운 문화적 가능성을 열어주고 있다. 이러한 상황들은 방송 통신 융합이라는 이름으로 방송과 통신, TV와 PC 온라인과 오프라인 등의 모든 영역에서 다양한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 방송과 통신의 융합은 마치 역사상 신대륙의 개척 과정처럼 새로운 제품과 새로운 시장을 창출해내는 능력을 가지고 있기 때문에, 국내는 물론 세계의 모든 비즈니스 업체들은 이 기회의 땅을 향해 전력 질주하고 있다. 또한, 이에 따르는 콘텐츠의 융합 역시 괄목할만하며, 게임과 영화, 다큐멘터리와 드라마 등의 콘텐츠 간의 융합은 물론이고, 최근에는 모바일에서 영화를 제작하고, 게임과 소설 네트워크가 결합하고, 심지어는 게임 안에서 음악을 유통시키는 유통의 융합까지도 이뤄지고 있다. 이와 같은 다양한 융합의 확산은 미디어와 플랫폼의 등장뿐만 아니라 플랫폼 간 교차와 연결 및 통합이 가능한 미디어 전경(landscape)을 창출해 내고 있으며, 인터넷과 TV의 결합은 다양한 애플리케이션을 구현할 수 있는 전송 메커니즘을 서로 연결시켜 수많은 형태의 다중 플랫폼을 등장시키고 있다. 이로 인하여 방송 서비스와 인터넷 서비스가 네트워크나 전송 플랫폼의 구별 없이, 그리고 디바이스의 선택과 상관없이 활용되는 통합 플랫폼 환경이 폭 넓게 조성되고 있다. 따라서, 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 사용자의 요구 및 새로운 비즈니스 모텔에 대한 요구를 만족할 수 있어야 하며, 일관된 기술로 통선 및 서비스간의 호환성을 유지하는 인터페이스의 표준화가 이루어져야한다. 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 초고속 데이터 통신망을 활용하는 멀티미디어 및 IP 멀티캐스트 기능을 활용한 서비스들과 연계하여, 관련된 소재 산업들의 파급효과가 매우 크며, 관련 분야에 미치는 효과가 막대하므로, 이에 대한 적절한 육성전략을 고찰해보도록 한다.

  • Abroad service of domestic academic thesis is very important for the enhancement of cited counting and Korea journals acknowledgement. The basis is to register DOI, the international academic thesis identifier at each thesis. It requires uneasy process depositing academic thesis to CrossRef which manages and registers DOI. KISTI has been conducting DOI/CrossRef deposit business object to domestic societies in scientific and technical field. In this thesis, we designed and implemented academic thesis DOI enrollment supporting system which is able to manage the required process on the online for the DOI/crossRef deposit business.

교육기술과 전자출판 기술의 융합 - EDUPUB 추진 현황과 발전 가능성 연구

  • 단행본, 소설, 잡지, 만화 등 다양한 형태의 전자출판물에 공통적으로 적용 가능한 표현 기술과 콘텐츠 유통을 위한 패키징 기술로 구성된 표준인EPUB3가 국제표준기구인 ISO/IEC에서 국제표준으로 채택됨에 따라 시장 표준이 공적 표준으로 통합되는 현상이 전자출판 분야에서도 뚜렷이 나타나고 있다. 본고에서는 전자출판 표준인 EPUB3을 교과서 등 교육용 교재, 참고서, 학습서 등 교육 분야에 확대 적용하기 위하여 온라인 평가 서비스, 학습용 소프트웨어 연계, 교육용 메타데이터 활용 등 이질적인 기술 들 간의 융합이 어떻게 이루어져야 하는지에 대한 방향을 제시한다. 이러한 노력은 지난 2013년부터 국제 표준화 단체인 IDPF(International Digital Publishing Forum), IMS Global Learning Consortium, World Wide Web Consortium이 구성한 EDUPUB Alliance를 통해 구체화되고 있다. 따라서 향후 어떠한 구체적인 주제의 논의가 국내에서도 필요한지 알아본다. 또한 디지털 교과서와 학습 교재는 모바일 및 온라인 학습환경에서 다양하게 활용될 수 있으며, 학습자가 생성하는 학습 데이터를 체계적으로 수집하고 분석한다면 학습결과를 향상시키는데 큰 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • ISO 9001 International Quality Management System is international standard for develop a quality management system of organization. More efficient quality management supports a good environment for customer satisfaction to product and service that anytime. So, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) was certificated ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2003 up to now. That is the first time on information flow and service for science and technology. For more efficient quality management, KISTI built a KQMS online system based on web. We obtain a improvement of customer satisfaction and efficiency of work, reduction of work processing time using KQMS.

A Study on the Effects of Online Word-of-Mouth on Game Consumers Based on Sentimental Analysis (감성분석 기반의 게임 소비자 온라인 구전효과 연구)

  • Unlike the past, when distributors distributed games through retail stores, they are now selling digital content, which is based on online distribution channels. This study analyzes the effects of eWOM (electronic Word of Mouth) on sales volume of game sold on Steam, an online digital content distribution channel. Recently, data mining techniques based on Big Data have been studied. In this study, emotion index of eWOM is derived by emotional analysis which is a text mining technique that can analyze the emotion of each review among factors of eWOM. Emotional analysis utilizes Naive Bayes and SVM classifier and calculates the emotion index through the SVM classifier with high accuracy. Regression analysis is performed on the dependent variable, sales variation, using the emotion index, the number of reviews of each game, the size of eWOM, and the user score of each game, which is a rating of eWOM. Regression analysis revealed that the size of the independent variable eWOM and the emotion index of the eWOM were influential on the dependent variable, sales variation. This study suggests the factors of eWOM that affect the sales volume when Korean game companies enter overseas markets based on steam.

