Estimation of Water Distributed Volume Using Time Series Analysis (시계열분석(時系列分析)에 의한 배수량추정(配水量推定))

  • In this paper, To estimate monthly water distribution volume required optimization control of operating scheme & water distribution management for water transmission system in water supply, both Thomas-Fiering technique and Fourier series are compared and analyzed, respectively. Since water distribution volume is periodically repeated and has a linear fluctuation trend, parameters in each element are estimated through dividing into linear fluctuation trend component and periodical component. Finally, results of time-series analysis are proved to be more reasonable than that of Thomas-Fiering techniques by comparing simulation with observation data.

Prediction of Thermal Expansion Coefficients for Fiber-Reinforced Composites by Direct Numerical Simulation (직접 수치 모사법을 이용한 섬유 강화 복합재료의 열팽창계수 예측)

  • In this paper, thermal expansion coefficients of fiber-reinforced composite materials are predicted by direct numerical simulation. From comparing the predicted results with experimental results, it is confirmed that direct numerical simulation gives similar results to the previously proposed methods while minimizing artificial assumptions. Additionally trend of variation in thermal expansion coefficients is investigated according to the fiber volume fraction.

  • JCS(Joint Control System)는 대규모 조력발전소에서의 조력발전소에 설치된 10대(25.4MWx10기)이상의 발전기에 대한 전자동 운전, 운영의 최적화, 운전 모드, 발전소 특성변수, 각종 운전상의 또는 법적 규제치 등을 고려하여 전력생산량을 극대화한다. 또한 발전소 운영의 단순화(종합설정: Global Setting, 부하특성곡선 등) 안전한 운전을 위한 발전소의 각종 변수 및 제한값을 감시하며 발전소의 발전기를 한 대의 발전기처럼 제어할 수 있도록 한다.

  • Tidal power is one of new and renewable energy sources. Tidal power is generated by using the gap in the water level between the water outside and inside the embankment. All tidal power plant in Korea were being operated by import of turn-key from abroad. The know-how and technology which are the most important to build predictive control system has become increasingly difficult to obtain from advanced countries because most of them avoid to transfer, which the domestic development of the control system is needed. In this paper, a study on start stop system at water turbine-generator for tidal power plant at the beginning of development was presented. For improvement the efficiency and develope of core technology of the start stop system, the technique and characteristics of tidal power, modeling, maximum generation calculation method, and optimal control of joint control system in Sihwa tidal power plant were studied.

  • 본 논문에서는 BIM TOOL 중 하나인 AUTODESK사의 Revit Softwere를 활용하여 건축물에서 필수적으로 사용하고 있는 전기 설비 중 조명설비를 대상으로 전력소비에 따라 발생하는 온실가스인 이산화탄소($CO_2$), 메탄($CH_4$), 아산화질소($N_2O$) 배출량을 추정하여 건축물 에너지절감의 필요성을 강조하고 증명하고자 한다. BIM을 적용 할 수 있는 설계, 시공, 유지보수 외에 사용자의 전력소비에 따른 배출량을 연계한 데이터를 추출하여 온실가스 감축을 위한 전력절감의 TOOL 활용과 국가 정책, 제도 및 지침에 적극 활용되기를 기대한다.

  • This paper deals with an algebraic compensator design for dynamic systems using a novel BPF transformation method. To obtain an algebraic compensator for the system, block pulse function's differential operation is used. Compare to unalgebraic compensator, proposed algebraic compensator is less sensitive to the measurement noise.

  • Detailed estimation of subsurface resistivity distribution and accurate estimation of actual fault current coming into the grounding system are indispensible to optimun grounding system design. Especially, it is essential for efficient grounding design to estimate subsurface resistivity distribution quantitatively and logically. Accurate estimation of subsurface resistivity distribution has an absolute influence on calculating touch voltage, step voltage and ground potential rise (GPR) which are related with grounding design standard for human safety. In this study, thirty-three electrical sounding surveys were made in Yongdam Power Station to obtain detailed subsurface resistivity distribution and the sounding data were interpreted quantitatively using multi-layered model. The results of the quantitative resistivity models were adopted practically to calculate grounding resistance values. Analytical asymptotic equations and CDEGS program were used in grounding resistance calculation and the results were compared and reviewed in the study.

  • This paper introduces the design of a reduced order observer with unknown inputs for the purpose of fault detection and isolation(FDI) in a class of bilinear systems. To Analyze the observer and FDI, this paper uses BPF(block-pulse functions). The operational properties of BPF are much applied to the analysis of bilinear systems. The integral operational matrix BPF converts the form of the differential equation into the algebraic problems.

  • This paper presents the Walsh-Fourier conversion algorithm and Signal Analysis Technique. The Fourier coefficients are determined as the combinations of the Walsh coefficients in terms of the new Walsh-Fourier conversion algorithm. This paper checks the analysis of the Walsh-Fourier spectra and the approximate synthesis of the waveform via one example.

  • Recently, concern for tidal power is being increased by newly recycled energy. It is important to decide on the maximum power estimate operation and it's stop by applying the difference of water level between tide level and artificial reservoir for the administration of tidal development. For maximum output of power through turbine generator, administrative variables and process on efficiency of hydraulic turbine and inflow discharge of reservoir is quite complicated because it is run through the connection of discharge-gate and turbine On the development of this model, the administrative process is decided, Operation block is presented for it's maximum power estimate.
