이태리 패션시장에서의 바잉 오피스 및 트레이드 쇼의 역할에 대한 연구 (The Role of Buying Office and Trade Shows in the Italian Fashion Market)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate distribution structure system in the Italian Fashion market through the buying office and trade show. The role of trade show in Italian fashion market is facilitate interactions between the producers and buyers. Milano Unica is an example of Italian fashion trade show that successfully create the right image and attract the right audience through the differentiation policy of management strategy for the show organization. The role of buying office is to offer satisfactions for their customers through giving right informations about the product that they request to buy and confidence of quality and price.

천공상태에 따른 오피스 창호의 적정 투과율 선정 (Selection to the Optimal Windows Transmittance of Office Building on Sky Conditions)

  • The purpose of this study is to select the optimal and minimum transmittance for visual amenity in office buildings. This study progressed as follows. The first, we select 5 films with various transmittance based on the current film makers whose films being used on the windows of office building nowadays and the case study of construction. And then we choose 6 kinds of transmittance as evaluation object including plain glass. The second, we made a mock-up models having different transmittance on the southern windows with model of real scale office building. The third, we select 17 pairs of adjectives for the evaluation of visual comfort on interior or exterior conditions with transmittance factor. The fourth, subjective evaluation experiment was done using selected evaluation adjectives and the result was analyzed. The results are as follows : the minimum transmittance appropriate for the office building is 30%∼40% and the optimal transmittance range is 40%∼60%.

  • Today's economic environment, which has reached to an unlimitedly competitive edge, is producing numbers of economical values and new type of knowledges under the paradigm of "globalization". With the increasing demands of the values and knowledges, enterprises have to deal with larger amount of information and to utilize it in organized ways than any other time, to adjust to the global economic circumstances. And they have to cope with the changes to the office environment, too. Now every corporation has been laid to the point of time that needs more rational and effective ways of business management and providing work environment. Therefore, this research aims at understanding the basic of new corporate culture and office environment by analyzing the factors that caused changes to that of advanced countries, and providing knowledges for proper reaction and acceptance for these changes.e changes.

  • Meaningless in such a rapidly grown society to have a conventional and tedious understanding and interpretation of the public only in terms of the relationship of others. This study, therefore, investigates and developed the notion and the importance of the public that has been formed and developed with the urban growth and that has disappeared through modernization. The arument will be focused on how to revitalize the public in the contemporary cities through a right interpretation of the public in the contemporary. The ultimate purpose of the thesis is to propose a design strategy by which the new public sphere will be reconstructed within the contemporary office space.

  • This study is on the interior design standards which is based on the user participicatiov. The design standards in office planning is relied on user participication with practical method and suitable survey item. On space programming and zonning phase, work relationship, visiting rate and characteristics of work can be applied. The rate to take desk-occupancy, information processing grade, the needs of side work table, visitor table and surplus storage space can help to get workstation unit type. The layout of units can be applied on the grade of communication and work-concetration.

  • Daylight is an important component for human and energy saving. Also, available daylight in inside provides positive influence on psychological and physiological aspects as well as good visual environment. It is important to lighting design for office building not only designing for artificial lighting but also using daylight for energy savings. Therefore, lighting designers and architectures must consider the effects of the daylight for human environment and energy savings. The BIN Method is one of the methods to predict energy savings using computer simulation but it spends more time than expectation. So, this study performs to simulate a simple space using the RADIANCE for examination and simplification of the BIN Method.

  • Construction companies are now trying a variety of cost-cutting strategies in the midst of recent slump of construction market. Notably, contract workers and local hires are accounting for increasing portion of management manpower as a part of their cost-reduction drive. However, construction site manpower researches to date have focused primarily on productivity analysis of site laborers, with little attention to the productivity of site management resources. This study aims to analyze the staffing status of office building construction site management manpower in reference to project size. Conclusions herein will provide basic inputs for subsequent attempts to build a model to enable efficient staffing of construction site management manpower.

  • Recently, much attention is paid on the office design be-cause the real world of work has undergone substantial changes, in both spatial and temporal aspects, due to the in-troduction of data processing technologies and new types of production. Today's renewed objectives of office are to define new physical space for work, to deal with economic and organizational changes. In the period of information, the purpose of an office is to improve the productivity for employers employees the comfort and vitality. Today's intellecture resources are necessary for the development in the modern business. The Hypid office, as an alternative in order to correspond the rapid changes, is proposed to give the space for satisfy-ing the basic desires of a human being-eating, resting and working. Accompanying with flexibility and comfortability, this office should include the space for personal purpose and the space for social purpose. Applying the concept of comfort like at home leads to re-lease a worker's stress from the society of information. The future office which is to enhance the quality of culture by in-tegrating indivisual, domestic and social life should commu-nicate efficiency, movement, energy, transformation.

  • 본 논문은 스프링 프레임워크 2.5와 아이바티스 2.3 환경에서 안드로이드 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 오피스 웹앱 시스템의 설계 및 구현을 하는데 목적이 있다. 현재까지 경량 컨테이너 구조로 잘 사용되고 알려진 구조가 스프링 프레임워크이다. 또한 데이터베이스의 생산성을 높여주기 위한 기법으로 ORM이 있다. 현재 ORM 매퍼로 현업에서 널리 이용되고 있는 도구로 아이바티스가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경량 컨테이너 구조로 가장 잘 알려진 스프링 프레임워크 2.5와 아이바티스 2.3 ORM 솔루션 환경에서 안드로이드 기반의 모바일 웹앱 시스템을 분석한 후 구현하여 이전의 사양과의 객관적인 개발 생산성 지침을 제공하고자 한다.