Online Shopping: Satisfaction of Return Services and Return Reasons According to Types of Fashion Shopping Malls (패션 온라인 쇼핑몰에 따른 반품이유와 반품물류서비스 만족도)

  • Recently, as the fashion e-commerce market has expanded, the proportion of online shops that are growing rapidly has increased and with them so too has competition. Most retailers operating online shops need their own competitiveness, and accordingly, the need to develop their logistics service quality components is increasing. This study investigated the quality of the logistics services, which is a factor of the logistics service quality of the internet shop. It influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by collecting samples from the customers using online fashion shops. Two hundred customers who shop online were surveyed to extract the data. The sample was subjected to basic statistical analysis using the SPSS 25.0 package, and factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. The results of this study showed that the information quality of proactive return, promptness of the return process, and reliability of the return cost had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and it had a significant influence on the customer's repurchase intention to the online store. A selection of shops showed high amounts of return reasons, high customer satisfaction, and high repurchase, whereas, in general, many others scored poorly across these criteria. This suggests that a retailer operating online should consider pages for receiving information plus sales content in addition to the quality and constituent factors of its logistics services for returns that influence repurchase and satisfaction.

The Analysis for Web-board Game Policy in China : The Case Study for 'Bianfeng' Game (중국 웹보드 게임 정책 분석: '비엔펑' 게임사례를 중심으로)

  • This research aims to inquiry the present state of online game industry and related laws and investigate the nature and feature of the web-board game policy through the case of web-board game operation in China. We reviewed China local literature of online mobile game industry and inspected foreign entry, copyright protection, safety audit, distribution, and shop in China laws related to online game. We examined the game operation of the most famous 'Bianfeng' game company among China web-board game and considered how the charge and exchange for game money is made at issue. The result was revealed that money exchange was made in twilight zone neither legal nor illegal due to dual feature of China law. It is an ambiguous judgment that did not take a strong prohibition. However, we found that minium regulation was gone just in case social trouble happened. The result of this research will expect to help Korea regulation authorities and game company that have plans to enter China market the guideline for game operation policy.

  • The rapid digitalization has highlighted the importance of identifying and managing online resources. Especially, the need for a systematic identification system for the efficient distribution and preservation of digital content is growing. This study aims to respond to these contemporary demands by investigating the current state of identification systems for online resources and exploring more systematic management and utilization methods through linking these systems with legal deposit. To achieve this, the study surveyed the identification systems and their issuance status for online resources and analyzed prior research related to these online resources. Based on the analysis, the proposed strategies for linking with legal deposit can be summarized into three categories: First, to prioritize and enhance the utilization of legal deposit, strategies are required to strengthen the mutual complementarity of deposit and use, to assign priorities to certain deposits, and to increase the usability of deposited materials. Second, as strategies based on international standard numbers for linking with legal deposit, it is necessary to integrate ISBN and UCI in the deposit process, to link international standard resource numbers with deposit, to interconnect metadata between international standard numbers and UCI, to integrate UCI and ICN, and to introduce automation technology for upgrading the deposit system. Third, to effectively implement the aforementioned strategies, policy support is essential. This includes enhancing the role of the Korean Bibliographic Standards Center, strengthening cooperation with publishers, compensating for deposited materials, and increasing awareness and institutional compensation for the legal deposit system.

  • This study was started to not only resolve structural problems such as lack of contents, an unstable structure of earnings, and reduction of an additional market in Korean film industry through revitalizing digital cinema, but also make digital cinema become a power for growing Korean film industry furthermore. In the section of revitalizing digital cinema production, I suggest that expanding an audience base of low budget art cinema using digital technology will contribute to diversity film contents, and joint production with broadcasters by digital technology will expedite growing film industry as well as revitalizing digital cinema production. In the section of revitalizing digital cinema distribution, I insist, we should make effort positively to build reasonable hold-back and so on in order that film industry's positive participation in the market of digital film distribution and new media such as DMB or IP-TV may become an additional market to film industry. In conclusion, we can gain a foothold to leap toward a Position of cultural technology Power through efforts to resolve problems inherent in digital cinema.

  • The global success of PSY's Gangnam Style was mediated through combination of YouTube and SNS. PSY's success led into some communication scholars' consideration of new international circulation of Korean pop culture (Korean Trend 2.0). In terms of global circulation of pop culture, it is noticeable how users appropriate YouTube channel beyond mere watching music videos and mere international circulation of Korean pop culture. The mode of fan's activity and appropriation contributes to the expansion of the width and amplification of the volume of Korean popular culture as well. The circulation of pop culture was considered in the level of exchange of tangible commodities such as CD, DVD, and so on until the adoption of digital media and Internet. YouTube has brought new mode in which the international circulation of pop culture is mediated without exchange of tangible commodities but was amplified with the diffusion of network. This study grasps how the mode of users' appropriation contributes to international circulation of pop culture through case studies of some K-pop music videos and international K-pop fans' tribute activities. In terms of theoretical perspective, fandom studies will be examined. In terms of research method, the researcher adopts netnography, a participatory observation on network, to find the feature of fandom and its contribution to the international circulation of pop cultures.
