This paper reports the evaluation of six open-source software systems for participatory digital archives. This is an effort to create a digital platform for the social memory of No Gun Ri, which was first recognized in 1999 as a civilian massacre. The process of how it was reported and investigated is critical to understanding this brutal incident. In addition, the course of its cultural recovery has witnessed the reconstruction of the No Gun Ri memory. Thus, it is important to embrace the social memory around the massacre in these archives. In consideration of a virtual space for memory, this study takes the form of participatory archives to provide a mechanism in which anyone can share their memories. As a way to find a digital archives system for No Gun Ri, this study analyzed open-source software based on identified functions and requirements for participatory digital archives. Knowing the details of digital systems, this study discussed how contents for social memory can be stored and used in a digital system.

Recent trends in urban policies show the increasing importance of urban parks. Moreover the park policy and planning are increasingly important for the good urban park system. Comparative studies in the operational system and planning contents of the parks and green space plans of the major cities would be timely and meaningful. This study aims to provide a comparative study in operational system and planning contents of the Parks and Green Space Master Plan at urban scale. Sites include London, New York, Berlin, Sydney and Seoul. Analyses are focused on the master plans and strategy reports of each city. Frameworks for analysis are divided into operational system and planning contents. The results are as follows. First, the Parks and Green Space Plans as an open space planning linked to related resources would contribute to both integrated resources management and practice of the fairness. Second, evolution from quantity to quality of the parks and green space plan enhances revitalization and regeneration. Third, shift from the 'supply oriented plan' to 'need based plan' model provides flexible planning model to meet the demographic change, trend change, preference and use. Fourth, planning agents, enlarged opportunities for participation within each phase, diversified of the participants lead the changes from the passive participation to active one. In order to improve the practicability of the parks and green space master plan, a flexible planning strategy including social awareness changes and park governance is required.

As altmetrics has received a lot of attention as an muti-dimensional impact assessment tool, it is necessary to verify whether it can supplement the citation-based research performance evaluation system. This study analyzed and compared the effects of each altmetrics sources on citation by sampling 1,600 high-cited papers published in the last 10 years (Sample A) and non-year-limited papers (Sample B) indexed in Scopus. In addition, it was analyzed whether the OA of the paper had a moderating effect on the numbers of cited-by, and the difference according to the samples was verified. As a result of the analysis, only the number of Mendeley bookmark readers was analyzed to have a positive (+) effect on the numbers of cited-by, and OA status had a significant moderating effect in both groups. However, in sample A, OA showed a reinforcing effect on cited-by, whereas Sample B showed a weakening effect, showing a difference. On the other hand, social mention such as media reports do not have a significant effect on the cited-by regardless of OA conditions, but they can be used to understand the social impact of non-academic mass readers.

This study proposes urban development concept and strategies for Garden City, focused on Solaseado, Yeongam Heanam Tourism-Leisure Type Enterprise City in Korea. Understanding that an essential element of a garden is the endless care performed by gardeners, the Garden City development concept suggests applying this idea to making planned cities by cultivating the potential natural landscape of the site in the long run. The meaning of Garden City can be defined in three aspects; an attitude and process of planning a city, a system for constructing the spatial structure of a city, and city branding. A Garden City is a city structured with the spirit of a garden, a city where open space networks become the urban structure, and a city that builds its identity through the landscape, respectively. From this point of view, the research draws development strategies with spatial design examples to embody the Garden City concept in Solaseado by following three steps; establishing the main urban axes, creating city networks through the conjunction of the axes, and categorizing and systematizing open spaces within the city. Consequently, the study shows an alternative urban planning model that extends the concept of a Garden City while maintaining the intrinsic landscape as an urban resource. In addition, the conceptual master plan of Solaseado will structure the urban landscape and park system according to the Garden City strategies.

In the era of so-called digital transformation today, the need for the construction and utilization of big data in various fields has increased. Today, a lot of data is produced and stored in a digital device and media-friendly manner, but the production and storage of data for a long time in the past has been dominated by print books. Therefore, the need for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to utilize the vast amount of print books accumulated for a long time as big data was also required in line with the need for big data. In this study, a system for digitizing the structure and content of a document object inside a scanned book image is proposed. The proposal system largely consists of the following three steps. 1) Recognition of area information by document objects (table, equation, picture, text body) in scanned book image. 2) OCR processing for each area of the text body-table-formula module according to recognized document object areas. 3) The processed document informations gather up and returned to the JSON format. The model proposed in this study uses an open-source project that additional learning and improvement. Intelligent OCR proposed as a system in this study showed commercial OCR software-level performance in processing four types of document objects(table, equation, image, text body).

This study was the content and flow of the present study Karate match. 2011, second elimination rounds national developmen, 7th Korea Open International Championships and National development in first elimination rounds, 2012 is a World Cup game against Karate1 in Busan. Man Of The match in the final three games by 5 grade were selected to match match 15, 30 people. I was about to score the study Karate and attack techniques. The conclusion is as follows: 1) In this study, there was a significant difference in use between the class score and the frequency of use of attack technology. The frequency of use of the technology of attack of each class per 60kg or less, 67kg or less, 75kg or less, was the order of 84kg and more than 84kg or less. Frequency of use disonchigi, apsonchigi, apdollyeochagi, geolgi aphurigi. It was followed by scores of attack technology of class per 84kg or more, 60kg or less, 67kg or less, 75kg or less, the following 84kg. 2) Winner has a lot of attack skills than the loser. The game was a draw and the loser disonchigi, apdollyeochagi, apsonchigi. The winner is aphurigi, apdollyeochagi, apsonchigi in the order of many uses.

Most of the existing SoCs have shared bus architecture which always has a bottleneck state. The more IPs are in an SOC, the less performance it is of the SOC, Therefore, its performance is effected by the entire communication rather than CPU speed. In this paper, we propose cross-bar switch bus architecture for the reduction of the bottleneck state and the improvement of the performance. The cross-bar switch bus supports up to 8 masters and 16 slaves and parallel communication with architecture of multiple channel bus. Each slave has an arbiter which stores priority information about masters. So, it prevents only one master occupying one slave and supports efficient communication. We compared WISHBONE on-chip shared bus architecture with crossbar switch bus architecture of the SOC platform, which consists of an OpenRISC processor, a VGA/LCD controller, an AC97 controller, a debug interface, a memory interface, and the performance improved by 26.58% than the previous shared bus.

LPR(License plate recognition) is a kind of the most popular surveillance technology based on accompanied by a video and video within the optical character recognition. LPR need a many process. One is a localization of car license plates, license plate of size, space, contrast, normalized to adjust the brightness, another is character division for recognize the character optical character recognition to win the individual characters, character recognition, the other is phrase analysis of the shape, size, position by year, the procedure for the analysis by comparing the database of license plate having a difference by region. In this paper, describing the results of performance of license plate recognition S/W, which was implemented using EmguCV, find the location, using the tesseract OCR, which are well known to an optical character recognition engine of open source, the characters of the license plate image capturing angle of the plate, image size, brightness.

In this paper, we propose a open-ended rectangular microstirp patch antenna with fork-shaped feeding structure. This antenna extends the effective bandwidth by transforming single or multi resonant frequency and is designed planar monopole structure with microstrip line to satisfy the WLAN bands (2.4 - 2.484, 5.15 - 5.35, 5.25-5.825 GHz). The substrate is printed in 0.8 mm thickness on an FR-4 board. A commercial 3D simulation tool was used to analyze surface current and electromagnetic field distribution in order to analyze the operation mode and reconfiguration principle of antenna. According to the lengths of individual patches, simulated reflection loss was compared to obtain optimized values. When it was designed with the optimized values, it satisfied WLAN bands (2.380 - 2.710, 4.900 - 5.950 GHz), if the switch is off, and 2.4 WLAN band (2.380 - 2.710 GHz). From the fabricated and measured results, measured results of return loss, gain and radiation patterns characteristics displayed for operating bands.

The purpose of this study is to classify customer bye-mailing responsiveness on time-series analysis and RFM module and testify the effectiveness of grouping by ROI analysis. RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) analysis are used for customer classification that is fundamental process of e-CRM application. ROI analysis were consisted of open, click-through, duration time, conversion rate, personalization and e-mail loyalty index. Major findings are as follows; Customer segmentation were loyal customer, odds customer, dormant customer, secession customer and observation customer by Activity email module. And Loyal, dormant and secession customer are segregated by RFM module. Loyal customer group have higher point of all ROI index than other groups. These results indicated that customer responsiveness of e-mailing and RFM analysis were appropriate methods to grouping the customer. Mid-small Internet Biz adapted marketing strategy by optimization of consumer information.
